The atmosphere of the place was calm. Almost all of the teenagers had left the mosque an hour ago. But apparently, there are a pair of teenagers who are still silent to discuss together. Naira and Farah. The two friends seemed to be busy with their conversation as usual.
“Kak, um. But, I'm ashamed,” chirped Naira out of the blue. He regulated his unbearable breath. For some reason, the girl is always groggy when dealing with Farah, her upperclassman.
“Thy? You're a freak, deck. I have not asked if I am ashamed. Why should I be ashamed?”
Naira smiled knot. In just a few seconds, he shook his head slowly and said, “hout, eng. ntar will definitely be big brother ketawain.”
Farah looked at her underclassman. “Where can you laugh, what are the problem people do you not know? I'm hunted, obviously ask what.”
“But really yes, promise ga ngetawain me,” threatened Naira pout. The veiled woman nodded slowly and vowed, at least to relieve her.
“Engg, brother ever fell in love? Eng.. same a man.”
Farah is warning the forehead. His laughter exploded slowly while looking at Naira who was in front of him. He could guess what his classmate was thinking. “So the story is you are in love again? Who is Hayoo?”
“Ihh, sister.. It's being mated. No. I'm just asking.”
“Ah, which is true? You're funny anyway.”
“What's so funny? This is really brother. I asked seriously.”
“Ehm, want a lie answer what is not?” brother Farah started flirting.
“Yee, sister Farah,” the girl again pouted, whining and weaving her face for the umpteenth time.
“Iya deh brother ngaku ever. My sister was in love once. And that's normal, isn't it? After all, everyone has also experienced it.”
“How's it going? Eng.. I mean, what is the attitude of your brother in responding to the problem? Does the person you love know your true feelings?”
Naira's speechless. He looked at the bright face of his brother's face. His mind was still drifting in search of an answer to what Farah had said.
“Why don't you try to reveal the truth of your existing taste?” ask the little girl later.
Farah smiled wryly in response. He could clearly guess his curiosity.
“Should be? Wh-wh-what for? Brother thought the taste was not necessary in the umbar or spread, because it is enough to be stored in the heart.”
Naira. He listened clearly to his upperclassman.
“You need to know, Nai, the feeling is simple. Love is not a substance that is forbidden or feared to occur. This feeling is a natural humanitarian process. Cannot be made up, sometimes appear suddenly without being forced. The problem is the release of love itself. If the taste is ventilated in the corridor legalized by sharia it will bear good fruit and end beautifully. But, on the contrary, if that love is vented in the paths of prohibition, then that will foster sin and wrath in God, just as it does by indulging our feelings in others. It could be that such actions allow for the occurrence of slander that we do not want.”
“Then how should we respond to it, sis?”
“Shut up and keep those flavors tight. Love is silent because love is silent. The end of true love is marriage. That's the best solution that can be done. After all, marriage is the only way there is. But if in the end the opportunity and conditions have not been possible then the solution is to be patient. We must try to suppress that sense so as not to overflow on things forbidden by God. Of course, there are efforts that we do to deal with it, such as busying ourselves with worship, increasing sunnah fasting, and doing other useful worldly activities, such as, until our whole mind has no gap to look up and catapult love problems.”
“Is that an effort you make to shake off your feelings? Could I do it?”
“Can. You can definitely do it. Although initially difficult, but over time you will get used to it, as well as what you do. If all is intended for good, there will always be a way. Don't worry too much about this. Think of it as a test for faith, but my sister suggests that you still consider various factors if you really like someone who you like. To find out the truth is he an ideal figure who deserves to be your companion later, better in a deeper review, does the person have a good religion and noble character? Or at a minimum, he is trying to be an ideal personal companion. You can see from the way he hangs out, his worship, his daily customs and everything related to religion and morals. If it turns out that he does not have a good personality or at least he does not make efforts to improve himself then what do you expect from him? What kind of happiness do you expect from someone who does not understand how to achieve true happiness and how to get along with people he loves in accordance with Islamic law?”
For the umpteenth time Naira was stunned. He thought back to what Farah had said. In his heart he spots amazed by the knowledge and determination of his extraordinary heart.
“No need to worry about mate problems, Nai. God has written each one of them for us. Want to be far or close relationships, long or short relationships, even if not paired, it is the same. Isn't silence the only best way He recommends for us?”
Naira smiled knot. He nodded slowly and began to understand what Farah was saying. There is truth to what he believes. It is not difficult to keep it, until the appointed time.
