Bar-Bar's Wife The Heir

Bar-Bar's Wife The Heir
Chapter 1 Calandra

Kalandra Rajaswa, a CEO at Rajaswa Group, is the successor in her father's company. He is only 30 years old and he he is quite burdened with the task as CEO since 6 months ago because his father suffered from severe pain.

Her father Bagas Rajaswa died 1 week ago. He was still grieving, but the world kept turning until he did not have much time to continue lamenting the departure of his father.

Therefore, today the lawyer chosen by Bagas came to the funeral home and met all the family members left behind to discuss the will written by Bagas.

"Sorry before, my arrival to this house is actually not to read out Mr. Bagas' will" said a lawyer who was trusted by the late Bagas Rajaswa.

"So, why did you come to this house, sir? Isn't reading the will your responsibility as my husband's lawyer?" Riana asked who was impatient to listen to how much part of the inheritance that was rightfully her as the legitimate wife of the deceased.

The death of Bagas in fact did not necessarily become a deep sorrow for this family. Because behind this suffering, there will be blessings for the greedy who are after his inheritance.

"Look, Mom. You once told me that a will can be read and inheritance can be shared on condition that all the fathers must be married."

All eyes immediately stared at Kalandra who was wearing a white shirt and milk-brown jeans.

The man was not at all afraid of getting a sharp look from his family. Because he is not actually married.

Then how else? He also did not know if his unmarried status was a barrier to the will.

Meanwhile, Riana and the family's second son, Reyga Rajaswa and his wife-Gia begin to intimidate lawyers.

"What's this blank, sir?" Ask Reyga. "How can there be such a condition, while the deceased papa knows that there is his unmarried son?"

In fact, Reyga did not care about the inheritance left by his father. He was satisfied with his own business, which is a luxury restaurant that he pioneered several years ago.

"I just tell you what you have told me" the lawyer replied.

"Just a waste of time," grumbled Reyga upset that his time was wasted on things that were not at all interesting to him.

"Sir, can't you just read it to the exclusion of those terms?" Ask Riana again.

"Can't, Mom. It was a message from my father."

They can only be silent by looking annoyed at Kalandra, not least Gia, the daughter-in-law in the house who secretly also expects the inheritance obtained by her husband.

The lawyer left the mansion because the will could not be read, because there were still conditions that had not been met.

"Look! How you want to see you get married, Andra!" Riana said to Kalandra, the first son who lost respect for her.

"But you never fulfilled your father's wish until his last moment!" Continue the woman.

Kalandra sighed. He knew what his mother said was true. He never once thought of his father's wish for him to get married.

For him, getting married would only make his life tied up. He lost his freedom and was likely betrayed. He didn't want all of this to happen to him.

He chose to live alone to this day because of the trauma of what happened to his father. He had seen with his own eyes, his mother in a relationship with another man. The fights happened every day until their household was almost over. But somehow, finally the two still remain together until now even though their relationship is not harmonious anymore.

"And now, papa's will can't be read just because you're not married, andra!"

"So, get married so that your papa is calm there!" Riana scolded Kalandra.

Kalandra stood up and stared intently at her mother.

"I'm getting married, but not because of that will, and not because of mama's trap!" said firmly.

Kalandra went to her room. He was upset that the woman kept accusing him. He also hates women who always try to trap him with a girl so that he can finally get married.

I don't know how many times he was stuck on a blind date, until he was trapped in a hotel room with a beautiful girl.

His mother seemed to already know that the condition of the division of inheritance was if all Bagas' sons were married. Until when Bagas began to get sickly, Riana increasingly aggressively trapped Kalandra. Unfortunately, it never worked.

Tomorrow morning....

"Why so many?" Kalandra muttered as she looked at the courtyard of her office filled with many reporters.

Kalandra contacted the security to find out the cause of the reporter crowding in front of her office. What news are they hunting.

"What?" Pekiknya did not believe when he heard the security explanation about the gathering of the reporters.

"Okay, Sir! Tell them I'm not in the office today. And call me when the situation is safe." He ended his phone call.

"Sh***uitt!" Kalandra hit the steering wheel.

He turned around and left the office.

"Who spread such cheap news?"

"And why do journalists believe in news that makes absolutely no sense?"

Kalandra stops on the side of the road that is not too crowded. He decided to have breakfast and coffee at one of the stands.

Kalandra got out of the car and, "Pencopet!!" He shouted as he realized someone was pulling a wallet out of the back pocket of his pants.

At once people looked at him, but no one cared when the little man he could not see had his face run away with his wallet.

He tried to chase a long distance. And without her guessing there was a girl who helped him chase after the man.

Kalandra begins to fatigue until her steps slow down and she loses track as the thief and the girl disappear in a small alley.

Kalandra has not given up. He kept looking.

"Give me that wallet, Lif!" Kalandra heard the voice of a girl who spoke with great emphasis.

"Aliff!" His voice began to harden and increasingly resounded withstanding growls.

"Aliff! Give me that wallet, Lif! Brother will never allow you to steal!"

"But I need money, brother! Mom's leg needs surgery!" The sound was a little louder.

"Sister told you, it's sister's business!"

"You go to school and take care of your mother!"

"Sister will be responsible and will bear all the hospital costs."

"But when? When should I let my mother endure the pain, brother?"

"Soon, Lif. Just soon! Brother's promise." The voice sounded weak and a little raucous. The girl was like a sobbing.
