Madam No Man

Madam No Man
CHAPTER 143

With a quick step, Sherina immediately left her room and was about to find where the husband was. The woman's small hand was raised and rubbed her cheek which had been wet ever since.

The first thing that Sherina immediately went to was the princess' room, she hoped that the husband would still be there. But it didn't happen, there was no husband in there. He only found his little daughter who was sleeping so fast.

"I'm sorry mom, baby." Sherina said before she finally closed the door to her daughter's room, and turned to look for Marvin all over the house.

But how surprised Sherina when she found all access out of her house was locked first. She knew what her husband was doing, but at least the man could wait for his explanation first.

"Jeez, what are you doing Marvin!" The woman looks out of the fog, right now. She just wanted to hold her husband and apologize for everything.

Not short of sense, Sherina quickly opened the window. But not yet his body made it through the window, suddenly the sound of someone stopping him.

"Don't go out the window, son. Free. Marvin locked the outer gate, too." The woman who had been caring for Marvin since childhood, looked at Sherina with great pity.

He approached Sherina and gently grasped the small arm of the woman who was about to come out through the window. Slowly, he shook his head and pulled Sherina back inside.

"Where did Marvin go, Mom? Did he say anything?" Sherina looked at the two shady eyes in turn, then clasped the woman's hand back with her cold hand.

Nita, the woman could only shake her head to answer the question Sherina had given her. "Marvin just asked that you stay home, for a while. Just obey your husband. You have been in trouble for a long time, so be patient this time."

Sherina exhaled with a huff, lowering her head. I don't know what her husband will do after this. He bit his lips to channel all the fear that was within him.

"Go to the room, okay? Ailey let me take care of her," Nita bargained with the woman who had just raised her head.

Sherina did not answer. He immediately went back upstairs, and looked for his phone. Sherina immediately called her husband, with a hand that she clutched tightly.

"Marvin, pick up the phone." riled Sherina then bit her fingernails very anxiously.

She is not desperate, although her calls have repeatedly not been received by her husband, but Sherina still trying to call Marvin.

Until finally, maybe because the man was sick of hearing the ringing of his phone for many times, making himself immediately receive the call. No greeting or word came out of the man's lips.

Marvin is still focused on his steering wheel, he keeps his phone away from the ear after activating the speakers on his call with Sherina. The man stepped on the gas pedal deeper, seeing if the quiet state of the road made him want to master it.

"Can you go home first? Finish everything well, Vin!"

"What needs to be done, huh!? Can you repeat your words!?" cut Marvin in a tone full of emotion, which made Sherina pause for a moment.

"No, I mean-"

"You understand, don't you? I'm just asking you to stay home, not the others!" cut off the man again, which eventually made Sherina fold her lips inward.

"Vin.." called Sherina in such a low tone, it was actually able to make the man's emotions instantly muffle.

Marvin gritted his teeth, complete with a hand that gripped the steering wheel very tightly. The man finally began to wake up.

"Sleep at home, I'll take care of Niskala. Ailey's been looking for you since last night" the man said in a softened voice.

Sherina, who finally knew where the husband was going, let out a slow sigh. Sherina folds her lips inward when Marvin suddenly decides on his second call.

Sherin looked around, staring at the chaos caused by the commotion between her and her husband. Yes, during the wedding, this was the biggest commotion, which happened between her and Marvin.

"Thank God."

...****...

That night, Sherina, who was sleeping with Ailey, woke up a little when she felt someone lifting her daughter's body. But as if being calmed down, the woman closed her eyes again, ignoring what had disturbed her sleep.

Not long after, suddenly his bed seemed to be added by someone whose weight was heavier than him. Wanting to open her eyes, Sherina felt she was unable to. The woman was too tired after a long day of trouble.

"Come here. I missed you,"
