Chandanas

Chandanas
Kiran (14)

The sunny weather with warm sunshine makes Sunday morning this time feel very friendly and friendly for the citizens of the city. Some young children seem to be engrossed in cycling in their home complexes, parents are busy spending time playing with their children, but not a few also spend their days off to sleep and rest in their respective rooms.

At a house in a residential complex, Kiran spends her Sunday morning sipping a cup of coffee that Chandana's father presents to her. Although he had said that he preferred tea, the middle-aged man still came back out with a glass of coffee. Either because of mishearing or indeed running out of tea, inevitably Kiran had to drink what was served for him even though he did not like it.

"How's your dad?" ask the man.

Kiran put the coffee cup back to her mat and then put the body to face Chandana's father who was sitting on the chair located to his left by bordering an ornate kayo table.

"Sorry, Sir?" Kiran raised her eyebrows. He thought Chandana's father would ask about how long he had known Chandana or what their relationship was and so on, but instead of hearing that, the first question asked of him was about... Her dad?

"You're Pradipta's son, right? How's your dad doing?" repeat it again. Kiran observed the face and the movements of the man before her closely.

Either because it is not healthy or how, Chandana's father continues to blink as if it is a natural thing. Several times his lips also look twitching and then silent again. He tried hard to ignore it all and fokua at their talks.

"How did you know?" instead of answering Chandana's father's question, Kiran asked. Even as far as Kiran knows, Chandana herself does not yet understand who her father is.

The man in front of Kiran looked strange again, he suddenly shook his head then nodded, as if all his movements were done without him noticing at all, "Ah.. I'm reading.. Reading newspapers.. There was you and your sister" he said his eyeballs were not necessarily moving.

Kiran frowned. Is it possible that Chandana's father has some kind of nerve syndrome? Inner Kiran.

On the other hand, he remembered. In newspapers? As he recalled, The father never wanted to expose his family and personal matters to the common deoan, it was impossible for him to appear in the newspaper, let alone with Arda. Wait, with Arda?

The period of the newspaper containing the case? Kiran is back. The only thing that made him and Arda enter the newspaper was the incident carried out by Mr. Arif so that it blinded Arda's eyes. Did Chandana's father read the newspaper about the news?

"Ah, I understand. My father is fine, sir," Kiran said after understanding the situation. Now after observing Chandana's father closely for some time, Kiran believes that this man has a nervous breakdown even though Kiran cannot be sure which type of syndrome.

Chandana's father nodded, he grabbed the coffee cup in front of him with trembling hands so that it almost spilled its contents. He also suffered from tremors.

"Your sister?" ask again.

Although feeling a little strange with the direction of their conversation, Kiran tried to understand him. As a layman, it is normal for Chandana's father who read the news years ago to still be curious. Kiran hesitantly replied, "Well, sir. He could take it well even though he had to face the dark world for the past few years."

"No surgery?" ask the man, again.

Kiran shook her head, "He's too young. My father couldn't take the risk. Although some years of his life he had to be friends with the dark world, he would be safer if he had surgery when he was older," explained Kiran.

Chandana's father put the glass in his hand on the table. It's been partially reduced, "How do you feel about that person?"

Kiran shut up for a second. If this person in front of him was a stranger, he would easily leave and ignore all the questions he asked. But the man before him was Chandana's father. Even if he and Chandana can be together, this man will be his father too. With such thoughts in mind, Kiran tried to answer all her questions honestly.

"Honestly I'm upset. He did it all and took away the happiness of Arda, my happiness, my father and mother. They said he did it because his wife died in a hospital my father ran. My father is only the control, while everyone has a share in the business he lives. Doctors, technicians, employees, managers, all have a hand. At the hospital, all were rescued but a child was trapped inside. The criminal's wife goes inside and saves the child but herself cannot be saved" Kiran explains everything she knows.

"My father was sorry and could not sleep for days because he failed to save the life of one of his workers. He made a huge donation of money even though he realized it would return nothing, but at least that was all he could do. I was astonished, for the size of the doctor's mother who sincerely saved the life of a child, her husband just with the heart to tarnish the goodness of the doctor's mother by destroying the life of one family. If indeed he felt so lost, why did he not try to take care of his son, take care of him, and pay for his wife's life with a good and happy life in this world? Instead of ruining his life, his son, and other families by languishing in prison," Kiran almost cried as she said it all. This is the first time he has revealed his response to the case to others.

After hearing his words, Chandana's father fell silent for quite a while. Kiran did not know what the man was thinking until he said, "Why are you here?"

Kiran scratched her nape. So they finally arrived at the discussion about Chandana?

"I'm here to see Chandana" Kiran said slowly. He smiled shyly even though Chandana's father looked busy winking. But when he looked again, his face looked even sadder than before.

"Why do you want to see my son?" tanyakanya.

Kiran moved her legs. He starts to get nervous as Chandana's father starts asking him something related to his daughter, as Kiran reads in tips and tricks meeting prospective in-laws according to go*gle.

"Because I'm worried about Chandana, sir," Kiran tried to sound as normal as possible. He should not be rash, seeing the condition of Chandana's father, Kiran thought maybe the bruises and wounds on Chandana's body are completely unknown to the Father.

