Chandanas

Chandanas
Section 15

Kiran blinked a few times. His head was heavy while his vision was still blurred. After about three minutes of trying to gather awareness, Kiran tried to get up from the bed while keeping her eyes open. After sitting in the perfect position, Kiran circulated her gaze, trying to ascertain where she was at the moment. It took a few minutes for Kiran to truly believe that she was still in the school health room.

With a weak movement, Kiran fixed her uniform and then moved out of bed. He took the time to look out the window, the sky seemed dark either because of the time leading up to night or because it was cloudy. To make sure again, Kiran reached into her pants pocket and pulled out her smartphone to see the digital clock in the left corner of the phone screen.

At 4pm? Buset, how many hours sleep have you tried.

Not wanting to be in the health room longer, Kiran decided to leave the place immediately. But before he actually left the infirmary, he found a paper in the pocket of his uniform. With hesitation, Kiran pulled out the paper and spread it out. And sure enough, there were a few handwritten paragraphs there. Kiran sighed then scrunched her forehead. The writing on the paper was so ugly that he easily realized who the author was.

*Heh, I'm sorry I left you alone here. I have a sparing on the basketball court with the same school children sambalado who yesterday. You know without me our schoolgirls have a hard time winning '<'

I put my bag next to the door. Keep the uks key I put in your pocket. Fitting out don't forget you lock that room ato tomorrow I'm in the same kill guard. Don't go back alone, you go to the field I anterin back home.

Kaga need to belagu ya lu, wake up directly to the field rather than fussing on the road kan berabe.

Oh iye, I told Edy that you can participate in futsal training first gegara sick.

Don't forget I gini-gini keep you all day for free yes b*ngke. I'll wait for <3*

Kiran grieves restrained because she felt disgusted herself to read Roka's handwriting. "What a shitty thing."

After reading everything that Roka wrote, Kiran folded the paper and then threw it in the trash can inside the UKS, which is now inside the UKS, at that time Kiran also accidentally saw a toska-colored handkerchief lying right next to the bed he had just occupied.

Without a second thought Kiran rushed to take the handkerchief. "Does this have Roka? Since when did he like this bright color." doubtfully, Kiran inhaled the scent of the handkerchief.

Instead of the fragrance of Roka's perfume, Kiran actually felt a feminine fragrance that felt very familiar to her, "Kaya knows the smell, but who is it?" kiran said while trying to reroute his memory but unfortunately he still can not remember anything.

Kiran sighed softly, she should have gone home first. About the handkerchief he might be able to ask Roka who is indeed all day to look after him. After tidying up her clothes, Kiran picked up her bag then walked out and locked the health room door. Initially Kiran had stopped and considered going to the basketball court to meet Roka, but after a second thought, Kiran already felt healthier and fitter when compared to this morning. He is optimistic that he can go home alone without having to be escorted by Roka. At least Kiran did not need to trouble Roka even more if she had to drive him back home.

Kiran changed the direction of his goal which was originally a basketball court into a parking lot. With a slow step, he tried to enjoy the journey by observing the trees and school buildings on his left and right. When you recall, Kiran has changed a lot compared to a month ago. Kiran one month ago might have rushed home and refused to linger at school, she said, he also will not bother to help the futsal team even though he always and really wants to help others. Kiran who used to be a good person who refused to be considered so because she did not want to have many friends, did not want to be liked by many people.

Kiran smiled faintly realizing how innocent and naive she had been all this time. Just look at him now, suddenly a very different figure, suddenly daring to express all his emotions and feelings just because of a girl he didn't even really know. Kiran does not know if this is a good or bad thing, but because of Chandana, he managed to melt the iceberg that had been shackling him, he said, slowly, he began to accept and forgive himself. At the same time, however, Chandana continues to make Kiran feel new feelings that she does not understand. Chandana made her feel sick even though the girl did nothing wrong.

Do I like Chandana?

Kiran shook her head slowly. He had to stop thinking about Chandana. He cannot be selfish and impose his will on Chandana. Recalling Chandana's response last night, Kiran realizes that her presence may be bothering her, the girl may be so kind that she can't reject herself outright. All this time he kept trying to get close to Chandana, trying to be a friend to the girl without ever thinking about how she felt. Kiran realized that not everyone was happy to approach, not everyone wanted to have friends. Even Kiran used to feel uncomfortable whenever there was an opposite sex trying to get close to her. Why was he unconscious all this time?

Bener. Why am I not thinking? Why have I been so selfish all this time?

Kiran continued on towards the parking lot with mixed feelings. On the one hand he felt guilty for being selfish all this time, but on the other hand he did not want to just give up. Chandana may be suffering, but she may not have anyone to share with her in the past. Kiran continued to be surrounded by feelings of worry and dilemma. After thinking hard along the way to the motor park, Kiran decided not to bother Chandana anymore. He did not want to make the girl feel disturbed and uncomfortable with his presence.

Initially Kiran was indifferent and continued walking towards her bike. But as the distance between them eroded, Kiran felt that she recognized the figure. Her long hair that was scattered moved in the wind, her skin was pure white, and the light green outer that looked mingled with her pale skin. Despite only looking from behind, Kiran knew very well that the girl was Chandana.

