Anne did not answer any of the questions Ivander had asked her. He clasped his hand on the handle of his suitcase. The woman sighed for a while, before Ivander again said something to her.
"Well you're mad because I had something wrong with you, I'm sorry, Anne. You know if I'll never admit my mistake and apologize first, but this time I'm really sincere. I'm sorry,"
Anne who turned her back to Ivander was just staring flat at the living room that had not changed at all. He closed his eyes for a moment, still respecting Ivander who kept talking to him.
"And for Nessie, she-"
"Van, enough! I want you and I to have clear boundaries, from now on. Think of me as your employee, nothing more! I won't interfere even in curiosity with all your problems. So do the same to me. Please cooperate, Van."
Anne turned her body and looked at the man seriously. While the master, he clenched his hands tightly at the cold answer Anne gave him.
There is no word that Ivander gave. Both of them were silent with their own thoughts. Anne looked at the man's face of arrogance, and exhaled.
"May I enter Kanwa's room, sir?" anne said with a peaceful smile.
Ivander didn't like the call, to be honest. But seeing the genuine smile that Anne had always given her, made the man feel a little bit enough.
The man's thin smile appeared on his thin lips. He nodded thinly, and put one of his hands into his pants pocket.
"Of course."
"Darling ... long time no see, boy." Anne immediately sat on the edge of the bed, and stroked Kanwa's protruding back with a toy in her small hands.
Ivander follows Anne who enters into her son's room, and stands in the doorway. The man watched Anne who looked to miss her son terribly.
"You're growing up so fast. Come here, I miss you..." Anne immediately picked up Kanwa and placed her on her lap.
The woman hugged Kanwa so tightly. Anne kissed the forehead of the one-year-old baby and held it again.
"Don't I buy a plane ticket for your son, too? Then where is he?" Ivander, who had just realized that Anne had come alone, asked her.
Anne held herself back for a while, and closed her eyes. The woman had hoped that Ivander would understand what she had just said. He just wants to do his job with a professional, without mixing his personal affairs.
"Van, please listen to me again. I just want to work quietly, without involving my personal life. So, please understand this well." Anne did not turn her head to look at Ivander.
Ivander tightened his jaw tightly, and saw the woman's small back. She turns to the living room, where Anne's suitcase is located.
He takes her into Kanwa's room and arranges all of Anne's clothes willingly. Anne who saw that was a little surprised. What was with the man, he even styled his clothes without speaking a bit.
"You slept with Kanwa. After this, clean yourself up. We're going to the hospital after seeing Niskala and Ailey."
