CHAPTER 5

Nessie, who was initially confused about answering Sherina's letter or not, decided to answer it. She wants to know what Sherina looks like.

"Good morning, Madam. Introduce me Nessie. I'm the secretary of Mr. Ivander. Is there anything I can tell Mr Ivan?" replied Nessie with a tone that she smoothed a little.

"Can you repeat what your name is and what is your authority, miss?" sherina said in a tone filled with emphasis. Can Nessie feel the tone full of intimidation directed from the lover's legitimate wife for her.

"Oh well, forgive me if what I said is less clear. My name is Nessie and I am the secretary of Mr. Ivander. May I know the message that madam is about to leave to Mr Ivan? Because now Mr. Ivan is not in the room." Nessie tried to answer Sherina's question carefully.

"So you're just the secretary of my husband? Then why are you so presumptuous, that you dare to bring my husband's phone? I need to remind you, that the phone you're using to pick up calls from me is his personal cell phone." Nessie who heard the words from Sherina was immediately dead fleas.

How could he be so careless like this? What should he do to cover up his mistakes? Nessie thought in her mind as she folded her lips inward. The pregnant woman was really confused about what to answer.

"I. .. This is my lady, Mr. Ivander deliberately left his phone to me, and said if there was any

call from anyone please accept. He said that he did not want to miss a single bit of news or something" Nessie replied with a slight nervousness that made Sherina smile on her side.

Sherina's not so stupid that she doesn't know what the real woman named Nessie is hiding from her. Which secretary was even given the mandate to keep a private phone belonging to his superiors.

It was impossible that between her husband and the woman there was nothing. Sherina was sure that there must be something her husband was hiding from her. I will not entrust my message to you so easily, Miss Nessie. Tell my husband to call back immediately, if he is already present in the room. So," Sherina said before she decided to call Nessie.

The girl smiled slanted while shaking her head. She's not a stupid woman who wouldn't be suspicious of the incident just now.

Sherina laughs at the stupidity of the woman who claims to be her husband's secretary. Sherina is not a stupid woman who does not know ethics at work. Do not doubt Sherina's performance when working in her office.

"I felt that something was hidden by Ivander. I have to find out what the man is hiding" Sherina said, closing the last app she used to call her husband's number.

As if fate had it, Sherina who had not actually put her phone down was stunned when she saw a notification pop up coming into her phone. Curious, Sherina opened the message sent by her officemate.

At first Sherina was a little unsure about opening the news link sent by her friend. But his curiosity overcame the uncertainty that had approached the girl.

Shortly after pressing the news link sent by her friend, Sherina immediately fell silent when she found out the main title in the news headline. As if someone was holding her back from breathing, Sherina read the headline over and over again until she was fed up.

"So you're in a relationship behind everyone's back? Really funny. I can't wait to see how your drama continues" Sherina said, grieving slowly. Sherina shook her head slowly as she looked at the portrait of her husband and Nessie, who were being caught in the paparazzi.

Sherina decided to leave for the office immediately. The woman who is already independent, immediately took her car to the office that has made her name soar in the world of the company.

On the way to the office, Sherina was actually annoyed by the new facts she had just learned. What the girl is thinking about now is how Ivander did it, while she feels that she could be in trouble if her two in-laws learned of the scandal going on.

Shortly after, Sherina who heard that her phone was ringing was also connecting the water pods she usually provides. When everything was installed, Sherina answered the call and just found out that the one who called her was none other than the husband.

"Did you call me? My secretary said that there was a call from you." The first time Sherina heard answering the call from her husband was, the question of whether or not she had called.

Just then Sherina held back her laughter by folding her lips inwards. She felt a little tickled when she heard her husband calling Nessie 'my secretary'. If she is allowed to laugh out loud, Sherina makes sure that Ivander will be confused with her.

"I just wanted to ask. Where are you? Mama and papa keep asking where you are. At least if you don't want to leave news for me, at least leave a little news for mama and papa," Sherina asked in a low tone.

Ivander who heard the question from his wife looked a little incredulous. Nessie was lying next to Ivander.

"If you think that I'm bragging, then you're wrong. You can contact both your own parents and maybe besides that you can also ask if mom and dad have known the latest news from you and your scandal or not."
