Rendi (4)

The cheers that echoed throughout the stadium even before the game began made Rendi even more furious with the duo of Kiran and Edy. He was annoyed when he imagined that later the basketball team would not be able to participate in the tournament. Will not be able to hear the cheers and support of the audience who love them.

With a feeling of annoyance that was becoming more and more, Rendi stepped into the hallways of the stadium and stopped right behind the walls of the dressing room.

Rendi could clearly hear the voice of the host who had now officially opened the match today. The cheers of the audience were getting more and more crowded.

Even so, Rendi was undaunted let alone planning to undo her intentions. Since leaving home, he had been intending to see Edy to talk about the matter carefully. He is aware that venting his anger and ego with violence will not have a positive effect on him and his fellow basketball team. Maintaining anger and high emotions will only make Rendi more difficult the position of the basketball team in the eyes of the school. Therefore, now Rendi inevitably had to go to see Edy carefully to solve this problem for the good of his beloved team.

Rendi took a deep breath. Now he is leaning behind the wall of the dressing room. After observing and watching Edy two days ago, he continued to have difficulty speaking privately with the man. With this tournament, Edy is always close to his colleagues on the futsal team. This makes Rendi not dare to approach Edy because he understands very well that futsal children hate him very much. Coming before them without a friend would only make himself a ridiculous death. Therefore, Rendi tried to find the right time to be able to reach out to Edy and talk directly to him.

Rendi tried to turn her face away and busied herself with a cell phone as some futsal athletes from other schools passed by. He must try to look normal and not suspicious so that he can launch his action well.

After making sure no one was around, Rendi walked slowly to look inside the dressing room. He squinted his eyes to observe one by one the faces of the men in the room. There were no students from the school.

No, not this.

Rendi settles so as not to attract attention then walks slowly towards the other dressing room. Rendi must find Edy before the man goes to the field to compete.

Room after room Rendi checked and the only thing she found was the fact that Edy was not in any locker room. Including the locker room of his school futsal team. Not just Edy. The other futsal children were nowhere to be seen. Either they had not come yet or how, clearly Rendi was unable to find their whereabouts.

Rendi scratched her head in wonder. Where did Edy and the others go?

Rendi sighed stifled while rubbing her hair in frustration. If not in this place, he no longer knows how to reach Edy because now he can not come to school because of a one-week suspension he received after beating Edy a few days ago.

With rage, though, Rendi steps into the bathroom to wash her face and calm herself down before returning home and thinking of other ways she can reach an agreement with Edy so that the fate of the basketball team can be saved. At least only Edy can convince the school that they give permission to the basketball team to participate in the tournament that they have long prepared.

Rendi walked over gontai with a grim expression. He had to finish all of this immediately so that his comrades could calm down and return to training normally. However, it was difficult for him to persuade the school especially with a bad image attached to him. He is indeed very reliable playing basketball, he even won the title as the best player in the province. He also had an offer to join the Indonesian national team to participate in international events some time ago. Randy loves basketball. All those aspects also make his colleagues and coaches entrust the title of Basketball Captain of Coconut Shoot High School to him. However, no one belies the fact that Rendi does not have leadership abilities at all. He was too emotional and grumpy. It is very difficult to control yourself, especially others.

Rendi had wanted to leave his post if only his colleagues did not try to persuade and convince Rendi. They all trusted Rendi. They all hung their hopes and pride on Rendi. That is the only thing that can prevent him from rioting, the only thing that can make him think clearly because now he no longer bears his name alone, but the name of all the team members he leads.

Rendi breathed a heavy sigh. Is correct. He has to be able to overcome all this. His friends have decided to trust him. That is why he has to pay for all the trust he has received.

Rendi was about to turn the bathroom door handle when she faintly heard the sound of two men talking. Interested, Rendi decided to walk closer to the source of the sound.

The closer Rendi was to the source of the sound, the clearer she heard. Rendi stopped her steps when she realized that the wall on her left was almost no more. His body spontaneously jolted backwards realizing the carelessness he was about to commit. Of course he could not walk any further if he did not want to be discovered because the two men were right on the other side of the wall.

Slowly and carefully Rendi lowered her body while getting closer so that she could hear the conversation of the two people more clearly.

After trying to calm down and listen carefully, Rendy managed to listen little by little the two men talk with the following picture.

P1 \= Male 1

P2 \= Male 2

P1: "Lo sure it's okay?"

P2: "Lo calm down. I've asked for help from the officer here. I paid a lot for it."

P1: "You are so yaudah. I'm all the same. Do not fail or you yourself will take all the risks."

P2: "Please! Tomorrow I'm the same Officer who wants to set that lamp."

P1 : "Acque. I'm looking forward to your work in the final game."

Rendi scrunched her forehead, not understanding. What lights? Want diapain? Who the hell are they?

Because the two people were right behind the wall, Rendi did not dare to peek or find out who these two people were talking to. He will obviously be caught if he tries to look. That is why Rendi tried hard to be quiet and hide herself by crouching while hugging her knees as tightly as possible so as not to be seen.

Not too long ago, the two men walked away. Leaving behind Rendi who was still wondering because she did not understand what the two people were talking about. Feeling that he had no business with what the two were talking about, Rendi got up from her position to rush towards the bathroom.

