CHAPTER 99

Marvin was still trying to beg his wife to let go of his ear. But the woman did not hear it, her breath hunting which made her husband even more foggy.

"Honey, please listen to me first. How could I dare to marry again. I've had enough to have one wife!" said Marvin increasingly clear because his ears feel hotter.

Sherina irritatedly immediately released her hand on the husband's ear. He turned his body and ignored Marvin who was behind him. I don't know why her emotions were immediately ignited when she heard the sensitive words her husband said.

"Darling, horrified me first, huh? I asked that not for me." Marvin tried to get up and lower his body to be able to look at his wife.

"Why? Change your mind? Afraid of your assets, I cut them out?" asked Sherina with her disrespectful face.

Marvin sighed, and shook his head. He kissed his wife's cheek and went to sleep across the bed. Right next to Ailey and Niskala.

"If it's a problem, even I agree. You can do it if I'm married again. But that would never have happened. Believe me." said the man while making his sturdy arm a pillow.

Sherina pressed her lips a few inches, after hearing her husband's sweet words. He blinked looking at the man opposite him so peacefully.

"Ivanders. I was just thinking. How could he still choose Nessie. Did he not know everything? It was precisely Anne that she wasted." Marvin begins his second conversation after finding out that his wife is recovering.

Sherina paused for a moment to think. It is true what the husband said. But whatever the decision, only Ivander has the right to decide.

"He has his own considerations, Vin. It's true what you said. But if you're in the same condition as him. What are you gonna do? You could've been looking for a better woman than your wife, who herself has many flaws and faults."

"You know how many people have told you that your wife is bad. Are you going to leave him out immediately? Only you and your wife can't feel what it's like? You must have chosen her as your wife, because of a lot of things, right? So, what Ivander really did wasn't wrong."

Marvin just nodded at his wife's explanation. The man's faint smile managed to make Sherina smile.

"Again, where did the idea you got. To the extent that you think Ivander should remarry. And is the woman in your idea none other than Anne? What a ridiculous imagination!"

Sherina shook her head and hugged her daughter again. It wasn't even night yet, but Sherina really felt sleepy. Looks like she's been lacking a break, ever since her husband said to pick up her eldest daughter.

"Oh yeah, how do you say there's Ailey if you're her father, and now I'm her mother? What if he asks about Alissa?" sherina asked, asking her husband for his opinion.

Although Sherina was unsure of what her husband said. But it never hurts to try it.

The next night, Anne, who had just finished loving Ivander's son, walked back to her room. Shortly after passing the stairs, which was next to her, was the room where Nessie slept.

The woman frowned when she faintly heard the laughter of the two people inside. "Ivander's inside?"

Anne asked herself, and stopped for a while. Unintentionally, she overhears one of Ivander and Nessie's conversations inside that lead Anne to bite her lower lip.

The woman momentarily closed her eyes and inhaled her breath deeply. Countless of how long he stood there, until suddenly his eyes opened upon hearing the sound of the door opening from within.

The woman looked at Ivander with her shocked gaze. The woman immediately turned her eyes and acted a little nervous.

"You're here?" ivander asked with a shocked face.

Anne shook her head and prepared to go upstairs. "No, I'm just passing by. I quit because I felt like I was forgetting something."

Ivander felt bad at Anne's words. He prevented Anne from going upstairs. "It's not what you think it is. Let me explain first."

Anne frowned in surprise, and immediately rewinded her body a little further than Ivander. "no need. Do what you want, don't have to explain anything to me. Let's just say I didn't hear it."

Not caring for Ivander's gaze, Anne immediately went to her room. I don't know why there was such a strange vibration in his heart when he saw Ivander's reaction.

Anne was silent for a while and immediately contacted someone.

"Prepare tickets. I'll be home tomorrow."
