Marvin, who had just walked out of Sherina's room, frowned when he saw a man standing in the doorway. His gaze turned to Sherina who looked a little awkward, and looked at her as if she wanted to tell him something.
Instead of coming and asking what Kevin needs to come to his house, the man just passed by and went up to his room. The man felt that if the stubbornness Sherina had, forever would never change.
Sherina who saw that, momentarily fell silent. There was such a painful feeling when Marvin just left it. He stared at the burly man who began to walk up to it, with a strange vibe in his chest.
Marvin continued walking, and went into the room. He used his hands to close the door, and locked it from the inside. For a moment Marvin closed his eyes, and exhaled deeply.
Weary. That's what that guy feels right now. He opened his eyes and looked around the room. A room that no one else had entered except himself and his wife.
The man's eye bags showed how heavy his mind was these days. Marvin approached the bed, and began to lay down his body. He covered his face with his arm, with a long breath.
Honestly, he was shocked to see who had just come to his house. Who doesn't know that guy? Even the class of ordinary people knew who Kevin was.
"Patience, Vin. Give him time." Marvin decided to rest. That also makes him want to go home soon, which he usually will go home late at night.
Not noticeably, the man's tears went down soaking the mattress as he began to shut down. Marvin was still holding all that heavy weight on his chest alone.
'Do whatever you want, Sher. I would never ban anything. This is all I can do.'
While Kevin and Sherina who had been sitting in the living room, began chatting relaxed outside work. "Oh yeah, papa leave this for you. Thank you for coming back to the company, he said."
Sherina smiled awkwardly and accepted the paper bag that Kevin had brought. "You shouldn't bother to do this, sir. I'm grateful to still be allowed to work in my father's company."
The two talked again, as if they had known each other for a long time. It was that right that made Sherina subconsciously start telling all the things about her and her family to the man sitting opposite her.
"I'm sorry for what happened to you. Hope you'll be back to full recovery soon." Kevin smiled faintly at the face without makeup belonging to the woman before him.
But when he remembered what his father had said, and the man who had looked at him, Kevin immediately reminded himself.
Because there was nothing more to talk about, Kevin finally intended to say goodbye. He was escorted by Sherina until he arrived in front of the house. The woman nodded her head after Kevin's departure from her home.
Sherina lowered her head, and stared at the gift from her superior. He really didn't know what to react to this.
Remembering this, Sherina suddenly remembered Marvin who had passed by just like that. He raised his head and looked at his room which was in Lanta two.
For some reason, Sherina thinks about coming to her room and tries to talk to her husband.
He walked up the stairs and began to climb one by one the stairs that would take him to the husband's room. But when she remembered what the man had done to her, Sheirna immediately stopped her steps.
"No. He did this to me too. So, let it be. We're even, now." Sherina nodded and brought the parcel to her room.

Later that night, Sherina, who had just finished cooking, called her daughters and looked up at the door to see if Marvin had left her room.
But when he saw that the door to his room had not been opened, it meant that Marvin had not yet come out of his room. This actually makes the woman think a little, whether her husband is okay.
"Honey, you guys eat first. Mother will go upstairs to call your father" said Sherina stroking the tops of her daughters' heads, and walking up the stairs to see her husband's condition.
After arriving at the door of her husband's room, she tried to open it. But the woman's forehead frowned when she found out that the door was locked from the inside.
She was a little hesitant whether to call her husband or not. If not, it's been too long for Marvin not to come out of his room. What the woman was afraid of was what if something happened to Marvin and he found out too late.
"Marvin, are you still inside?" sherina asked in a voice that wasn't too loud, and hadn't knocked on the door yet.
The woman took a deep breath before starting to raise her hand and knocking on the door of the husband's room.
"The vin! Can you open the door?" This time Sherina called the husband in a pretty high tone. Who even managed to make their two daughters turn their heads up, seeing the mother who was knocking on the door of her room.
Sherina repeatedly calls Marvin's name and keeps knocking on his door. But again and again there was no answer, or even the sound of a key opening from within. This really made Sherina even more worried, and intended to ask someone for help to open the door by force.
But he had not managed to get up from the front door, suddenly the door of the room opened and displayed a man with red eyes and tired face. He sighed, and swallowed his saliva with great difficulty.
The man looked at Sherina for a moment, then walked back to the bed with his heavy steps. He collapsed just like that, and closed his eyes again.
Sherina was a little silent seeing that. Her husband looked extremely chaotic, with his dark face. He stood there for a while, before finally closing the door.
Sherina hurried to wait for her two daughters to finish eating, and went inside the room. After preparing all the school supplies of her two little daughters and delivering to the room, Sherina returns to the dining table and prepares food for Marvin.
Even though he had not eaten yet, but somehow his hunger suddenly evaporated just like that. He carried the tray carefully, and slowly opened the door of his room.
He looked at Marvin who was still asleep, then put his tray on the nightstand. The woman sat down next to the husband who was still closing his eyes, and patted the burly back with slight hesitation.
