CHAPTER 88

Sherina starts to take off her arms, which makes Marvin bow his head and see his wife's face.

"Vin" called Sherina softly as she raised her head, facing the husband.

"Hmm?" marvin answered, then again kissed his wife.

Sherina tried to stay quiet for a while. She thought about whether she should say this to her husband, or not. If she delays, she will eventually say this to her husband.

"I want to talk" Sherina said in her flat tone, staring at her husband's two stern eyes.

Marvin was silent for a moment. He looked into his wife's eyes, as if looking for something inside. I don't know why there was fear when I saw his wife's flat gaze.

"What's wrong?" marvin asked as if he did not like what his wife said.

Sherina sighed for a while, then turned her gaze to disconnect the gaze of the two. She knew exactly what was currently on her husband's mind.

"What would you do if you were in my position? How do you feel when you find out if your husband has had a child from a previous relationship?" asked Sherina with her tone of foot.

Marvin was silent when he heard his wife's question. He rewinded Sherina's body with his hands and looked at her face.

"Attent. What are you saying?" marvin asked in a stern tone, which made Sherina just blink.

He stared at the stern face with Marvin's sturdy jaw, with a long sigh.

"You don't think if I-" said Marvin not yet finished, but suddenly Sherina lit up her speech.

"Jawab only! How would you feel about your partner knowing that he already has someone else's child?" asked Sherina in a tone that started to shake.

Marvin frowned in disbelief and sought the truth in his wife's eyes. She was completely confused by what Sherina asked her.

"Sherina." refuted Marvin again who again made Sherina gripped the man's arm.

"You didn't hear my words? Just answer!" asserted Sherina again with a serious look at her husband.

"Of course I'm angry. I was disappointed, and I felt like I was failing to be her partner" replied Marvin, who made Sherina nod her head.

The woman smiled and let out a long breath.

"I'm sure you wouldn't hate the kid from that relationship, would you? You don't hate your partner either, because after all, it's their past. But at least, you'll be disappointed. Didn't they? added Sherina who is not supported by Marvin.

"Darling, why are you asking like this? I've never done things like that, that would hurt your heart. Believe me, you're the only one, honey." Marvin said, which made Sherina smile.

The man was sure, behind his wife's current smile, it was not a smile of sincerity but as what he felt finally began to be conveyed.

"Yes, you didn't do it. More precisely you didn't do it consciously" Sherina added, leaving Marvin even more confused.

"Why did you do it, Vin? Why are you letting me down?" sherina asks, which makes Marvin more confused by the woman's question.

"Darling," said Marvin, who made Sherina turn her gaze away from her husband.

"You have another daughter, Vin. She looks so much like you." Sherina's tears are shed. He was unable to bear all this tightness alone anymore.

The man stared in disbelief at what Sherina said. His eyes were instantly fixed only on the wife, whose tears were now back down.

"Why are our marriage trials so hard, Vin" Is God so sure of me that He gave me a test that shook my life so much?" said Sherina again, which made Marvin immediately shake his head.

"That's impossible, isn't it? Sherina, trust me. I never did" Marvin honestly with his frightened face.

He was really scared if the wife was angry with him and misunderstood him. Then do things he never wanted.

"Honey. Please listen to me. I never hid anything from you. I only have you, the only one." I'm Marvin again who makes Sherina nod her head.