Although he could not understand the meaning of the two men's conversation, Rendi would lie if she said she did not feel curious. What lights are meant? What will happen in the final match? All of this made Randy curious. However, the curiosity is still not as big as the desire to immediately meet with Edy because that's the purpose of coming to the stadium for the last few days.

Exercise after practice is still performed by all members of the basketball team, both those who compete and those who do not. On the other hand, futsal teams continue to win in the tournaments they participate in so that the rest of the school does not stop talking about it. What makes Rendi angry is the fact that Kiran is the only person who continues to be complained of as an extraordinary player who is always able to bring victory for his team.

Rendi did not think, if in basketball practice alone all the children talk about Kiran, how in the classroom? Of course, the unstable girls who were judging Kiran would not stop talking about the man. At least now Rendi felt a little relieved because the suspension he received made him not need to go to school to watch the annoying man being complained about by the entire school.

Rendi wiped her sweat while gulping down the drinking water from inside the bottle when she saw Roka walking over and then sitting right next to her.

"Is there progress?" Roka glanced at Rendi while rubbing her forehead and neck that were filled with sweat.

Rendi shook her head slowly, "Gue still hasn't met Edy. I tried to get the kids to say the same to him. But he seems to have avoided. If I don't need his help to persuade the school, I don't want him to be like gini!"

"What if there's nothing but Edy?" Roka tries to help Rendi find a solution to their problem.

Although Roka and Rendi hate each other, they are willing to put aside personal problems for the good and integrity of the team. If in the futsal team there are Edy and Kiran, then the two great players in the basketball team are Roka and Rendi. As for abilities, both of them were truly equally outstanding. If only they were not on different sides, the chemistry of the two on the pitch would be even greater.

"Who else can futsal? The reason our proposal was rejected is because the tournament is the same deck of futsal tournaments. If it wasn't anal futsal that asked for leniency, I'm not sure Mrs Puff would give her permission!" Rendi downed her drink once more.

"If it's a matter of cost, cut it anyway. The kids don't mind the dues. Gausah sok-sok an deh lo, the important thing is to get permission!" Roka tries to convince Rendi to put her ego aside for the good of the team.

As Roka expected, Rendi's expression suddenly changed. His face was angry and offended, "Gue can pay for everything, but you understand right? It's not just a matter of money! You know for yourself how many trophies we can make for school! How much we contribute to raise the name of this school! I want them to appreciate basketball! It's a matter of self-worth for all of us! Bodo is very much the same futsal boy, we have the same right here! We are all equally paid, equally accomplished! If for any other reason I would. But if because we were numbered, I wouldn't live in them! I'm also in old school!" Rendi almost shouted. He desperately held back and put aside his pride for the sake of the team. He could not give up and give up the dignity of the basketball team just like that.

"Gue knows! But what the hell else? Do you want us to not be able to deposit the form just because there is no stamp from the school? Don't be stupid to be a person!" Roka still did not want to lose.

Roka understood that Rendi acted so for the sake of their team, but he also could not stay silent if this decision of Rendi actually brought harm to their team. To hell with dignity, however, if they win, they can prove to the school that they have been wrong for underestimating basketball children.

"Gue captain! Don't interfere!" Rendi pointed her finger right in front of Roka's face.

Feeling annoyed, Roka prepared to throw his fist at Rendi's face when Naya came and mediated the two after realizing there was a small commotion between the two basketball team aces.

"Udah! Lo both why the hell? Can't it be peaceful for a day?" Naya looked at Rendi and Roka alternately.

"Teach you guys!" The rope barks towards Roka. His eyes glared sharply while his palms clenched in anger.

Roka exhaled a coarse breath then said, "There's one!"

Rendi who had prepared to leave Roka and Naya turned around when she heard Roka voice something.

"In addition to Edy, there are futsal children who can definitely refer to the teacher board and of course will be on our side" Roka continued.

Rendi raised her brow next, "Who?"

"Kiran."

Rendi almost laughed at Roka's words. He knew that Kiran was a very accomplished student and was valued by all students and even teachers, but asking for help from the man was certainly worse than persuading Edy.

"No need!" Rendi turned around, disagreeing with Roka's words.

"As far as lo. It may be hard for you to persuade Edy, but Kiran is my best friend. He knows exactly what is right and wrong. And we're all here the position is not wrong. I'm sure he wants to help us without the need for me or you to persuade. He will volunteer to help us once he understands the situation" Roka explained. If Rendi does not want to change the decision and set aside his selfishness, then the only way is to change the school decision. And the most appropriate person for the task was Kiran.

Rendi was silent after hearing Roka's words. Even though he hates Kiran a lot, Roka's advice does have a point. If he only relied on Edy, he would only spend more and more time.

The joint breathes heavily. His tongue is weak. He could not agree with Roka's suggestion even though he understood that it was appropriate and appropriate.

"Udahlah Ren's. We all believe the same. Rather, it's your turn to believe in us" Naya added.

Hearing Naya's words made Rendi soften. He has no other choice. If not for him, at least he should do this for his team.

With a heavy heart, Rendi turned to face Roka and Naya. His lips trembled as he said, "Lo said the same to him. I hope that child can be trusted."
