Gaju - One
Chapter 75 - I'm an Archer

Third Stage, Day 11.

"The purchase of the item will be reconfirmed."

"Eye Implant 150 points."

"Basic Archery 10 points."

"Intermediate Archery 20 points."

"Advanced Archery 50 points."

"Tactical Longbow 50 points."

"Total points takes 280 points."

"Points will be taken from the account of Candidate One Eight."

"Total points available 314 points."

"Proceed?"

Adel smiled widely and calmly said, "Proceed!"

"Purchase confirmed. Points deducted. Points are available in the One Eight Candidate account for 34 points."

"It will be delivered to Candidate One Eight within 15 minutes."

"Please wait and thank you for the purchase of items that have been made."

"Happy fighting!"

Beeping.

Adel and Aju looked at each other and stood up agitatedly. This was their first time making a transaction using their points.

And if this transaction is successful, Adel will be the first person to successfully advance to the next level.

The wind blew slowly and made the branches of trees around them sway slowly.

The sound of a sizzling sound that was heard due to the wind sneaking in between the leaves accompanied the two of them who were waiting restlessly in this place.

The two of them were still around the Mountain, rather, to the east of the Mountain where they were fighting the Griffin. During these few days, they had indeed decided to hunt only in the area around here only.

Exactly 15 minutes after Adel made his item purchase, a helicopter similar to the helicopter used by the Manager to escort Tian was seen descending slowly without sound from above the trees.

Adel and Aju raised their heads up and looked with curious gazes.

Then, suddenly a box is seen being dropped from the helicopter right towards Adel.

Adel simply did not move in place and let it fall in front of him.

Boom.

A small explosive sound was heard as the object landed on the ground. The black box with a digital panel on it was seen in front of Adel after the dust and flying leaves landed on the ground.

Adel and Aju raised their heads and found no more helicopters that had dropped the object.

Adel took a deep breath to calm his heart and then walked two steps to get close to the box.

Beeping.

"Scanning."

A voice suddenly sounded from the black box that was splashed in front of Adel.

"Identity has been confirmed."

"Candidate One Eight is near the Package."

"Do you want to open the package?"

"Open up" replied Adel slowly.

Wuusss.

A soft sound was heard from the black box accompanied by a gust of wind due to the decompression process of pressurized air inside the package.

The four sides of the package then open slowly to the side.

Adel could now clearly see the thing inside.

A small object resembling a flash, an object resembling a contact lens and an arrow bow about 75 cm long with 5 arrows visible there.

Adel looked at the two objects with a pleased look.

Beeping.

"Package has been opened."

"Do you want to download the technical instructions for using the purchased item?"

"Download," Adel answered quickly.

"Downloading..."

"Download is complete."

"Do you want to listen to the technical instructions for the use of the purchased item?"

"Yes" answered Adel.

"Technical instructions Eye Implant, Archery Knowledge and Tactical Longbow."

"Eye Implant is used by attaching it directly to the user's eye. Eye Implant will be connected to the user's mini computer after use."

"Eye Implant can be activated and deactivated with voice command."

"Archery knowledge that has been purchased can be downloaded using a wireless connection from the flash to the user's mini computer. Knowledge will not be erased from the mini computer unless it is deleted intentionally by the user."

"Tactical Longbow belongs to the armament category and can be used directly. The purchase of the Longbow is only accompanied by five arrows with specifications that are in accordance with the tactical longbow."

"Technical instructions are complete."

Beeping.

Adel brought the flash closer to the mini computer on his left wrist and when the object was 10 cm away from his mini computer, a familiar voice came back from Adel's mini computer.

Beeping.

"Data container detected."

"Download stored information?"

"Download" replied Adel.

"Downloading..."

"Downloading Basic Archery Knowledge..."

"Completed download."

"Downloading..."

"Downloading Intermediate Archery Knowledge..."

"Downloading..."

"Completed download."

"Downloading..."

"Downloading Advanced Archery Knowledge..."

"Completed download."

"All data is successfully downloaded to a mini computer."

Beeping.

Adel smile. He knew that skill required repetitive and consistent practice until he was proficient. Having information and knowledge is just the first step to getting there.

Adel then stored the flash in his backpack even though he knew that he would no longer need it and that there might be no more data stored there.

Adel then turned his attention to the second thing that was inside the black box in front of him.

A pair of contact lenses that are supposed to be an item is called an Eye Implant.

Adel picked it up and unhesitatingly put it into his eyes one by one slowly.

After he did, Adel blinked both of his eyelids to get used to it.

A few seconds after that, a notification sound came back from Adel's mini computer.

Beeping.

"Eye Implant detected."

"Option to connect Eye Implant with a mini computer is now available."

"Connect?"

"Yes" answered Adel.

"Establishing connections..."

"Connection established."

"Eye Implant has been connected to the user's mini computer."

"Eye Implant can now be used using voice command."

Adel was very happy when he heard the last notification from his mini computer. Adel was eager to know the ability of eye implants that he had dreamed of since then.

Quickly, Adel muttered the short instructions in a soft voice.

"Eye Implant, activate!"

Singggg.

Without any lag or pause at all, Adel saw all the objects around him become like terzoom and enlarged.

He could see a line of ants walking on a tree trunk located 50 m from where he stood. Adel could even see the antennae of the ants interlocked each other every time they met each other.

Adel turned his head and looked towards Aju.

Gubrakkk..

Adel immediately fell backward with the position of the body on his back to the ground.

How not?

The face of the Keling that glittered as it was filled with sweat and exposed to sunlight was as if enlarged and attached to Adel's own face.

You imagine for yourself what it feels like to stare at a glittering rivet face that measures almost 2 m and seems to stick to our faces.

Adel closed his eyes quickly then after taking a deep breath, he slowly opened his eyes. Now he looks up at the sky. He could clearly see the white-colored clouds and move in a direction.

But.

Adel could now clearly see the clouds.

Nope.

It's not a real cloud.

The object that he had always thought of as a white cloud that floated above the sky turned out to be just a projection or image moving in a digital blue screen that acts as the sky.

A very large screen.

Adel's entire body trembled when he realized it for the first time.

A question that had not crossed his head had suddenly burst into unstoppable light.

"Where is this really?"
