Here's the towel, Mom!" Kayla put the towel on the chair by the pool.
Kalandra who was swimming pulled over for a moment. "Thank you, Kay!"
"Need drink?" Ask Kayla.
"May, orange juice only."
Kayla walks towards the kitchen, but her eyes catch a shadow of Gia's body standing in the window of her room. It just so happened that his room was downstairs. And only Kalandra's room is on the second floor.
The gia? Since when was he there? And what did he see? Did he see Kalandra? But for what? If so, why is this family so strange? Gia noticed the burly body of her sister-in-law? Does she secretly like Kalandra?
Oh God! Why so many questions in my brain? And since when have I been talking about other people's lives like this?
Kayla brushed off the negative thoughts in her head. He poured orange juice into a glass and took it to the edge of the pool. He also brought snacks in the form of potato chips that were available in the house.
He sat down on the chair after putting the tray on the table. Calandra also rose from inside the pool. Kayla threw the origin of the white towel to cover the man's head.
"It's not polite!" kalandra Protest.
"I would be bored if I had to spend an entire week at home" Kayla grumbled without responding to Kalandra's remarks.
"Familiar with using my word."
"I'm too formal. And what if there's a hearing," murmured Kalandra.
"I'm bored at home anyway." - ralat Kayla.
"Then go! Use the shopping money I gave you."
"I don't like to waste money on unimportant things."
"Then, what do you want?"
Kayla smiled cunningly. "Tell Mr. Jendra, I want to work tomorrow."
"No!"
"Why?" Kayla asked in surprise as the man quickly rejected her request.
"Because I've been asking her permission for a week."
"Yes God. Can't it be canceled?"
"No." answered Kalandra quickly. He took orange juice and drank it.
"Why?"
"Because of a man, being held is his nonsense. So, I'm not gonna change my choice."
"And I chose a week for you to adapt to this house."
"Basic, strange man!" kayla Mumbles.
"I heard it, Kay!"
"But I'm not some kind of fauna that has to spend a long time adapting to a new environment!"
"I didn't say you were an animal, Kay!"
"But I feel like you think of me that way" Kayla replied annoyedly.
"Ah. This is what I hate about women. If you've argued, don't lose."
"That's because women are never wrong!" reply Kayla.
"Whatever. You want to cook all the time, sleep all day..."
"I'm not a hibernating bear" Kayla said.
"Well, you consider yourself an animal..."
Kayla pouts.
"The thing is, you're staying off for a week."
"If I get fired how?"
"Good! Be my assistant at home!"
"They're so stiff, aren't they, Ma?" ask Gia. "In front of us they are always friendly. But behind us, they are like strangers who have just been met. They even go the opposite."
"You're right, Gia! Mama is suspicious, Kalandra pays the girl to be her pretend wife" Riana replies. "As in soap operas."
"I think so too, Ma..."
"Marni, why are there so many blankets you've brought?" riana asked the housekeeper who was carrying a pile of blankets to take to the laundry room.
"This is from Mas Andra's room, Madam," replied Marni politely.
Gia and Riana looked at each other. They have the same thoughts.
"The blanket is dirty?" ask Riana.
"No idea, Madam. But, these two blankets were folded on the floor. Right next to Andra's closet," answered Marni honestly.
He is usually in charge of cleaning Kalandra's room. And since after marriage, the task was done by Kayla. And usually the woman will tell you not to clean the room. However, this morning Kayla did not order, so Marni cleaned it up like before Kalandra got married.
"Ma, are our thoughts the same?" ask Gia.
"Yes, take it back there!" riana's orders to Marni.
"Gia, it seems like something is wrong between them."
"We'll find out, Ma!"
"What do you want to know?" suddenly Kayla appeared before them. Kayla who heard the chatter of the three immediately twisted her brain in fear of her secret and Kalandra being exposed.
Kalandra was busy snacking on potato chips. He deliberately did not want to care because he would be afraid of increasing suspicion. And he believes Kayla can handle all of this.
Gia and Riana are shocked at Kayla's arrival. But, the two immediately smiled cunningly.
"Ask only! Instead of you find out for yourself and disappointed with the results," said Kayla firmly.
"There is no need to ask you, because the carcass that is stored will still smell someday," said Gia smiled cunningly.
Kayla returned that smile. "All right! I've offered you the best option."
"Find out what you want to know for yourself! Because you won't find anything" Kayla continued.
He turned around and sat back with Kalandra. But Kayla stopped the move.
He looked back and smiled. "And yes Gia, stop admiring the torn bread in my husband's stomach."
"I'm not willing to share it with you, even if only your eyes enjoy it!"
Gia nodded in disbelief. Kayla breezed leisurely leaving the two scheming women behind her.
"He knows that I like Andra?" ask Gia to Riana.
Riana smiled cunningly. "Mama doesn't know!" Riana leaves Gia who is a little daunted because she remembers Kayla's threat last night.
He knows where? Did Andra tell you everything? If so, that means they are very close. Or do they love each other? If it's true and Kayla doesn't like me stealing eyes on Kalandra, it's not impossible that she'll have Andra throw me out and Rey out of this house. Gia's mind was not calm.
Meanwhile, Kayla and Kalandra were still sitting by the pool.
"What's the matter exactly?" kalandra asked pretending not to know. He was lazy to interfere with women's affairs.
"Auntie found my two blankets and made your mama and Gia suspicious."
Kalandra grins. "Leave it!"
"Haaa?" Kayla gaped in disbelief. "Leave it?"
"Yes, because they won't find anything!"
"We married for love..."
Kayla rounded her eyes. She why? Has he been gil*?
Kalandra glanced to the right, she gave Kayla the code. "They thought so because no one knew about our relationship all along."
Luckily Kayla was very smart. He followed the tail of Kalandra's eyes and found Riana standing in front of her window. It was clearly visible despite the sheer white curtains.
It turns peeking and eavesdropping into a hobby all over this house. I have to be careful because maybe the walls in this house have ears.
