Bar-Bar's Wife The Heir

Bar-Bar's Wife The Heir
Chapter 15 Wounds

"What did you say to Oma, Kay?" kalandra asked as she closed the door and sat her down forcibly on the sofa.

"Why have you been in the room so long?"

"Do you suspect us?"

"And what did you do? I ask that you march with the others, instead of welcoming at the door like that."

"May I guess you must be late, right?"

Kalandra continued to pick up Kayla with many questions. The man is afraid that his secret will be exposed and Riana uses the news to threaten him. Because if the media knows, the news will be back crowded.

"When I sent you a message...!"

Kayla covered Kalandra's mouth with her right hand. "If you ask one by one. I can't answer it at once!"

Kalandra held Kayla's hand that silenced her mouth. Then release it with all your might.

"Your hands are dirty, Kayla!" kalandra.

Kayla pouts. "Don't ask too many questions!"

"I'm just answering your Oma questions." Honest Kayla.

"The questions? Much?" kalandra asked increasingly curious.

Kayla nodded slowly. He leaned back on the sofa and massaged his forehead. "Oma you interrogate me!"

Kalandra breathed. "I guessed it!"

"You know?" Kayla straightened up sitting and looked at Kalandra. "I'm deg-degan, Mas!"

"Geez! Oma you're really amazing."

"His eyes felt shady, but at the same time intimidated me," said Kayla full of drama but she said the truth.

"Face is flat with wrinkles everywhere, but still looks beautiful. That's incredible!" praise Kayla.

"The way he looked, you were right! He was very thorough and I felt he could read my mind!"

Kalandra sighed. "Oma ask me about what, Kay?"

Kayla looked at Kalandra. "I'm sorry if I answered Oma's question wrongly."

"I'm just saying what I feel, and what we've agreed to before."

Kayla tells everything without being added or subtracted. Kayla wants Kalandra to also think about her real self feeling a little uncomfortable if every day has to face Riana and Gia.

"I hope Oma believes despite the small possibility" said Kalandra.

"Oma didn't ask about your family?"

Kayla shakes. "No. Maybe it's more important for her to know my purpose in marrying you than my background."

"Oma you're amazing." Praise Kayla is endless.

"I think she'll make me a role model" Kayla smiled broadly.

"Cool fashion. Her hair is cool too. And that lipstick, uh! I think I should unpack that old lady's makeup bag!" Kayla looked straight ahead at the thought of the old woman who managed to make her heart race fast while making herself fascinated.

"Sit it like this!" He imitated the way Oma sat on the edge of the bed. The body is upright with the legs tightly dangling down and the hands are on the lap.

"Oh my God, the definition of the sexiest old woman is*xy!"

"Yesaha..." Kalandra blew her laughter.

Kayla stared at Kalandra not like it. "Why laugh?"

"Haha...Jesus Kayla! Patas I just feel like you're different. It turns out that it's true, you're different. You love the style of an old granny, Kay!"

Kalandra wiped away a single tear at the end of her eye. "God! You don't have a fever, do you?" Kalandra put the back of her hand.

Then Kalandra held Kayla's head with both hands. "Is there something wrong with your brain?"

Kayla pouted in annoyance. He forcibly removed Kalandra's hand and threw her away the original. "No physical contact!"

Kalandra. He looked at Kayla who had always warned him about one of the points in their agreement.

"Don't look at me like that." Kayla started to get nervous because the look in her eyes seemed to lock onto her body.

"Why?" ask Kalandra. "Your heart is beginning to thump?"

Kayla rolled her eyeballs. Yeah, because I'm a normal woman. Different you. Which probably wouldn't be straight even if I saw me naked.

"Acquire!" Kalandra God.

"Can I give you some advice?"

Kalandra.

"OKAY. I take that as a yes."

"Once in a while, check yourself out with a psychologist!"

"Sometimes good, sometimes cold, sometimes annoying like this. I'm afraid you have a double personality."

Kalandra pushed Kayla's forehead. "Sokay know!"

"Don't read too many fiction novels! Your brain's contaminated like this."

Kalandra walked to the bed. He threw his body in there.

"Have you bought a dress for tonight, Kay?"

"It's over!" Kayla turned on the television and began to focus on the rectangular object attached to the wall.

"I see you shopping a lot and it seems like those things are not for your needs?" Ask Kalandra who got a notification on her mobile phone because Kayla paid for all the items she bought with a credit card that Kalandra gave her including items for Alif and her mother.

"Yes, I buy things that I feel are important to the people I think deserve."

"How many people?"

"only two. Mother and son."

Kalandra laughed cynically. "Why don't you just invite everyone in the social care home to go shopping with you."

"Good idea. Next time I'll do it!" Kayla replied to that subtle innuendo.

Kalandra smiled cynically. "Basic strange woman! That's satire, not advice."

"I just want to share."

"But not with my money, Kay!"

"ah! You stingy!" Cirps Kayla. "Your money will not decrease. Your monthly income is even tens of times what I give them."

"Not being stingy, I also donated a portion of my income to one of the orphanages."

"You came alone?"

"Of course not. I sent it straight to the parlour account."

Kayla nodded her head. "It's just worth it."

"Come once! Give them simple things but they really need them. Their smile will surely make you addicted to keep coming."

Kayla leaned on the sofa. "Their smile makes me feel like a flashback to the past."

"When you hold your stomach in pain, go home with new shoes for me." Kayla smiled at the thought of those sweet memories.

"I'm so happy."

"When you came to school just to drop off my pocket money that I left on the table because I knew you didn't have any more money."

"I feel loved."

"When Dad gave me a gift of a watch on my 17th birthday."

"I feel cared for."

Kayla wiped away the tears that she had been shedding on her cheeks.

"Why is everything about dad?" it turned out that Kalandra had been sitting in bed and watching Kayla who was talking about her life.

"Where's your mom?"

Kayla gasps. He looked at Kalandra who was staring and waiting for her answer.

Kayla just shut up. He was reluctant to answer because he seemed to have gone too far to tell about himself.

"Yes if you don't want to answer. I already know the answer."

Kayla looked at Kalandra.

"I know, no matter what the story is, it must leave a wound in your heart."

"It's okay. Believe me, time will heal that wound by itself."

Kayla smiled smirkingly. "Time will not heal wounds. But just get us used to it."
