Bar-Bar's Wife The Heir

Bar-Bar's Wife The Heir
Chapter 27 Kayla Vs Clara

A few days later...

"Someone called, Mom!" kayla said when she saw Kalandra's phone located on the dashboard of the car ringing.

"Leave it," replied Kalandra who seemed to have found out who had contacted her.

These days, Clara always sends messages to meet with Kalandra, but the man refuses to meet outside the office.

However, when Clara comes to his office, Kalandra refuses to talk about things outside of work.

Clara felt indignant because Kalandra was so indifferent. Just asking about her family Kalandra refused to answer. Especially to rectify misunderstandings in the past.

This morning, it was Kalandra who drove Kayla to the office. Because the car that is usually used to drive it must be serviced to the workshop.

"Claras?" asked Kayla who glanced at the name of the woman on the mobile screen.

"Hem.." answered Kalandra briefly.

"Not talking yet?" ask Kayla. The point is Kalandra and Clara who have not solved their problem.

Kalandra.

Kayla sighed. "If I think, ask him to meet."

"At the cafe or restaurant."

"Talk well, Mas. He's got you talking to him, maybe there's something he wants to say to you."

"She just wants to say you don't deserve me. Or whoever my partner is."

"And he said yesterday. I think it's all done" Kalandra said stubbornly.

"You think it's over, Mom. But not according to him," Kayla said trying to make Kalandra meet women who still want to meet the man.

"It's all been done a long time, Kay. Since he left when I needed an explanation!" Kalandra looked at Kayla with a flash of anger in her eyes.

Kayla saw Kalandra looking in a rage. He realized, the departure of Clara in the past caused injury to Kalandra.

It seems like Kalandra is always hurt by the women she loves. Mama and Clara. Inner Kayla.

"All right!" Kayla surrenders. "I won't interfere with your problems."

"I also don't know what the core of your problem is."

"You don't need to know" said Kalandra coldly.

Dewandaru Group Company.

"You, come with me!" Suddenly Clara comes and stands in front of Kayla's desk.

The woman asked Kayla to talk alone. Kayla was surprised, but soon she breathed a heavy sigh.

What's he doing here? Must have wanted to find trouble with me. And why do I feel so bad? Kayla's mind was getting restless.

"I'm at work, Mom. I'm sorry, I can't if you want to talk about personal matters" Kayla said, declining politely.

"Follow me. I asked Jendra for permission. And he gave me permission" Clara said.

Kayla frowned, trying to judge whether Clara was telling the truth or not.

The problem is, Jendra and Melani are meeting outside the office. So, Kayla could not ask him directly. And if indeed Jendra had given him permission, the man would have told him that Clara was coming.

Kayla finally relented, standing up from her chair. "All right! Where do you want to talk, Mom?" ask Kayla.

"There you go!" Clara pointed towards the sofa.

The two sat facing. Kayla looked down respectfully. In any case, Clara is a client she should respect.

"When have you been with Kalandra?" ask Clara to Kayla.

Huh! Same question as Oma asked me.

"Since a year, Mom."

"You know who Kalandra is?"

Kayla nodded. "Know, Mom." He is the CEO of Rajaswa Group.

"And you're still progressing even though you realize you're not equal?"

"Say if you just want the treasure!" clara orders with a little force.

Kayla just shut up and looked down.

"Let's admit!" Clara's orders.

Kayla said nothing and she kept her head down.

"Or were you really educated by your parents for this? To deceive and ensnare a rich man?"

Kayla immediately looked at Clara's face. His jaw hardened with anger. He can be patient when Clara says anything about him, but he feels disturbed when Clara says this is the upbringing of her parents.

Her father never even taught her that slick thing.

"Why? Wanna mad? Please! It's been seen that if it's true, you married Kalandra for one purpose."

"Stop!" Kayla said firmly. "Stop to insult and corner me."

"Because I'm not the kind of woman who's patient when bullied." Kayla gave a sharp look at Clara who looked increasingly smiling widely.

