Koma does not realize that what he did just made him the center of attention for the entire supervisory team and even the Professor. He had long guessed the existence of cameras placed at some point to keep an eye on them and the corner of the room was one of the points he suspected.
A few steps before Koma got to the door of Songnam's dormitory room, suddenly a shadow of a hollogram began to form in front of them.
Koma stopped her steps and took a cautious stance while looking at the shadow of the hollogram.
"Hahahahahaha," when the shadow was fully formed, a man with white, disheveled hair stood in front of Koma.
A name flashed through the head of the Comma, Professor.
"Lima's empty or should I call you Koma?" said the Professor.
The coma is a little shocked but can take hold of itself a while later, "it's up to you, Professor," he replied.
"Okay, I'll call you Koma then. How do you realize that 'thing' is there?" ask the Professor while glancing towards the corner of the room, where Koma suspected it to be a hidden camera point installed.
Koma fell silent, "I don't know, I just came to a conclusion by eliminating impossible possibilities. I know that the Manager is always monitoring all our activities. And the only place that's most likely to put it is definitely in that place."
"Hmmmmm-hmm. Analytical capability of a strategist plus the courage of a Fighter. A good combination. I'm sure that some kids are already aware of it as well, let alone those who are taking the Strategicist path. But they don't have enough courage to openly challenge a Manager like you, " said the Professor.
"I'm sure you have more potential than Koga. He only has muscles without brains. You have both. I expect you to go further than your peers" the Professor praised.
"No!!!!"
The sound of a little girl's scream cut through their conversation. The voice from Songnam who had just listened to the conversation of Koma and Professor.
"Koga is the best! He will defeat a pale-skinned monkey like you" cried Songnam again.
Koma and the Professor's hollogram glanced at the little girl. The professor shook his head.
"Even with strict screening, we can still get bad seeds like this?" professor Gumam.
The professor came forward and approached Songnam, who was still hysterical on her bed.
"What do you want?" songnam yelled at the shadow of the hollogram, before long he hit the Professor who of course had no effect at all.
"Feelings are essentially electrical signals that work in our brains and nerves. Just like pain, sadness, pleasure and all other feelings. It's just a definition of the electrical signals in the human nervous system that are transmitted throughout the body after being decoded by our brain" the professor told the hysterical Songnam.
"You like Koga because there are electrical signals defined as such in your brain. It's the same when you 'must' feel pain if you get a knife and get hurt."
"When there is no need to feel pain when injured, right? There are some people who call themselves masochists because they define an electrical signal that is considered a sense of 'pain' by others to be a sense of 'favour' for them."
"It all depends on our perspective."
"Now for your trouble with Koma."
"Rules are rules. They are there to be followed and obeyed. Empty Six is the Empty soulmate of Five. That's rule. Like it or not. If you keep acting like this, we'll make an exception for Empty Five."
Koma just glanced at Songnam and smiled slightly. She hoped that Songnam would continue like this and she became the only candidate without soulmate.

In another room. A girl stood up and lowered her head. The girl had brown hair and was a long shoulder. She has blue eyes and a beautiful European face.
She's Empty Four, a little girl with a catchy call, Em.
No one knew why he chose that name, but now he was standing in front of his soulmate, Empty Three aka Koga. The strongest candidate on the island.
I was so nervous this morning. He was just a candidate with average ability. Whether intelligence or physical, its value is only average. No more and no less.
Although Em has no ability advantages, Em is a jovial little girl who likes to blend in with all circles and groups. He never felt awkward when it came to connecting with the other candidates.
Em is a great candidate and good at getting along with anyone. Coupled with his only average ability, not a single group felt threatened by his presence.
But all that changed since the Program entered its second stage and the concept of soulmate began to be actively executed. Em is no longer a jolly and supple girl with average abilities.
Em is now the soulmate of Koga.
And this is where Em is now, standing nervously in front of the child who is considered the strongest candidate on the Island. Empty Three aka Koga.
Em lowered his head and did not know what to say to Koga. Em had interacted with Koga, but never as he is today.
"Em yeah?" koga is short.
"Ehem," Em replied nervously while nodding his head.
"I am an honest person and always open. You're not typeku. I don't like Caucasian girls. I prefer Asian girls" Koga said in his second sentence.
Em was silent. The worst possibility he had imagined right now was actually happening. He had already imagined several scenarios for this meeting. And the worst thing is the fact that Koga doesn't like it.
And that's what's happening now. But Em doesn't know what to do. Koga gave one irrefutable reason and he could not change.
If Koga gives me an excuse, I don't like you because you're weak, Em will promise to work hard to make him stronger.
Or whatever reason is still possible for Em to change it. Em has promised himself to do whatever it takes to get accepted into being the complete soulmate of Koga.
But Koga's reason was really bad for Em. Em was born like this. Can he choose? Can he ask to be born different?
No. gabe.
And Em also couldn't possibly do anything to change it. Therefore, all opportunities Em covered by the reason given by Koga earlier. And Em started sobbing a while later.
"Thank you for being honest with me. I'm sorry I was born like this. But allow me to keep following your steps from behind" whispered Em softly in between her tears.