Sherina was still patient and kept doing it over and over again. But because he was increasingly worried about the condition of Marvin who looked so tired, and also did not eat a little. The woman immediately grabbed her husband's arms, and tried to turn them over so that she could see him.
When Marvin began to fall asleep, the man inhaled a deep breath and tried to open his eyes. For a moment he looked at his wife's worried face, then closed his eyes again. He could not look his wife in the eyes for long enough.
"Wake up a minute. I've cooked for you. Eat and get back to rest, after that." Sherina raised both of her eyebrows when Marvin directly turned her body, and hugged her little belly.
Marvin closed his eyes tightly and continued to hug his wife. In fact, this is enough to make his body slightly improved. "I'm tired."
Sherina felt her heart stop beating when she heard her husband's voice. He could sense that what Marvin was saying was really coming from inside the man's heart.
Sherina did not answer. He only endured the overwhelming sense of tightness that was within his chest cavity. He gulped his saliva hard, then turned his gaze away.
Sherina who felt that her husband's body temperature was a little hot, tried to check it again and it was true, Marvin had a fever. The woman held her breath for a while, then shook her head weakly.
"Feed your food first, then rest. Your fatigue will be reduced." Marvin was silent, but there was no rejection of his wife's flat speech.
The man slightly woke up when Sherina was about to get up from her seat. The woman was about to get out of bed, and leave Marvin. But quickly the man stopped him.
"I'm in pain. Don't you want to stay here longer? At least until I finish eating my food." Sherina suddenly stopped and closed her eyes.
He exhaled deeply, then turned around and sat down on the chair beside the bed. "Wash your face first, I'll prepare your food."
Marvin did it obediently, and rushed to the bathroom. When he returned, he got into bed and sat cross-legged in front of his wife.
"Have you eaten?" ask Marvin after taking the spoon.
Sherina nodded her head lying and turned her gaze away from the husband who kept looking at her. He let Marvin devour his food, and continued to ignore it.
But her instincts as a woman resisted. He looked at the husband who looked so happy to eat his food. That deep gaze can only be felt by a fellow wife, who is staring at her husband while eating.
And when he saw it, he was unaware that the woman's tears were coming down so swiftly without any orders. She bit her lips and saw all the changes to her husband.
"This is the first time you've cooked for me. This is very en-" Marvin immediately stopped his words, when he saw Sherina who was crying and immediately cut her gaze with him.
Sherina quickly got up from her seat, and walked out of the room. She could not continue to be inside, and showed her sorrow to her husband.
Sherina walks downstairs and enters the bathroom and locks the door from the inside. The woman threw her body on the floor and cried. She did not know why she could turn into this emotional when she saw her husband.
On the one hand she still feels angry with all the treatment of her husband to her. But on the other hand, he also felt guilty. Because after all, the husband must need his role and he could not do it at all for a long time.
"I'm sorry. It's all because of me." Sherina kept crying and it was satisfying to let out her tears inside the bathroom.
After feeling calmer and managed to organize his heart, the woman came out of the bathroom. He prepared a cold compress, which he would bring to the husband's room.
After opening the door, the woman smiled faintly when she saw that her husband had returned closed. He slowly walked in and put the dirty dishes and the others to the table.
He got on the bed, and began compressing the husband's forehead. She pulled her husband's hair back, and placed the towel on his forehead.
On this occasion, Sherina managed to look at the husband so freely. He looked into the eyes with a black circle at the bottom of it, and down into the nose that was very similar to his two daughters' noses. Hesitatingly, Sherina carried her hand, and stroked the man's firm jaw.
Not knowing what possessed her, the woman approached and briefly kissed the top of the head belonging to the husband. He held it for a little while, and closed his eyes very tightly.
"I'm sorry. I'm guilty of you."
Not felt, the tears of the woman came back. Sherina admits she's too weak if anything comes to this man she loves so much. She let out the tightness that was on her chest and hugged the sleeping husband.
The woman came down and hugged the burly body of the husband completely. She cried without a sound, which made her feel even more claustrophobic. She clutched tightly onto her husband's shirt, and shed all her tears on the chest of the man's field.
Marvin who was really exhausted, was not aware at all if the wife was on the same bed with him. He also compressed his forehead to reduce his fever. And yes, the woman even hugged him so warmly, which was able to usher him into a beautiful dream that warmed him so much.
Sherina wept bitterly as Marvin tilted her body and returned her arms. She let her compresses fall, and continued to hug Sherina like she was being given a roll to accompany her to sleep.
"You're a strong man, Vin. You can last this long." Sherina looked at the husband from below and mentioned his lips as she recalled all the crimes her husband had committed against her.
"If you hadn't gone unstable and left me when I wasn't conscious, maybe our lives wouldn't have been this complicated. But you chose the second option and even brought in your cunning ex-secretary."
Recalling that, Sherina suddenly felt that there was something Alissa was hiding. He recalled correctly, the diagnosis was indeed the woman's. But how could he still be alive, after being convicted would not have a long life?
"I have to figure this out."