Psychopath! inner Kayla.

"If you want to be with Kalandra, please ask her. Ask to be married to him. I'll give her permission if she asks." Kayla grins.

"And I believe it won't happen."

"Because I know, the wound you scratched for Kalandra won't make her open her heart again for you!" Kayla smiled broadly.

"Wait!" said Clara.

Kayla who was about to walk, looked back at Clara who was already standing. The two faced each other and threw sharp glances.

"We see, how strong you can defend Kalandra," challenged Clara with high confidence.

"How long can your relationship last" he continued.

Kayla smiled a little. "I won't defend my husband."

"But my husband will hang with me."

Kayla's not sure exactly. But looking at Kalandra who seemed reluctant to meet Clara, making her a little confident, Kalandra would not return to this woman in front of her.

Although he was aware, later he will also be released by Kalandra when the time has come.

"We'll see!" Clara left Kayla. The woman walked gracefully. The longer it gets away.

Huh! Kayla sighed. Turns out he's not professional. Talk about personal problems during work hours. Fortunately, I managed to record our fight. Inner Kayla.

He looked at his phone screen. The recording of their conversation for those few minutes, Kayla kept it. Not to avenge Clara. But, just in case if the woman does anything with him.

"Clara came to the office" Kayla said as Kalandra picked her up and they were on their way home.

Heavy rain makes Kalandra can not drive at high speed.

"It doesn't matter to me" Kalandra replied.

"He insulted me."

Kalandra looked straight at Kayla who was looking straight ahead. Though in front of their car there is only a long queue because the road is severely jammed.

"What did he say?"

"Did he hurt you ?"

Kayla laughed without a sound. He looked at the worried looking Kalandra.

Kayla wondered why the man looked worried. But, Kayla brushed off her mind because it was highly unlikely that Kalandra would worry about her.

"He wants to take you away from me."

"I'll tell you, please if you can."

"That's the same thing, by beating the war drums with him!" Kalandra Reply.

"Who's at war?" ask Kayla.

"I don't have to defend you, Mas. Because of our relationship..." Kayla did not want to continue with her sentence. He was sure Kalandra would understand what he was going to say.

"He will fight alone. He's the one who's gonna die fighting, while I'm quiet enough."

"Successful or not, it has no effect on me." Kayla folded her hands on her chest.

"He managed to have you, then we'll get divorced."

"If he doesn't make it, next year we'll get a divorce."

"Let him get tired by himself."

"Ck!" Kalandra hit the steering wheel. "But I'm the one he's going after, Kay!" Angry Kalandra.

Kayla looked at Kalandra. He pushed Kalandra's shoulders so they could face each other.

"Listen, mom!"

"It's all your fault, you're responsible!"

"He came to the office. Insulting me, insulting my parents and humiliating me."

"What is all that for? Because you can't solve your problems with her!"

"You're too critic*ut to face him." Kayla pushes Kalandra's shoulder with her index finger.

"Silence Kay!" Kalandra Bentak. "You don't know what really happened. Why until I don't want to talk about it anymore."

"You don't know, Kay!" Kalandra again snapped at Kayla.

"I don't really know. Then don't involve me in anything I don't know at all!" Kayla did not lose the snarl.

Kalandra regulates her breathing. He didn't want to yell at Kayla anymore. The opposite of his desire.

"I'm retreating!"

"I withdraw from our agreement, and I will give you back everything you gave me" Kayla said weakly.

"Kay..." Kalandra held Kayla's shoulder which was immediately pushed over by her driver.

"Kay, you can't undo it!"

"Can! Because what happened is not in accordance with the content of the agreement, Mas."

"Too many things are not written in the agreement but in fact I have to do."

"I'm retreating!"

"Kay, please! Think carefully, Kay!"

"What would people say if we divorced even this marriage has not even been even a month?"

"Please mind also how does Oma feel?"

Kayla was silent. He did not want to say anything more even when the two arrived home.
