Jendra sprayed perfume as a final touch to support his appearance.
Jendra used a long-sleeved batik shirt that Kalandra sent special to him as a friend.
Without saying goodbye to anyone, he left the house. In the mansion like a palace, he only lived alone with a few household assistants.
As the only child of parents who settled on the island of Bali, making Jendra not infrequently feel lonely.
Night clubs and some tongkrongan places he often visited. Therefore, that night he accidentally met Melani who was walking in the shopping area around the apartment.
Jendra drove his car to the apartment area where Melani lived. The clock almost shows the number 8 in the morning where the marriage contract will be carried out immediately.
Kalandra and Kayla wedding parties are carried out in the morning and continued with the reception in the afternoon to evening.
"Mel, I'm close to your apartment" Jendra said, activating his cell phone loudspeaker when he contacted Melani.
"I'm ahead, sir!" Melani's reply made Jendra immediately end the call after answering "OK."
Jendra searches for Melani's whereabouts. Finally he found the girl he had always seen in the last few years.
Melani is like that too. He repeatedly looked ahead to find out when Jendra's car was approaching.
Melani frowned as a car she did not know who had stopped in front of her. The modified car is blue metallic that makes anyone who sees it feel glare. Not only from the color, but also from the price that can be more expensive than the price of Melani apartments.
"Mel, come on in" Jendra ordered by opening the door of his car from the inside.
Melani was surprised because it turned out to be her boss' car which had never been brought to the office.
Jendra's a little weird. Eits, errata! Not a little for Melani, but very strange.
Jendra always uses a different car depending on where he goes. To the office and meeting with clients, he used the same car. But, while traveling with his girlfriend, he used another car.
And this car he uses is one of his luxury car collections that he only uses for his own streets.
"I'm up front, sir?" Melani asked, who glared when she realized that her danger roller was the same pattern as the batik shirt that Jendra used.
Finally Melani got into the car after seeing Jendra nod. He sat right next to his handsome boss in a batik suit and black trousers.
Jendra drove his car. He laughed without a sound. Only his mouth opened slightly revealing his white teeth.
"Indeed coincidental or intentional, Mel? Batik we're the same." Jendra's question made Melani immediately look at the man.
"I don't know, Sir!" Reply Melani. "Kayla gave it to me. He said he took it from Mr. Kalandra."
"But, where is it possible that Mr. Kalandra gave it specifically for me. Who am I?"
Jendra laughs. "Maybe it's a dresscode like this, Mel."
Arriving at the location, Melani and Jendra did not necessarily separate. They both seem to be sitting close together.
Melani actually felt uncomfortable when she could not be far from Jendra who asked her to stay near the man on the grounds that Melani did not know anyone.
Though Melani know some Rajaswa Group staff because they often come to Dewandaru company for meetings with his boss.
"We're going home, Kal, Kay!" Pamit Jendra when they have congratulated the bride who has been legally a couple.
"Have you eaten, right, Jend?" Ask Kalandra.
"Mbak Mel, you ate too, right?" Ask Kayla.
"Already Kay. Again, congratulations... May you be happy until old."
"Amen." Jendra's words guarantee Kayla and Kalandra's prayers while the man knows his second marriage must end in one year.
Comeon! Don't look at me like that! Your lips are smiling, but your eyes glancing at me are piercing to the heart! I just said amen. And I see you guys are so compatible. Jendra's mind vented what he had in mind.
Melani looked at Jendra and the couple who did not guarantee her prayers in turn.
"Get me to the mall for a minute, Mel!" Pinta Jendra drives the car in the opposite direction to her apartment.
Melani sighed. "But I'm not Mona's mom who can obey your orders even on weekends though, sir!" Melani answered as a form of rejection.
"Just a second. Just buy a shirt or jacket. I forgot to take it because I'm going to my girlfriend's house. Can't I wear this?"
Melani breathed a heavy sigh. Wearing batik is no problem either. The important thing is to wear clothes. He who wants to date, why am I the one who bothered. Oh rajang, be patient a little, I have also missed you to fall.
"Don't be long, sir." Pinta Melani's.
"Why? You want to date your girlfriend?" Ask Kalandra.
Melani. "I don't have a boyfriend."
"So, that issue is true, Mel?" Tanya Jendra who immediately shut up because he felt he had spoken wrongly.
"Miss?" Melani frowned. "What kind of a monk?" Ask again.
"No one dares to approach you, because you are too rigid to be a woman. So you're still single until now."
One corner of her lips formed a smile. "Not really, sir!"
"Is it because you're too arrogant, Mel?"
Melani. "A snob from where, sir? I always smile and say hello to anyone I know."
"What should I be arrogant about? Rich is not, pretty is not, either" Melani said making Jendra laugh.
"Just be lucky to be the CEO's secretary."
They arrive at a mall and Jendra goes straight to a clothing store that sells men's clothing.
"Which is better Mel?" Jendra asked who showed two hoodies in front of her chest.
"White one, sir!" Melani replied that she saw that the white hoodie jacket seemed suitable if worn by Jendra.
"But I like the blue one." Jendra said he saw the two clothes that were still attached to the hanger.
Melani rolled her eyeballs. If you want to choose yourself, why ask me? Inner Melani.
Finally Melani can breathe a sigh of relief when she came out of the mall after almost an hour of accompanying her boss who promised just a moment.
Jendra called his girlfriend. Let's tell him he's coming this afternoon.
After trying to reach out twice, the call was answered. Making Jendra glance at Melani at a glance because she was embarrassed to feel ignored by her own boyfriend.
"Hallo, Jend?" the girl sounded cheerful in her ears. This time Jendra uses a bluetooth headset so that Melani does not hear the voice of the girl he calls.
"Hallo dear," replied Jendra no less cheerful. "I'll be there this afternoon" continued Jendra.
"This fellow?" there was a surprised tone in his question.
"Yes, why?"
"No, Jend!" Reject the girl. "I'm so busy today because tonight someone's gonna rent this place for a birthday."
Jendra sighed. "It doesn't matter to me" replied Jendra.
"It's better not, because I don't want to trigger a fight between us if I ignore you later" replied the girl.
"Oh, yes, I have. If you are tired, rest. Don't push yourself too much" Jendra said before the call ended.
Melani who had only heard Jendra's words, could guess that the presence of the man was rejected. It was clear from Jendra's facial expression and tone of speech.
Melani tries not to interfere. Whatever happens in Jendra's relationship with his girlfriend is none of his business.
