“Already, Brother immediately there yes now, Assalamu’alaikum”, Naz then hang up his phone after Elsa replied her greeting, "Our brother did not go to the study terrace, we go to the hospital ”, we will not go to the hospital, Naz asks Mr. Udin to change the direction of his goal and he sends a message to Kiara that he is not going to the study terrace because Eris is sick. After a while they finally reached the destination hospital, Naz immediately went down and ran towards the hospital's ER room.
“Mother, Elsa, how's Eris doing?”. Naz approaches Mira and Naz's mother who is hugging.
“Naz, the doctor said that Eris's chronic heart disease must be operated on immediately, hiks”, Bu Mira explained Eris' condition accompanied by sobs.
“Yes Allah,, Eris, Mom, then ask the doctor to immediately perform surgery”, Naz give advice.
“But, the cost is very large Naz, I can not afford hiks”, Bu Mira is very sad and can only cry over his helplessness.

And finally, after persuaded by Bu Mira to accept help from Naz, they immediately went to the registration place to register the operation of Eris, there described all kinds of procedures that would be done then regarding approval, and then, operation actions, treatment and cost details . While Naz stayed away for a while to call someone, then he went back to registration and paid the advance to the manager, and the operation was scheduled.
Eris performed several tests before the surgery and was taken to the treatment room while waiting because the surgery was scheduled for four more hours, he was already in a weakened state with an infusion in his hand, on his nose was an oxygen hose, and on his chest was a heartbeat detector. Naz , Elsa and Bu Mira were very sad to see the 5-year-old boy lying helplessly, they sat on the couch in the room because Naz took VIP classes. Kiara then arrives after receiving a message from Naz and asking for the address of the hospital where Eris was treated.
Moments later the nurse takes Eris to the surgery prep room followed by Bu Mira Naz and Kiara, while Elsa is left in the room. Naz continued to calm Ms. Mira who looked tense and afraid and continued to cry, the three of them waited in front of the operating room door and sat in the chair provided there.
“So calm Bu yes, we pray with God that Eris is fine”, Naz holds the hand of Bu Mira and calms her down.
“This is all the fault of Mother, Naz,,,, because of the sins of the mother in the past, Eris who had to bear it all, this is all because of Mother,, hix hiks”, hik, Mira continues to blame herself.

“Actually the doctor had suggested surgery since two months ago when Eris was treated, but the mother could not afford the cost of surgery and chose to go for road treatment, and now her heart disease is getting worse, he said, hiks hiks,,,”, Bu Mira tells of the thing he hid from Naz.

Naz continued to pacify Ms. Mira who was slowly beginning to stop her crying, and they sat next to each other waiting for the operation.
An hour has passed every once in a while Ms. Mira walked back and forth while looking at the operating room door over which there was a red light on, then sat back down restlessly, sitting up again, while Naz is seen reciting prayers by lowering his voice and Kiara is playing her phone.

Ms. Mira was so shocked to hear that she did not move just silently while sculpting without speaking a single word.
Naz approaches the doctor and holds both of his arms “Doctor, doctor lied right ? my sister Eris must be fine, right inside?”, Naz keeps wiggling the doctor's arm with tears that keep pouring,”Doctor please tell me that it's not really Doc, Eris is fine Doc , Eris is fine“.
“Naz already Naz, who is patient, this is all fate, who is sincere Naz”, Kiara tried to calm Naz and release his hand from the doctor's arm.
“Sorry once again, we did not manage to save his life, please be patient, this has become the destiny of the almighty”.
“Tidaaaakkkkk,,,Eris, don't leave Mom, forgive mom Nak “, Bu Mira instantly drops herself to the floor,”Huaaaaa huaaaaaaa,,,Eris don't leave Mom son,,, huaaa huaaa”, so, Miss Mira squirms on the floor, Naz then comes up to her and hugs her crying.
“Bu Mira, Naz, let's get up, calm yourself”, Kira tries to calm the two who are still crying, and suddenly Bu Mira fainted,, They also asked the nurse to help Ms. Mira, then Ms. Mira was lifted into a wheelchair and taken to the ER accompanied by Kiara, naz is still in front of the operating room waiting for Eris' body to come out of the operating room. Naz sat in the waiting chair bowing in tears,”Eris,,,,”, heeled.
“Naz,,,”, Suddenly someone held Naz's shoulder.
“Kak Arfin,,,”, Naz immediately hugged him,”Huaaaaa,,,huaaa, Eris is no Brother, Eris is dead,,,,huaaaaaa?”, Naz is crying in Arfin's arms.
“Patient Naz, do not be like this, Ikhlaskan Eris, so that he can calm yaaa, already-”, Arfin calms Naz and rubs his head.
Naz continues to cry in Arfin's arms and a nurse tells him that Eris's body is in the recovery room after surgery and Naz is allowed in, they entered and met Eris for the last time, Naz stepped footily while being embraced by Arfin approaching the corpse of Eris who had been covered in white cloth, slowly Naz opened the cloth that covered Eris' face, “Eris, and then opened the cloth that covered her face,,hiks hyks hiks”, Naz who was about to hug Eris was prevented by Arfin.
“Naz, do not shed tears on the corpse, if you want to hug him remove your tears” first, said Arfin slowly. Then Naz wiped his tears and hugged Eris and kissed her one last time, and covered her white cloth back. “Already Naz,, do not weep again, let him go, be assured this is the best path God has given to Eris, and now he feels no more pain, no more crying, no more crying, let him go quietly”, Arfin stroked Naz's head and he nodded.
The hospital then takes care of Eris' body to be bathed and pardoned, while Naz and Arfin take care of the administration and take care of the return of the body to the funeral home, then they return to the hospital room where Naz leaves Elsa alone there, Elsa apparently sleeping on the sofa. Naz wakes him up slowly and tells him that Eris is dead while Miss Mira still faints in the ER room, Elsa cries hysterically and is calmed by Naz, after calm, Naz asked Elsa to contact her neighbors and relatives to inform them of the sad news.
After everything was done, the body was taken home to the funeral home in an ambulance, while Naz, Elsa, and Bu Mira who had died but were still in shock followed using Arfin's car, and Kiara certainly followed up on the bike. Arriving at home, they were greeted by local residents along with Mr. RT and an Ustad, then the body was prayed in the house by residents led by Mr. Ustad. Mourners and close relatives began to arrive including from the Naz family, after the funeral preparations after the body was taken to the cemetery using a coffin accompanied by family and neighbors who served.
Naz and Elsa continued to carry Bu Mira who continued to cry walking towards the cemetery, when she got there the body was inserted into the pit and Bu Mira again cried hysterically, “Eris,,,,,, and so on,,,, forgive mom son, forgive mom, huaaa”.
“Mir, already Mir, who is sincere, so that Eris can go quietly”, Her older sister Bu Mira tries to calm down and embrace her, while Naz continues to hug Elsa who is equally crying and while continuing to wipe her tears.
The funeral was completed and ended by a joint prayer led by local Mr. Ustad, the mourners say goodbye one by one, and now lives Bu Mira with her brother, Naz, Kiara, Elsa, Dandy, Mother, Mother, and now lives, Dad and Arfin are at the funeral. They read Yaasin's letter together to pray for the deceased. After that they stood up to leave Eris's final resting place, suddenly came someone wearing a black suit and black glasses also with a bouquet of flowers approaching,
“I am so sorry for the passing of your son, Mira”, he said as he opened his glasses and everyone looked towards the voice.
