CHAPTERS 101

Moments after Ivander's departure to his office. Anne who had prepared all her belongings and packed them into one suitcase, immediately brought it down. He folded his lips inward while taking a deep breath.

Anne momentarily weighed, what she should do for the first time. His heart was beating twice as fast, as if afraid to do what he had designed since last night.

"No no, you have to be sure. It's your decision." Anne sighed and closed her eyes to calm herself down.

Anne, who was even tidy with jeans combined with a white bone top, decided to go to the kitchen. The woman immediately concocted Kanwa's favorite porridge, and let her clothes get a little dirty because of it.

"Lunch is ready. Then now ..." Anne who remembered that the stock of her son's diapers had run out, turned to the room.

He walked towards the large cupboard at the end of the room, and took out a sizable pack of diapers belonging to his son. He picked up some and was about to take it to the table. But his steps came to a halt, and stared at the number of diapers in his hands.

"It won't be enough. He can change more if he drinks too much." Anne then adds some of her diapers and takes them to a table where she can replace Kanwa's clothes.

The woman arranged in such detail, as if afraid that later the nanny Kanwa could not find the goods quickly. "Now, already. It's all complete."

Anne placed her hand on her waist and looked through Kanwa's room. Before leaving the room, the woman's hand had confirmed the location of the figura which contained a portrait of Kanwa with her papa before returning to Indonesia.

Anne approaches her suitcase, and takes her to walk in search of Nessie and Kanwa. The woman sighed so long, when she saw Nessie who was in front of the television, complete with her son who was engrossed in sleep.

"Madam" called Anne who immediately made Nessie turn her head to the side.

The woman was shocked when she saw Anne's neat appearance, complete with a black suitcase in her hand. "Big, Ann! What was? Why are you so neat?"

Nessie hurried up from her seat and stood before Anne. The mother-of-one stared in confusion at Anne who looked so calm.

"I'll say goodbye, Madam. My contract of work is done. So for that, I have to come back soon." Anne smiled faintly, trying to hold back the nervousness that was inside her.

"Have you confirmed to Kanwa's father? Why didn't he tell me anything?" ask Nessie while taking her phone.

Anne who saw this, immediately held Nessie's hand. Nessie was instantly shocked as Anne held her hand. Similarly, Anne, who was aware of what she had just done, immediately pulled her hand from Nessie's hand.

"Even you have given me a salary and bonus, Madam. Maybe Mr. Ivander hasn't said it yet because it doesn't really matter. So I just want to say goodbye to Madam before I leave."

Anne tried to neutralize her expression, which did not make Nessie suspicious. The woman ignored her phone and looked at Anne so deeply.

"Why not extend the contract, Ann? I see your relationship with my son is also very good. She's very comfortable with you." Honestly, Nessie wasn't sure if she'd let Anne leave her son.

"Or let me help you talk to Kanwa's dad. Because to be honest, I was very happy to know that you took care of my son so well. We still need you." Nessie tries to hold Anne down and gives her the idea that she'll talk to Ivander.

Instead of being grateful, Anne relaxed her shoulders while closing her eyes for a moment. "Thank you for the offer, ma'am. But I have business to finish. I've left him for too long, madam."

Finally, after being urged by Anne because the time was not long, the woman drove Anne along with Kanwa forward.

"Madam, I've prepared lunch for Kanwa. I also put some bags in the refrigerator. Warm it up if it's Kanwa's drinking schedule. And yes, all Kanwa equipment is in the closet at the end of the room. The cure for the allergy is there too, there's a name."

Anne explained in a row, as if afraid that Nessie did not know where she used to arrange Kanwa equipment. Nessie smiled warmly and nodded her head, understanding what Anne had just explained.

"All right, I'll go first Madam. May God always protect you all." Nessie stared intensely at Anne's eyes, which were currently staring at her son's small back.

"Want to carry it first?" bargain with Nessie and give her child to Anne.

Anne quickly shook her head. He rubbed the small back that he normally elus had until the boy fell asleep.

"I don't want to make it difficult, ma'am. I will always pray for him from a distance." Anne looked at Kanwa from behind, with her own eyes.

"I'm leaving, Madam. Excuse me." Anne immediately pulled her suitcase out, when she heard the sound of a taxi outside the gate.

Not to forget he closed the gate, and smiled when he saw Marvin and Sherina next to his taxi order.

"Nothing left?" sherina asked and let go of her husband's tight hug at the waist.

Anne shook her head and hugged Sherina who was already stretching out her arms to greet her. The woman hugged Sherina so deeply. Soon she will not see her best friend often.

"Be careful. Call me or Marvin right away if anything happens. We'll monitor you from home." Anne nodded while looking at the couple who helped her so much.

"Thank you for all the help, Sher, Vin. I owe you guys a lot." Anne smiled warmly and looked at the two in turn.

"To repay your debt, be a strong mother. Bring our nephew here, later. We're looking forward to it." said Marvin as if he knew what Anne had been feeling.

Anne laughed and nodded her head. "Not only I came. Visit often, come to your home. Bring my two little daughters too."

The three laughed for a moment before Anne finally got into the taxi. Sherina again walked up to her husband, and stood right next to him.

The woman waved her hand to accompany Anne's departure. Sherina's long breath as she stared at the taxi away, making Marvin stroke the top of his wife's head.

"Can you help her get her son back to Anne? I'm afraid he won't be able to." Sherina whispered slowly while stroking her husband's waist.

"Very easy. The man just needs money for the company's injection."
