Kalandra could feel her mattress shaking a little because Kayla changed position too often. At the moment, he is not asleep. Kalandra is still playing games on her phone.
"Aarrg!" Shouted Kayla while shuffling her hair. He who has been lying down is forced to immediately change position to sit.
His mind was scared only because of the treatment of Kalandra that made him carried away with feelings.
Before leaving for Reiga's house, Kalandra embraces her. While at the house of Reiga, Kalandra several times clasped his hands. And when he was at home, he accidentally hit the man's body.
The Flashback
After returning from Reyga's house, Kayla immediately cleans herself into the bathroom while Kalandra is spoken to by Oma.
Kayla cleaned her makeup and immediately changed her clothes. And when he opened the bathroom door, he did not see that Kalandra would also enter.
"Dude!"
His forehead hit Kalandra's chin. Kayla retreated backwards, but Kalandra hurriedly grabbed her waist so as not to fall.
"Should have been more careful, Kay!"
Kayla was sculpting as she felt the man's burly arms coiling around her waist. But, unmindful he also nodded.
"You sick?" kalandra asked as Kayla kept quiet.
Kayla shakes. He was hypnotized by the good looks of the man whose hair always seemed to drizzle.
"Kay!"
"Kay!" repeatedly Kalandra called out to Kayla, but the girl remained silent and kept looking at her.
Kalandra was only afraid that if she let go of her hand, Kayla would fall to the floor.
"Kay!"
"Oh!" Laughing, Kalandra blew softly Kayla face made her immediately realize that the position of the two bodies was very close and even stuck to each other.
"Eh, sorry. Sorry Mas!" Kayla nervous.
Flashback Off
"God! I think I need coffee!" Kayla grumbled in annoyance. He took off the blanket that covered half his body and got out of bed.
"All right, Kay!"
If his body is likened to a vehicle, then his movement this time is called braking suddenly.
His feet stopped stepping. Then his body turned to look at the man who was curled up and playing games on the mobile phone.
"You haven't slept yet, Mommy?" ask Kayla wonder.
"Not yet."
"What do you want coffee for? Black, white, or..."
"Milk coffee."
"okay."
Kayla came out of the room. "I don't know if he hasn't slept. Why can he play the game but feel quiet. Very different when playing PS with Jendra sir!" kayla Mumbles.
Kalandra sat on the bed, he stopped playing games that he deliberately did not activate his voice and shakes.
Actually, he was sleepy. But, knowing Kayla was still not asleep, she did not want to sleep either.
Kalandra was just in case Kayla wanted to tell her a story. What else when I saw Kayla crying in silence while in the car earlier.
He did not know what burden the girl was carrying. The girl was living alone, with no family anymore and she felt pity.
He doesn't mind if Kayla makes it a vent. But it didn't. The girl instead persisted in anxiety to the point of not being able to sleep.
Kayla came in with two cups of coffee and nastar cake setoples.
"Where are you from?" tanya Kalandra pointed at the cake.
"Mama made it" answered Kayla. "Some mama brought it to Reygah's house."
Kalandra frowned. "Why didn't I see him?" ask Kalandra.
"There is, in the brown paperbag." answered Kayla who had prepared it before leaving.
"Kok I don't know, huh? Nastar's cake is my favorite cake and Reyga."
Kayla smiled ignorantly. "Because you're afraid to spend it."
Kalandra laughs. They both sat on the same couch. There is only a short distance between them.
"You knew? This nastar cake is the cake we both like the most."
Kayla listens to Kalandra's story while enjoying the man's favorite cake.
"First, mama used to make them." Kalandra stared blankly at him.
"I can, but Reygah hasn't. Because he was very small at the time."
Kalandra looked at Kayla with teary eyes. The memories were so beautiful that he would never forget.
"But, ever since you left home, this mama's cake I've never touched."
"Because I don't want to eat, Mama never makes it again."
"So, this is for the first time in decades?" ask Kayla in amazement.
Kalandra nodded. "Yes." Yeah."
"And it still feels the same. It's yummy!"
Kayla laughs.
"Tell me about your mother!" pinta Calandra's.
Kayla smiled smirkingly. "He's TKW and hasn't come home yet."
"Just it?" ask Kalandra.
"There's still a lot, Mom. But it's already buried with memories with dad."
"If I recall, then all I met was a young girl crying in the corner of the room because her mother didn't come back after she drove to the terminal."
Kalandra's confused. "Your mother's not saying goodbye?"
Kayla shakes. "Mother just said it would work, wander. But I knew from my father that my mother left us to work abroad."
"You never looked for him? Maybe through an agent or a related agency?" ask Kalandra.
Kayla shakes. "No. Let it go."
"He'll definitely go home if he wants to" Kayla continued.
"If she's okay. If he was tortured, or maybe he was gone. Sorry Kay, but I'm talking reality."
Kayla shakes. "He's fine."
"Where do you know?"
"My friend saw his social media account. And he looks happy with his new family."
"You don't want to say hello?"
Kayla shakes. "I'm afraid I'm ruining his new family."
"I can accept all this. Dad's enough for me" Kayla's eyes glazed over.
"Then, what did your tears fall because of, Kay?" kalandra asked because she was really curious to see Kayla who suddenly cried.
Kayla gasps. She looked at Kalandra and then threw away her face, unable to bear the shady eyes of the man who was actually her husband.
"It's not because of anything, Mom." Answer lies. Denying that he did not cry is also free. Kalandra had clearly seen it earlier.
"Hmmm!" Kalandra pulled one corner of her lips. "There can't be anyone crying for no reason, Kay."
"You don't want a story?" Ask Kalandra.
Kayla stared at Kalandra for quite a while. The eyes of the two locked onto each other.
The close distance allowed them to see each other's faces.
Kayla felt her blood rush back, and her heart pounding violently.
Oh my God, why I fell in love with her. No, this can't happen. I can't fall in love with her.
Kayla cut off their eyes. He stood up immediately. "I'm sleeping, Mom!" Kayla.
As he turned around, his hand was grabbed by Kalandra. "Wait, Kay!" Kalandra.
Kayla turned her head and her eyes looked at the hand of Kalandra who was holding her wrist.
"Eh, sorry!" Kalandra reflexively let go of Kayla's hand as she saw the girl's expression was very unfriendly.
Kayla nodded and walked towards the bed.
"If you don't want a story, it doesn't matter Kay. But, you need to know, I'm ready to hear it if you want to."
Kayla gets into bed. He smiled awkwardly. "Thank you, Mum." Kayla breaks down and sleeps curled up in bed.
"I know, your crying must be because of something, Kay!" Kalandra muttered which she could still hear.
Because I'm afraid to fall in love with you, Mom. I'm afraid that one day, when I have to go, my heart already loves you.
I've been caught up in my own decisions. I have to throw this feeling all the way.
