Madam No Man

Madam No Man
CHAPTER 86

One week has passed. Today, Sherina intends to go to the hospital to pick up her husband.

Sherina who had been staring at her little daughter who was still asleep, began to breathe her breath long. Her breath that was slightly stinged due to her crying, made Sherina try to neutralize her emotions.

"You can, Sher. God knows you're strong" Sherina said with a weak nod, wiping away her tears.

Yes, since her return 3 days ago, Sherina had not expected such a drastic change in her emotions. He spends more time crying over something he can't even change.

Sherina's mind was too filled with unimportant things that didn't yet know the clarity. He held everything back as if Marvin didn't want to know about what he thought.

The woman raised her two eyebrows while taking a deep breath. He wiped his tears once more, then slowly to get up from his seat.

He walked to his cell phone, and was about to call Marvin. But suddenly the sound of the door opening made Sherina stop her intentions.

"Sherina," called Anne as she entered Niskala's room.

In the woman's arms is Kanwa, a nearly 9-month-old baby who is already very attached to her. He walked up to Sherina and was surprised when he saw the face of the young mother.

"Sherina ... What's going on?" After placing Kanwa on Niskala's large bed, Anne walked up to Sherina who was standing in front of the glass table in the room.

Somehow tempramen Sherina became more random, today. She suddenly put her phone back down and returned Anne's embrace so tightly.

"Why, hm? Do you want to tell a story?" Anne rubbed Sherina's vibrating back.

Sherina has not answered, she still hugs Anne and sheds all her tears. She looked at her daughter every now and then, which made Sherina want to cry even more.

"I'm not that strong, Ann. I'm tired" said Sherina Lirih amid sobs.

Hearing this, Anne immediately took Sherina to sit down and tried to calm Sherina down. "Write. You need someone else to ease your burden, at least to tell a story."

Sherina still refused to explain. He made his side thigh to fix his elbows. He rubbed his cheek with pursed lips, holding back a cry.

"I think I can be strong enough to accept all the facts, Ann. But in fact it's not. I feel like I'm a crazy person who takes care of everything alone. I take care of the house, I take care of Niskala, even I'm here and there waiting for Marvin. Not to mention the issue of the civil rights papers, all I'm handling."

Anne was silent at Sherina's reply. He looked at the woman whose face was currently looking extremely pale, with a feeling of guilt.

"Didn't I say it, so you always ask for my help and Ivander's? Why are you keeping quiet? Sherina, we don't know at all if there's a lot of things you're craving for yourself." Said Anne who really felt guilty, while stroking Sherina's arm.

Sherina shook her head. He held his breath for a while, and tried to calm himself down.

"No. I can handle it myself. After all, isn't that what I'm used to? I can take care of the house myself, take care of myself without the help of others," replied with a bland smile that was immediately greeted by the headband of Anne.

All right, as soon as Anne understood, what kind of condition Sherina was currently in. Like other young mothers, Anne thought Sherina was experiencing the baby blues after giving birth. Anne guessed that there was too much burden for Sherina.

"Sherina, are you okay?" anne asked as soon as she saw Sherina who was silent.

Sherina was still silent. She stared blankly at her daughter who was in her baby basket.

"Sherina, whatever it is you need to talk to your husband about. You chose to get married because that's your choice, right? So don't feel alone. There's your husband" said Anne, trying to remind Sherina to share her problems with Marvin.

Sherina drew her gaze and looked at Anne who was sitting next to her. Yeah, Sherina forgot all about it. She did not remember what her husband had told her.

Not yet Sherina answered, the two women seemed to sharpen their hearing when they heard the sound of a car entering Sherina's house.

"Remove your tears. Your husband has come home" Anne said, stroking Sherina's arm.

He got up from his seat and helped Sherina to get up. He wiped away the tears that were still left on Sherina's cheek, then brought her down.

"Actually I came here to say that Marvin was coming home with Ivander. So you don't have to pick her up." Sherina simply nodded her head and continued down the stairs to arrive in front of her husband.

Sherina saw the father of her daughter who had been staring at her since she went down the stairs. She chose to sit next to Marvin and smiled when she found out that her husband was looking at her so closely.

The man's heart felt like it was being squeezed violently, when he saw his wife's face. Immediately an unpleasant feeling approached the man's heart. What makes his wife cry.

"Darling," Marvin said softly as he looked at Sherina sitting on the sofa, next to her wheelchair.

Sherina did not answer. She still looked at her husband before turning her gaze to look at Ivander who was explaining how her husband's legs were.

Sherina continued to listen to Ivander's explanation. Unlike the case with Marvin who had not shifted his eyes from the wife.

In the man's mind, he had been wondering since. Did he make a mistake with his wife? Or is there a problem that befell the wife without her knowledge?

"Van, you can go home first. Thanks for the help." The three who were talking about the condition of Marvin's legs, immediately fell silent.

They all looked at Marvin, who did not even take his eyes off the woman sitting next to him.

Anne who had understood the condition, immediately decided to take Kanwa who herself lived in Niskala's room.

After she finished bringing Kanwa down, Anne rushed Ivander home. The man who had been waiting for Marvin for a week at the hospital had no comment at all.

After the departure of the two, Sherina still had not shifted her gaze from the main door in her house.

"Sherina," call Marvin without any other frills.

The woman immediately turned her head and looked at the husband. There was such a deep stroke of disappointment that Sherina found in her husband's dark eyes.

"Why avoid me?" The two words instantly managed to make Sherina's heart melt.

The woman held her breath for a moment, then bit her lower lip to channel the intense vibrations that were on her chest.

"I'll take you to the room. You have to take a lot of rest" Sherina said, and immediately pushed her husband's wheelchair into the guest room.

"Let me help you up" Sherina held her husband's arms together, and carefully helped Marvin up the bed.

After she finished, Sherina still felt uncomfortable with her husband's gaze. The man was still waiting for an answer from her.

"I'll see Niskala first. I left her," said Sherina without looking at Marvin, who made Marvin tighten his jaw.

Not yet stepped, Sherina's small hand was immediately held by Marvin. Her hoarse voice managed to make Sherina again hold her breath.

"Sit down first."
