CHAPTER 127

One week has passed. Marvin who had just returned from overseas service was walking with his face bent because he was so tired.

The man loosened his tie and took off his suit, as he continued to walk into the house. Exactly one step after entering the house, the man's body instantly froze as his gaze met the two calm eyes that were currently staring at him.

Marvin felt that his heart suddenly stopped working. The cold instantly burst into her, seeing the face she had so longed for.

"Sherina.." call Marvin in disbelief, with his heart beating twice as fast.

Just like Marvin, a woman who was still wearing a dress under her knees was pecking, staring at the two dark eyes across there.

His breath immediately felt a little tight with eyes that began to heat up. Where is the man who looks so tired. The sideburns that adorned his chin and around his lips, really added to the good looks of the man he so longed for.

After confirming that the woman was indeed Sherina, Marvin immediately walked over quickly and bent his knees before the woman who was sitting facing the door.

Marvin immediately hugged Sherina with his tears. He tightened his arms, as if he really did not want to lose the woman.

"I miss you." said Marvin in a deep voice.

Sherina's feeling numb. The woman was silent, doing nothing. He was still staring at the door of the house that remained open, with no intention to divert from it.

"Why don't you tell me where Ivander's hiding you. I'm looking for you" Marvin asked his wife.

Sherina did not answer. She stared at the door of her husband's car that was currently open. In that instant, Sherina begins to believe everything Anne and Ivander have to say.

"Keep away," Sherina said after a long silence, which made Marvin pull her body from Sherina's diminishing body.

"No... What are you saying, honey?" Marvin holds Sherina's tapered cheek and immediately makes Sherina keep her face away.

Honestly Marvin was a little surprised by his wife's attitude. He pulled his hand forcefully, and looked back at his woman's face feelingly.

"I love you, Sher."

"I hate you."

Sherina looked at her husband with a wound-filled look. There was not the slightest hint of Marvin finding, a gentle gaze like the one Sherina had once given, in her eyes.

"Sher..."

"Marvin, your phone's left."

The two husbands who were still talking, immediately turned their heads to the side. Right where Aliisa was standing behind Marvin.

Marvin who saw the right instantly panicked a little. How not. Ivander's words a moment ago scared him to bring Alissa just stop by the house.

"A ... All right, give it to me. Thanks though. You can come back." Marvin, a little nervous, immediately took his phone from Alissa's grasp.

The woman was immediately shocked when she saw that the woman sitting in front of Marvin was none other than Sherina. He quickly gave away his superior's cell phone, and intended to leave immediately.

"Hi Alissa's. Long time no see." Sherina quickly stops Alissa, who is giving her cell phone to Marvin.

Sherina smiled faintly when she saw the two who immediately turned their heads on her. Sherina nodded her head thinly, then folded her lips inwards.

"It's good to see you're healthy, and get back to work. God bless you." Alissa quickly immediately pulled her hand standing stiffly before Sherina.

"No need to rush back. Sit here, you must be tired after a long day of work. Isn't that right, Mr Marvin?"

Marvin was silent for a while. He started to stare at Sherina's flat face while talking to Alissa.

"Mother..."

Sherina immediately bent next to her knees and hugged her two little daughters who were now starting to grow up. He closed his eyes and vented all his longing for his daughters.

"Mother misses are with you" whispered Sherina softly and then kissed both Ailey and Niskala's eyebrows.

She was the little girl whose face was increasingly similar to her father's, laughing loosely. Sherina rubbed the tops of her two daughters' heads, then stood up holding them together.

"Sit down, don't just stand up. I'm sure you'll be talking about a lot." Sherina told Alissa, who was now staring at her little daughter.

"Aren't you going upstairs, or are you going to be here? With Aiy's mom and dad?" Not forgetting Sherina asked her eldest daughter, who knew the little girl wanted to live with her mother.

"I don't just want to be the same mother!" Firmly the girl who transformed into a tough and hard female figure. All thanks to Ivander's upbringing of course.

Sherina looked at Alissa who had no reaction at all, even impressed like she had no problem with Ailey's reply.

"alright. Enjoy your time." Sherina walks into the room above the corner of her house, not into her room with Marvin.

Marvin who saw it, quickly rushed about to leave. But he immediately stopped his steps when Alissa held his hand.

Marvin stared intently at Alissa's hand that touched his arm, and quickly the woman took it off. I don't know why many changes to Marvin, even just a few minutes passed.

"Ah, sorry. But we still have a little talk. About the meeting"

"It's outside of work hours. So we'll talk tomorrow, again." After saying in his low tone, the man immediately followed up.

Alissa looked at the burly back of the man she had been with for almost 4 years, leaving her alone. His hand was unconsciously clenched, not accepting with the attitude Marvin gave him.

"Would you sleep at home, or at home?" Sherina combed Niskala's hair, and looked at her from the reflection of the mirror in front of her.

"Kal, we sleep at home? You're home, and the aunt's gone too." Ailey squatted a little in front of her sister, and tidied up her haircut.

"You're the same mother." The 4-year-old girl answered, then opened her lips.

Ailey, who was angry with her sister, kissed her cheek and smiled at her mother. "It's okay, Bun. Sleep at his papa's house tomorrow if it's a vacation."

Sherina nodded and finished her activities. After all, Sherina took her children to bed and began to put them to sleep.

Sherina continued to stroke the tops of the heads of the two girls who slept on her left right, until finally Niskala who first gave up on her drowsiness.

"Sister's still a mother's child, right?" Sherina who had been daydreaming since, suddenly gasped when she found out that her eldest daughter had not fallen asleep.

"Why say that, hm? The sister's the mother's son. Until then." Sherina kissed Ailey's forehead and stroked her cheek.

"So, I'm afraid, you hate big brother because that aunt made dad, so it's like now." Sherina hugged her daughter and closed her eyes.

She had no idea how hard her little girl's life was as long as she wasn't around. Shouldn't Ailey know all that?

"Auntie's a bad guy, Bun. Don't let me like him. I don't want you to leave us to make that aunt." It was Pinta Ailey who made Sherina smile on her side.