I don't know what all these coincidences should be called. Kiran had just thought about Chandana and now she met the girl without any intention. Kiran was silent for a moment. His eyes focused on Chandana who had difficulty walking due to injuries to her knee. Kiran wants to come closer and help the girl, but she is afraid to bother him more than yesterday. After a long thought, Kiran decided to follow Chandana from behind. Although he could not interact directly, at least he wanted to make sure Chandana got home safely.

Cloudy clouds appear increasingly dense to cover the sky, the roar began to earthy accompanied by lightning sparks from a distance. Meanwhile Chandana does not look hesitant or daunted, the girl continues to walk down the streets in limp. Sometimes he stops to fix his outer or just catch his breath.

In the back, Kiran did not take the slightest look away from Chandana's back. He wanted to extend a hand while helping the girl, but in fact Kiran was not brave enough. He was not afraid or hesitant to walk ahead and grab Chandana's arm, what he fears is the response Chandana might give him and the fact that Chandana might hate him even more because he continues to harass the girl.

Kiran bit her lower lip while staring worriedly as she watched Chandana almost fall due to loss of balance. His body reflexively ran when he realized the girl was about to fall, but not until two steps he ran, hurriedly Kiran stopped his legs forcefully. He did not want Chandana to realize his presence. At the same time Kiran kept wondering where Chandana would go. Is it possible he will walk home? Maddened. Kiran sighed in frustration at how far the now helpless girl would have traveled if she had gone home on foot.

While Kiran was busy focusing her attention on Chandana, water spots began to descend from the overcast sky that afternoon. Kiran did not realize that the rain began to fall and wet her clothes until Chandana removed her backpack to cover her head and body from the rain that was getting heavier. Realizing this made Kiran unable to hold back any longer, she could not stand still looking at a girl who was in such rain.

Half-running, Kiran approached Chandana. But the distance between himself and Chandana has not been exhausted, the girl he has been following has been seen pulled over at a minimarket. Chandana lowered her bag and then shook off the water that had soaked her backpack. While Chandana was busy with her bag, Kiran covered her face in uniform collar and ran quickly into the minimarket.

Kiran stopped right next to the entrance. From his standing position, he could clearly see the figure of Chandana who was busy shaking the bag and patting his outer. Kiran sighed. He turned to the inside of the minimarket, staring at the shelves containing various objects and food carefully, trying to find an umbrella, raincoat, and, or just a drink that might warm the body in the midst of this increasingly heavy rain.

Kiran rushed to scan the shelves arranged in the minimarket. Without hesitation he took chocolate, milk, bread, and an umbrella. He hopes to give it all to Chandana, although he himself is still not sure how.

After paying for all the things he bought, Kiran put on a mask that he had taken before walking to the cashier's desk. Kiran thinks that going undercover will slightly increase her confidence, though Chandana may recognize her without even hearing her speak, just like he can easily recognize Chandana from a distance.

Kiran opened the door to the minimarket slowly. His eyes looked around, trying to find Chandana where he had last seen the girl, "Well, how come there wasn't anything?" kiran said when she could not find Chandana. He slowly stepped towards the place where the girl was standing some time ago, and it was true that Chandana was no longer there.

"When do you want to follow me?" The soft voice of a woman who sounded right behind Kiran made her jump in shock. He suddenly turned his body facing back and found Chandana standing while looking at him with a cold gaze.

Kiran's heart almost stopped due to the overwhelming shock, she was speechless as she had been caught following Chandana. Kiran cursed in her heart, the fact that she has now done something a step worse than yesterday, "I'm sorry, but I didn't mean anything bad. I see you're having trouble walking, so I follow you from behind for fear of you why-why."

Chandana sighed softly, she threw away her gaze while slipping her hair behind her ears. "Then if I'm why-why, what's the matter with you? I don't know, what do you really want?" Chandana looked back at Kiran's eyes, but she soon shifted her eyes back.

Without Kiran noticing, her jaw hardened. His blood rippled after hearing Chandana's words. It is true that there is nothing wrong with the girl's words, but somehow Chandana's cold gaze and tone of voice hurt her heart.

"Yes, that's none of my business. I told you from the beginning that I wanted to be friends with you. I don't know why, but I feel this way for the first time to a woman. You were different, you changed me, you made me stop reading books at night because every night the only thing that kept coming to my mind was you. You managed to get rid of the anxiety and also the fear that I have felt in every woman. You brought such a big change to me without you even realizing it, without you doing anything." Kiran stopped her sentence, her throat was dry, her heart beat was pounding very fast, her eyes were hot because they continued to look at Chandana.

"Even though I don't really know you, even though I am nothing to you, but after all, you are a person who means something to me."

Kiran rubbed a drop of tears that fell from her eye patch. Without wanting to linger harassing and time-consuming Chandana, Kiran put a medium-sized plastic canteen containing the items she bought from the minimarket some time ago.

"Here there is the same umbrella of food. Do not rain." said Kiran who immediately went running through the rain. Leaving Chandana who is still standing after hearing all the contents of Kiran's heart all this time.
