CHAPTER 11

Ivander, who saw Nessie walking into the nursery, smiled brightly. Somehow Ivander described his happiness when he saw the woman who was carrying flesh and blood, walking slowly closer to her safe.

"Are you okay, honey? I'm really worried about your situation" Nessie said in a very spoiled tone, as she walked up to Ivander.

The woman stared with great pity at her lover who could only observe her, without being able to do more. Ivander, who was already feeling better, just nodded his head, without being able to welcome the arrival of Nessie to his room.

"Are those your parents, and your wife? I had heard that Sherina was going to be brought home with them. What's up? Is there a problem?" nessie asked, turning her head back, and making sure no one else saw her go into Ivander's ward.

Ivander just cleared his throat, a sign that what was said by his lover was indeed happening. Moments before the woman came, her parents had just left with the wife she had brought.

"How could Sherina just walk away? While you're still here. Is there a serious problem that just happened?" Still curious about what just happened, Nessie still tried to dig up information from Ivander who could only be silent.

"Papa's gonna be taking care of the divorce papers between me and Sherina." The words that finally came out of Ivander's aunt, after a long time it managed to make Nessie surprised instead of playing.

"Divorce?! Are you kidding me, now?!" pekik Nessie spontaneously which again can only be taken with a nod of the head from her lover.

Nessie, who saw the answer directly from Ivander, was completely shocked. How could Ivander feel at ease, having known that his parents were going to take care of the divorce papers for the two of them?

"Then what are you doing? Are you just going to take it? And don't you have the initiative to maintain your marriage with your wife?!" ask Nessie who's getting nervous.

How he is not nervous, if papa Ivander has indeed decided to help divorce between his lover and his wife, surely it will make his life and future ruined.

"Well how else? I have no feelings for that woman either. Even if I wanted to maintain my relationship with Sherina, there was no way I could fight for you and vote for you" Ivander replied in a low tone that managed to make Nessie furious.

"I don't want to know at all, you have to defend your marriage! You're the husband of Sherina, you're the one who's entitled to divorce Sherina, not your papa!" nessie's word that her mind is getting increasingly upset.

What Nessie has in mind now is how to keep Ivander with Sherina. Because with that, the possibility of Ivander's family's inheritance to fall in the hands of his lover is still there.

"If you ever part with that woman, then don't expect you to meet your son!"

Ivander, who heard Nessie's words, scrunched his forehead and still did not understand what Nessie was thinking.

"I can't possibly live with a poor man who can't even guarantee my life. If that happens, I'll take this kid away very far from you and make sure you never see him!"

Ivander was shocked when he heard Nessie's words. So in essence, she could never escape Sherina, if she wanted to be with that woman.

"Darling, what I'm asking you is just for the good of our son. I want our son to be guaranteed his life. Do you want your flesh and blood to suffer, just because the woman who has no kinship with you is?" nessie said so quickly, when she realized what she was saying.

'Don't let Ivander realize what I said. I have to try harder, so Sherina can foil the old man's plan!' Inner Nessie while approaching Ivander who is still sitting on the gurney.

Stupid, that one word really blends so deeply with Ivander. The man just agreed and did not take a headache what was said by Nessie.

"What did you say? I also agree with what you said. How can we make our children suffer, and then let the woman be happy with my parents' money."

Nessie who heard the reply from Ivander, smiled happily and immediately embraced her lover slowly. He knew Ivander wasn't okay. It was seen because of the bandages in some parts of Ivander's body.

"I'm really scared if you misunderstand what I'm saying. I ask you to always believe what I say. Don't ever listen to what anyone else says, okay? Trust me" said Nessie, stroking Ivander's head.

As if being hypnotized by Nessie, the man just complied and hugged the woman's small body with one hand.

While the blank stares of the beautiful-eyed woman on the doorstep of the room, it was still on Ivander and Nessie who looked very happy. Undeniably, there was a sense of tightness that spread in the chest of the woman when she saw the man she loved, getting happiness from other women.

"I feel like you're too stupid, Van. I don't know when you'll wake up and your mind opens wide. I'm afraid you'll regret it later on" said Sherina, who had heard all the conversation.

For Sherina, I don't know where her husband's common sense is. Even Nessie clearly showed her true side, but Ivander foolishly remained unaware of it.

Be thankful that Sherina is about to go back inside, because her phone is left behind. With that, Sherina now knows clearly what the real motive is for Nessie to get her husband.

"Don't back down first, Rin. Ivander's on the wrong path, God hasn't shown your husband everything." Sherina is determined to dismantle all of Nessie's foul intentions.

After repeatedly exhaling violently and trying to relieve the tightness in her chest, Sherina finally steadied herself to immediately go inside.

Nessie, who was busy stroking the top of her lover's head, immediately turned her head towards the door. How shocked Nessie and Ivander were when they saw Sherina's sudden arrival.

Nessie who was completely shocked and frightened, immediately distanced her body from Ivander and pretend nothing happened between her and the man.

Sherina, who noticed the drastic change from Nessie, smiled back and forth, as she walked to the table to retrieve her phone and laptop. Unlike Nessie who felt that maybe her heart would move to the stomach, so afraid if Sherina saw what happened between herself and Ivander.

"I'm confused, you have how many more faces, to keep doing the drama? You think I'm too stupid to understand what you did to my husband?"
