Chapter 90 - Butterfly
“Please confirm the purchase?”
“Confirm!” answer Gaju firmly.
A dozen minutes later a helicopter plane flying silently dropped a black box towards Gaju and Tian. This was their first item purchase since the Third Stage began. Perhaps for Candidates like Gaju and Tian, making a purchase at the time when the Third Stage had already lasted for 3 months was an unbelievable matter. But, that's the truth.
After Gaju and Tian successfully passed the verification process from the Black Box, now two objects are in Gaju's hands. A complete injection with the needle ready for use. Inside the injection was a dark blue liquid that looked as if it was soothing to the eyes.
The second item in the black box and now in Gaju's hands is an object that resembles a flash disk. Gaju and Tian could guess what was stored in that thing.
Gaju extended the injection he had in his hand to Tian. Tian looked towards the serum with a sad look without a word. Gaju's hand remained stretched out even though Tian never welcomed him.
“Stupid fashion!!” tian shouted as he grabbed the serum extended by Gaju and ran away from his soulmate.
Tears could be seen flowing from Tian's eyes as he turned his body. Gaju saw it, but he could only clench his jaw. It's all for their future. Although Gaju felt a little strange about Tian's persistence when he rejected his idea of buying the serum.
“Please cry, please hate me. But this is all for your own good and safety,” muttered Gaju slowly.

Third Stage, Day 100.
Grusaaaakkkkkk.
Boooommmmhm.
“Uhuk uhuk,” someone is seen coughing after darting out of a cloud of dust flying and mixed with crushed leaves.
He used both of his hands to cover his mouth and glanced fiercely at the figure of the sweet, chuckling girl on top of a tree branch not far from him.
“Tian!!” yelled Gaju while glaring.
Tian leapt down from the top of the tree branch, but unlike Gaju who would use his physical strength to land and cause a stampede on the ground as well as a loud bang as he set foot, it was not like Gaju, Tian did it differently.
Tian could not be said to jump, Tian's movement was more accurately called hovering. Tian floated down, like a butterfly that gracefully floated down slowly and landed onto the flower buds without a sound, without making the flower or the stalk it stepped on sway at all.
Gracefully. Elegantly. Marvelous.
Tian had already done that many times, but until this second, Gaju still could not get used to it.
“Psycho-Fucking kinesis!!” maki Gaju inwardly with an envious tone.
But of course kidding. Can't she be jealous of her own lover?
“Poin is already taken?” tian asked in a soft voice and smiled slightly towards Gaju.
“Not yet. How could I possibly take it? Your attack almost killed me earlier,” slur Gaju.
After Tian injected the Intelligence Enhancement Serum into his body ten days ago, for two days Tian lost self-awareness. He had a long and exhausting dream. But Tian doesn't think of it as a haunting nightmare. Because Gaju accompanied him there.
When Tian regained his senses and opened his eyes for the first time two days later, Tian was at a loss for words.
The world around him has changed.
The leaves look greener. The air feels fresher. The wind was cold on his skin. Tian was like actually coming to another world that he had never been to. He could not say anything and just fell silent while looking around him.
The only thing that brought Tian back was the figure of a teenage boy who was busy preparing food nearby and seemed unaware that Tian had woken up, Gaju.
Tian looked at Gaju and that was when he realized that this was still the world he knew. He was still on the Island with his soulmate and he also recalled that he had just lost consciousness after injecting the serum into his body.
But when Tian wanted to call his lover, the voice he was about to let out of his mouth was suddenly stuck in the esophagus. It was then that he saw, that the world was more precisely everything was not as Tian had seen it all along.
Behind all that beauty, Tian now saw that there were thousands and even millions of tiny lines overlapping with each other. Colorless, invisible lines, connecting one object to another, connecting water and air, connecting trees and leaves.
Even the air that Tian had thought of as free space because there was no material whatsoever, now looked crowded by the colorful lines with irregular grooves. Trees, rocks, leaves, soil, insects, animals, sky, water, air, everything, everything, all of those things, none of which is separated from the colorful lines that feel crowded and fill every space.
Tian took a deep breath and before long he fainted again.
It was only after Tian had studied the Mental Training Knowledge that they had purchased together with the Intelligent Enhancement Serum that Tian knew about those lines.
According to scientists who are deep about psycho-kinesis, all objects that are in 3-dimensional space are actually connected to each other. From there came various theories about the law of cause and effect, karma and even chaos theory.
That connection is what scientists call mental energy. When a person's intelligence exceeds certain limits in the capacity of his brain, automatically, the brain will force the body to work and adapt to the existence of mental energy.
That was what happened with Tian after he woke up. The colorful line he saw was actually the energy possessed by every object and was referred to as mental energy by scientists.
After that, Tian's training began as a Pyschic.
As per the Mental Training Knowledge that he has, a Psychic is actually just a human who can manipulate the mental energy around him. In other words, psychics are required to manipulate the lines of energy around them.
Tian did it too.
At first he tried to touch the line that filled every corner of the space in front of him, but he could not do it.
After practicing without complaining, with countless numbers, Tian managed to do so. And when he managed to do so, Tian accidentally drew a line of energy that was connected to a fist-sized stone. When Tian did so, the stone moved very quickly and shot towards Tian.
Tian, who had only intended to touch the energy line, frantically waved his hand, which was still holding the energy line connected to the stone, towards Gaju who was doing his regular physical training.
Boooommmmhm.
Gaju became the first victim of the Tian kinesis tele-attack.
