Chapter 46: Amnesia 3

"Keila wake up, baby." Clara pulled the blanket on Keila's body, then she stepped her foot towards the window of the room and opened the window curtain.

"Yes Mother." Keila got up and got straight out of bed.

"Mother wait at the dinner table, don't be late." Clara kissed Keila's forehead gently. Then he took his foot out of the room.

"New school, new friends" Keila murmured softly. Then he took his foot to the bathroom.

Soon after, Keila was finished. He looks good in his uniform. With a bag hanging on his back. He then moved his foot into the dining room.

"For Father, Mother's morning." Keila kissed Clara and Kei's cheeks alternately.

"Father who took you to school, Keila." Clara poured warm milk in the glass, then she thrust it in front of Keila.

"Both my dear Mother" Keila replied smilingly looking at Clara.

Kei smiled looking at Clara and Keila. I don't know why today he felt such a strange feeling, but he himself didn't know why.

"It's noon, let's go" Kei said.

"Yes Dad"

Keila got up from her seat, and she said goodbye to Clara. After that, he set foot with Kei towards Keila's new school.

It didn't take long, Kei had arrived before the school gate. Then Kei went out with Keila. "Are you ready, baby?" ask Layla.

"Ready Dad" Keila nodded her head staring at the schoolyard.

"Then, hurry in and don't be naughty." Kei kissed Keila's forehead.

"Byeah, Ayaah." Keila put her foot forward while looking over and waved at Kei. Then he entered the school gate.

Kei inhaled a deep breath, staring at Keila's back until it disappeared from sight. "The Hope of Nations" muttered Kei slowly. Kei circulated his gaze throughout the garden. And without Kei realizing it he stepped foot into the school gate. He felt very familiar with this school.

"Son Kei?" greet someone from behind.

Kei looked back at the middle-aged man, who was wearing a Security uniform.

"Key?" Kei frowned looking at the middle-aged man named Dirman.

"Son Kei is alive?" ask again.

"I'm not Kei Sir, I'm Samuel" Kei replied smiling. He thinks Dirman is wrong. There might be people who look like him, Kei thought.

"Oh, sorry sir. I guess Nak Kei" Dirman bowed for a moment.

"It's okay" Kei replied politely. "I'll excuse you sir." Kei lowered his head for a moment then he stepped his foot towards the gate. There was a curiosity in his heart to ask about Kei. The name sounded very familiar to Kei's ears.

Then he stopped his steps and looked back at Dirman who was still fixated on staring at him.

"Sir, may I know? who's Kei?" ask Kei himself.

Dirman smiled and stepped forward closer to Kei.

"Kei used to go to school here, and Kei was dating the daughter of the owner of this school Mom," said Dirman. "fifteen years ago, Nak Kei was reported missing and died in a car accident." Dirman explains the chronology of Kei's disappearance.

"Died?" ask Kei.

"Yes, ma'am, but her body hasn't been found until now."

Kei pensively, he thought of the word Dirman said. There was a strange feeling that Kei did not understand rippled out in his heart.

"It's a pity for Nak Kei, until Nak Layla looks for him where he is" Dirman said.

"Laila?" Kei knitted his eyebrows together staring at Dirman.

"True Bu, Kei is Nak Kei's girlfriend. All the teachers here know about Kei and Layla's love story."

Kei's heart shook, and it beat fast. Kei started to feel dizzy in his head. Then he said goodbye to Dirman. Kei hastily left school.

A minute after Kei died, a car stopped right at the school gate. Raiden gets out of the car, and Raiden helps Layla out of the car to sit in her wheelchair. Then Raiden pushes Layla's wheelchair into the school gate. Since Layla has been paralyzed. Layla became a painting teacher at her school.

"Son Rai!!" greet Dirman.

Rai looked back at Dirman who approached him. "What's up, sir?" asked Raiden to stop his steps.

"Waduuuh.tadi the father of wrong people, became embarrassed himself" replied Dirman.

"There was a man who looked like Nak Kei. You think it's Nak Kei. It wasn't." Dirman chuckled as he looked at Raiden

"Then who?" ask Raiden

"If it is not wrong, his name is Samuel. But," said Dirman. "His face is like a betel in two with Nak Kei." Dirman explained the characteristics of the man he met earlier.

Raiden and Layla who were listening were stunned. Could Kei be here? or is there someone else in common?

Raiden looked at Dirman. "This man, it may be a coincidence. Then excuse me sir." Raiden patted Dirman's arm for a moment, then pushed Layla back in her wheelchair.

"Yes Rabb, if Kei is still alive, meet us Ya Rabb" Layla murmured softly. Looking blankly ahead.

Arriving at home, Kei went straight into the room. He felt the need for rest because his head was experiencing tremendous pain. Like a sledgehammer. Kei put his body on the bed. He closed his eyes after taking the medicine. But Kei was unable to close his eyes. Layla's name and Kei's name kept ringing in Kei's ears, and caused the pain in Kei's head to intensify.

He got up and sat on the bed. He covered his ears with both hands, Kei shook his head many times.

"No! nay! nooooooo!!" Kei screamed hysterically until he was heard by Minah Dan Clara who had just walked out of her study. They entered Kei's room.

"Sam, what's wrong with you!" clara exclaimed straight at Kei and hugged him tightly.

"Nooo!!" Kei screamed hysterically again and fell unconscious in Clara's arms.

"Mmd! call Doctor Mira now!" exciting Clara.

"Okay ma'am" Minah replied, then she rushed out of the room.

Clara rubbed the sweat on Kei's face, feeling anxious and afraid of losing Kei.

Had Kei recovered from his amnesia.

"Sam, wake up baby" said Clara Lirih.

Then Clara breaks Kei's body and covers Kei with a blanket.

Many times Clara patted Kei on the cheek gently Hope Kei wakes up.

Shortly afterwards Doctor Mira came directly into Kei's room with Minah in between. Then Doctor Mira checked on Kei's condition.

"What happened Doc? is she okay?" ask Clara.

"It looks like he's trying hard to remember who he is" replied Doctor Mira.

"What should I do Doc?" ask Clara.

"Don't let him think hard, give him peace." Doctor Mira took the paper and pen. Then he wrote down a prescription drug that Clara had to buy.

"Will he recover soon Doc?"

"I don't know yet, but I hope he recovers quickly." Doctor Mira hands the paper to Clara.

Clara received the paper slowly. "Thank you Doc."

Then Doctor Mira said goodbye to return to the Hospital.

"Sam, I'm really gonna lose you." Clara sat on the edge of the bed. He stroked Kei's cheek gently.

Shortly after, Kei slowly regained his senses and opened his eyes. He looked at Clara who looked sad. Then he got up and touched Clara's hand.

"Are you okay?" ask Kei

Clara did not answer Kei's question, she immediately hugged Kei tightly with all the feelings she had.

"I'm afraid you'll leave me, Sam."

Kei smiled and took off Clara's embrace. "What are you talking about, who wants to leave you?"

Clara smiled faintly, she lowered her head for a moment. Clara decides not to tell Kei what.

"I made you some warm chocolate."

Kei nodded his head, he looked at the gloomy looking Clara, "yes".

After Clara died, Kei was pensive. She feels alien in Clara's house, and Kei senses something is missing inside her. But Kei did not understand what he was feeling right now, and it was extremely torturous for Kei to feel.
