"I signed up for KUA. And our wedding will take place on Friday," said Jendra, who had climbed into Melani's apartment on Sunday morning.
That guy is so insolent. He secretly took the access card to make it easier if he wanted to visit. And the most frustrating thing is that security now even knows that the two will get married in the near future. Who is? Who else if not a show-off lion?
"alright. At least I still have almost two weeks to prepare, Mas." Melani knows this is sudden, but like
Jendra laughs. "It's not two weeks, Mel. Six days from now!"
"Shelf!"
Melani who was washing dishes until dropping her plate into the washbasin.
"Darling!" pekik Jendra who was sitting at the dining table because he felt surprised to hear the sound of colliding dishes with the washbasin.
"Haha!" Jendra was wide-eyed when he saw Melani speechless with her mouth slightly open in shock.
Melani clucked in annoyance as she realized the man was instead laughing at her. Melani wet her hands with water from the faucet, then walked up to the man who was still wet.
Melani rubbed her still wet palm onto Jendra's face.
"Mil ... Mel ... My face got so wet like this," said Jendra trying to dodge but Melani already made her face wet.
"It's the result if you laugh at me, Mom!"
"Please, my wife has done the KDRT!" Jendra is teasing Melani.
Melani pinched her cheek. "You're making me nervous! Can I bite into this cheek that's getting fuller every day?"
Jendra smile. He looked at Melani. "How about lips!"
Melani ruffled Jendra's hair. He treated the grown man like a child. "Many wishes!"
Jendra laughs. "Not much. Only you!" He looked at the bead in the eyes of the girl who had managed to make him feel happy lately.
"This is how it feels to have an ex-playboy girlfriend. Every sentence that came out of his mouth was nothing but a fist."
Jendra. He who sat on the chair without the backrest, wrapped his hands around Melani's waist.
"Honestly, it's just you."
"It's up to you to think this is just seduction or something!"
"But, to be honest. I've never been this happy when I was in a relationship with any woman."
"I never dreamed of marriage before being with you."
"Then Light? Didn't you ever plan to marry her, Mas?" ask Melani.
Jendra nodded. "But I'm not happy."
"And now I just realized that I was fighting on my own."
"And it turns out all that's not delicious."
Melani nodded. "Why so suddenly, Mom?" Melani is back to discussing their marriage.
"You didn't even invite me to discuss."
Jendra cupped Melani's cheeks with her wide palms. "Sorry, don't want to talk to you, honey."
"But, I believe, good intentions should not be delayed."
"I've asked for the blessing of Mother Home, and she's blessing us."
"This afternoon, we're fitting a wedding dress huh?"
Melani nodded. "Will there be a fancy reception, Mas?"
Jendra frowned. "You want a fancy wedding, honey?"
Melani. "I don't want a party. I've had enough."
"But, you and your parents couldn't possibly not throw a party, considering you guys are ...." Melani sighed.
"All will be to your liking, Mel."
"We will invite a few guests and it looks like we will hold a reception in Bali."
Melani smiled broadly. The glow of happiness is clear what else when Jendra says there will only be a reception in Bali with a small number of guests.
"May I ask you something, Mas?"
Jendra nodded.
"Can the recipe be held by the beach?"
Melani nodded. "Would very much like."
Jendrs smile. "I'll arrange it. On a beach that's a historic place for me."
"Oh, huh?"
"Yes, the place where I kissed you for the first time!"

A boutique selling wedding clothes became the first place they visited this afternoon.
Melani tried one white kebaya they had agreed on before.
"It looks like I have to diet" Melani said as she looked at her reflection in front of the mirror.
While Jendra was sitting staring at the woman who was always smiling.
"Look! My stomach looks bloated." Melani laughed while rubbing her stomach.
"For what to shrink the stomach, Mel. The size of the danger is only enlarged," said Jendra gave advice.
"Diet simply makes you unable to enjoy life. You'll eat less, and that's not good food."
"No salt and no sugar."
"I don't agree with your idea." Jendra seemed to be holding back his emotions.
Melani looked at Jendra. "Why so serious?"
"I was just kidding. How could I diet while my husband works hard to give me a living!" Melani even made the boutique employees laugh.
Jendra laughs. "That's my wife's new."
"I'm not willing to let you hold your hunger while I'm able to feed you."
"Yes .. yes .... Don't show your kindness in front of another girl, Mas!"
"Why? You jealous?"
Melani approached and whispered in Jendra's ear. "Because I'm afraid someone took you from me!"
Melani went back into the dressing room. Kebaya that he wears this he will buy because the size is very fitting.
They switched to a jewelry store. Don't they need a wedding ring? Even Melani's proposal ring doesn't have one.
The two stared at the display case made of thick glass. They saw several pairs of rings that turned out not to be in Melani's heart.
"I want the nicest and most expensive" Jendra asked the jeweler.
"If you can the latest and also limited edition."
"Mas, you're overreacting" Melani whispered to the man who only wears jeans and a hoodie sweater.
"The usual ring doesn't matter to me. If nothing fits here, at least we can look in another store."
Jendra nodded slowly. "They're just mocking my look, baby!" jendra whispers.
"If they had known who I was, they might have given me the most expensive jewelry they sold here."
The store clerk returned with several pairs of rings which were the latest output.
Melani stroked the chest when she knew the price. A ring worth two units of a car will be coiled around my finger? What appropriate?
"Try, Mel!" Jendra asks Melani to show her ring finger. He immediately put the ring on.
And Melani likes the second ring that Jendra puts on her ring finger. They agreed to buy that one.
Melani thought they were done. It turned out that Jendra was taking him around, going from one store to another.
"My feet are all sore, Mom." Melani complains as she sits on a chair in a shopping mall.
"Or we eat first," said Jendra.
Melani nodded. "Can too. I need twice the nutrition."
Jendra laughs. "Delayed the feet of everything. Just tell me that your stomach is hungry, Mel!"
Melani scrunched her chin. His lower lip went a few milliseconds. "So what not to eat?"
"certain. Because I want to see my wife's belly look bloated at the wedding."
