Chapter 47 - Limiter

Adel jumped towards Aju and tried to pull her back. Tian could only look towards Gaju whose condition looked critical and injured here and there.

A moment later, Griffin shot towards Gaju with incredible speed. Gaju sees it but it's a little too late to anticipate Griffin's attack. Gaju threw his body to the side and rolled on the ground.

Griffin's beak was only a few centimeters away from Gaju's body and hit the ground beside Gaju.

Griffin stood up and looked towards Gaju who was next to him and had already returned to sitting half-couched while covering his face with his right hand.

And just then, a shadow suddenly stood in front of Gaju who was half-couched.

Gaju was shocked once, a familiar figure, stood up and blocked Griffin's attack for him.

Tian smiled sweetly, the most beautiful smile Gaju had ever seen in his life. That smile would probably be Tian's last smile for him.

"Damn it!!!" Gaju cursed in his heart.

All the confusion and doubt was gone from his body, his right hand which was holding the needle swiftly and thoughtlessly pierced into the Limiter nerve point in his body.

"Fuck it all, I won't let you die" Sighed Gaju with his mouth shaking from the overflowing emotions in his body.