"Why worry? What's your relationship?" ask again. The man started to sound so serious that Kiran's nervousness began to grow and increase.

The old man played his fingers then looked at Kiran right in both eyes for the first time since they met this morning, "Are you going to look after her? What if he turns out to be bad?"

Kiran looked down for a moment. It's not that if the bad that Chandana's father meant was past or behavior, then he wouldn't be bothered about it. He once read a quote that read,

"Never find someone who can complete you. Just find someone who can accept you completely."

Not only Chandana, Kiran also has a gap. Everyone has a gap. Now it is not about how they patch each other up the gap because there will never be anyone who can improve others if he cannot improve himself. At least in Chandana, Kiran wants to accept all the loopholes, she wants to accept Chandana completely with all the good and bad that accompany her.

"I also have a bad side. Everyone has a bad side. All I know is that I love Chandana, and every human being in this world will definitely take care of his loved ones as best he can. So do I. I can't promise Chandana happiness, but I can try my best to take care of her and not do things that will hurt her later on. I don't care about what bad things he has, all I know for sure is that I want to continue with my daughter through all of our difficult times together," Kiran tried to convey her heart openly and blatantly. He didn't want to cover anything up anymore because he didn't know when he could get the chance to say everything like this.

"I don't know what Chandana has experienced in the past so she keeps saying that she will only hurt me if we are together. I don't know what happened to Chandana so she's scared shitless of men. But I beg you to let me take care of Chandana, as a father who loves his daughter, I believe you also want to take care of Chandana, right? If so, let's keep him together," Kiran smiled knotingly. He said it was to calm his heart because he knew that after this he would stay away from Chandana for a while until he could find out who was terrorizing him and watch over his friends as a step to keep his promise in keeping Chandana.

For some time, nothing was said by Chandana's father. The man looked down while moving his lips without making a sound.

"Sir, are you okay?" Kiran moved out of her chair, trying to check on the man's condition because this time she had kept Kiran quiet for too long.

Kiran touched Chandana's father's shoulder, making the man look up at her. In both of Chandana's father's eyes, she recalls tears, crying. Kiran did not know for sure, she was intending to ask why the man was crying when he heard the female voice from behind.

"Well, Chandana put it on the si-" the girl stopped her words when she saw Kiran standing half-bent on the back porch of her house.

Chandana was wearing a mask whose one rope she had taken off, making her face visible to Kiran. There were quite a few bruises and scratches that were enough to leave Kiran stunned and unable to say anything.

The girl was equally surprised. He even pegged with the position of the hand to put the crackle.

For almost a minute, Chandana looked down and then put the bag on the table. He took off his mask and walked towards Kiran. With an angry expression, he said, "What are you doing here?"

Chandana glanced at her father who looked crying. He was surprised, hesitatingly touching his father and saying, "Well, why?"

Chandana's father did not answer. He cried even harder to make Kiran feel guilty if it was him who made the man behave like that.

"You wait ahead!" chandana said, almost like a clash.

Kiran jumped up, only this time she saw Chandana angry. Not only that, the immense fear was evident from the look in his eyes. Although Kiran did not understand what all this meant, she still obeyed Chandana's orders and went out without asking much.

For a dozen minutes he walked back and forth, his heart restless because he had never seen Chandana like that. He felt he had made a mistake despite not knowing wrong in the mana part.

Not so long ago, Chandana walked out with a flat expression. Highlight his eyes were still full of fear even though his face tried to look ferocious. He walked up to Kiran, still giving him some distance, "I told you to stay away from me. Why did you come here?" Chandana looked there. It's like making sure no one sees them.

Kiran walked over, "I'm worried about you. And this, this is why? You why? Please don't torture me with this kind of prejudice and confusion, please explain to me to know the situation!" Kiran almost shouted as she said that. He felt frustrated and tired himself with all the more complicated problems this day.

"What does it mean if you know everything? Wouldn't it be easier for you to leave, forget all this and leave me alone? Don't interfere in my affairs, Kiran. Take care of your own business! Again I ask you, don't see me again, never come near me again!" Chandana. Emotions, sadness, and despair were heard in every word he said.

Kiran grabbed Chandana's arm, "Why? Why did you throw me out? Why don't you let me help you? All this, who did all this? If you say everything and explain in detail, I will probably understand. I might be able to leave without worrying about your safety if that's what you're asking. If you don't want me, I will accept it. But at least let me understand all the situations, Chandana," Kiran's tone softened. He expresses all his frustration in every sentence he speaks.

Chandana who was trying hard to release her arm from Kiran's grasp was gradually reduced. He no longer tried to look strong and firm in front of Kiran. Chandana crying. He sobbed while Kiran approached and then grabbed her into an embrace. Chandana did not refuse, she did not try to avoid because she knew that this hug would be the last time for them.

"Why?" Kiran blurted out while gently rubbing Chandana's hair.

"It's all very complicated. You won't understand.." Chandana deepened and drowned her face in Kiran's chest.

"good. But at least let me know who did all this the same to you? Who hurt you?" Kiran again asked as Chandana pulled away and let go of their embrace.

With tears still streaming down her scarred face, Chandana whispered, "My father."
