CHAPTER 116

Marvin took a deep breath so hard, as he stared at the clock that indicated the time of almost dawn. She wiped away the tears that had soaked her eyelids since last night.

He lifted his head and began to rise from his seat. The man stretched out his hand and stroked the top of his wife's head. Marvin kissed his wife for a moment, and closed his eyes for a while.

"Back up, baby. Me and the kids are waiting for you. I love you," said Marvin softly with a hand stroking the wife's cheek.

After thinking, the man finally went out of the ICU room with a heavy heart. He had to go home and meet his two little daughters. Although at first he was about to remain in the hospital, but his two daughters also definitely needed him.

When he arrived outside, he stared at the corridor that was so quiet without a single person fluttering. He looked at his wife through the glass, and breathed heavily.

"I'll be back in the morning, baby." said Marvin and walked to the elevator.

The man had already thought about how he would pass his days ahead of him, without his wife. The great hope is that the wife can be immediately aware, not as long as the doctor expects her.

Marvin drove his car through the streets of a very quiet city, and soon arrived at his home shortly after. After cleaning his body, Marvin rushes towards his daughter's room, and hugs both Ailey and Niskala's small bodies.

"I'm sorry, dear." The man clutched his two daughters lovingly, and began to close his eyes to rest.

The next morning, Ivander had just replaced Kanwa's diaper and turned to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. The man smiled too busy with his work, to the point that he did not open his phone just to see the incoming message.

When all was ready, the man gave milk to his son, and took it with his meal. The man had just opened his phone and was surprised to see one of the messages that was able to make the man stop chewing.

[I'll go there, today. Thanks for the plane ticket.] The man smiled after reading the message.

[Of course. I will wait for you.] The man immediately finished his breakfast, and immediately bathed his little son.

The man seemed to have misbehaved after learning that Anne was coming to his house.

"Hey boy, you know? Your mother will be back. So, have fun." The man looks very happy, from the way he replaces his son's clothes to kissing him constantly makes the man's mood change for the very good.

"You're coming back" Ivander greets Anne and invites Anne to come in.

The woman was dragging the same suitcase, which she used to return to Germany a while ago. The man's gaze was so deep at her, that it made the master feel a little uncomfortable.

"Where is Kanwa? I haven't seen him in a long time." Anne lowered her head deliberately to have her hair cover her face.

"Will you suddenly run away and go back to Germany without talking to me first?"

Anne was silent for a while, not acknowledging Ivander's words.

"Ann, you're all grown up and you know if things are different before you leave. At least tell me what my fault is."
