Chandanas

Chandanas
Section 29

Warm sunlight illuminates the summit area which some days is shrouded in cloudy and fog. Several animals were seen running around the plantation, splitting the grass still wet with dew.

Roka still could not take her eyes off Kiran. Although her best friend has said many times that she is okay, it feels very difficult for Roka to stop worrying.

After Kiran fainted last night, one of the escort teachers acted quickly and took Kiran to the emergency post. Fortunately not many students were at the scene so that the event did not spread and cause panic. The board of teachers also deliberately requested that all students who knew this keep it a secret and not tell other students according to the request of Roka and Kiran.

The reason is not much, Kiran is reluctant to be the talk nor does she want to damage school activities. In addition, Kiran did have an anxiety disorder when stepping on Junior High first, it's just that the last few years he has never experienced it because it has rarely been associated with the crowd. Kiran refused to go to the hospital and asked for a little rest. Regarding coughing up blood that he experienced last night, Kiran assumed it was a side effect of the blood thinning drugs that he consumed before his departure to the top.

Kiran was prescribed a blood-thinning medication because the stress of a test caused her blood pressure to rise in recent days. He has also been told what side effects might occur to him during taking the drug. Therefore Kiran asked Roka and her teachers not to worry too much about her condition.

Honestly speaking, Roka felt sad and guilty that Kiran had to experience something like this again right after she started to be able to open up. He had not slept overnight due to worry, while Kiran now said that he was fine.

"Sleep there. I'm all right. This part is still early, later also I began to be able to mengebiasain myself. Don't think too much of it," Kiran subtly tried to persuade Roka to be willing to rest.

"Yes-yes. Yaudah let's go back to the villa. Don't do anything this morning!" Roka invites Kiran back to the villa after they devour the breakfast that has been provided.

The two were at an emergency post last night with a few companion teachers. Now they intend to return to the villa to rest and join the others.

Kiran walks with Roka. In some villas inhabited by other groups, the students were seen doing fitness gymnastics in their front yard with guided by a gymnastics instructor who was none other than their own teacher.

Upon arrival at their villa, gymnastics activities are also underway. With hesitation, Roka and Kiran walked in, shuffling at the edge of the courtyard to rush off to the male dwelling.

"Why are you two?" one of the male students shouted at Roka and Kiran who were walking around, now all eyes were on the two of them, not least the gymnastics instructor.

"Hayoo, you want to run away? Here and there, her gymnastics next to Mom. We give examples of good movements for children!" exclaimed the instructor who did not stop doing his gymnastic movements.

"Ta-But Bu-"

"Here!"

Roka and Kiran run forward as the gymnastics instructor looks to start losing patience. Kiran felt nervous and wrong because they actually had to follow gymnastics, even being one of the gymnastics instructors. On the other hand Roka felt very upset, he had not slept all night and now he had to lead gymnastics fitness? Just be right.

"Yumoo! Shut up to the right!"

"Woooo!"

Roka and Kiran try to follow the movements exemplified by the instructor with all their limitations. Roka moves shrewdly and erotically to reap cheers and laughter from her other friends, while Kiran looks stiff and confused to make the girls feel anxious.

Minutes passed, their gymnastics event that morning ended with the clapping of Roka and Kiran. The two dropped themselves onto the grass in a supine position after the instructor finished saying goodbye.

"His intention was to become an instructor! Amjink is life." Roka adjusted her heavy breathing while wiping the sweat on her forehead.

Kiran nodded in agreement while wagging her sweat-soaked shirt.

From a distance, Naya is trying to persuade Chandana to approach Kiran and Roka.

"You only. I want to go inside to take a bath" Chandana smiled faintly, trying to subtly reject Naya's invitation.

"Ayoo-like. The next activity is still 2 hours!" Naya is still pulling Chandana's arm, not wanting to give up.

With a little more coercion from Naya, Chandana relents. He walked after Naya who took him to two boys who were exhausted in the grass near the fence.

"But you two, why!" Naya laughed as she recalled how messed up the duo of Kiran and Roka were when they became gymnastics instructors.

Roka raised her head, then frowned when she realized Naya and Chandana were walking towards them.

"Bodo is ah! Awakening the Master Ma'am, my man is the same Kiran wants to sleep in the room instead tell him to be an instructor!" Roka again laid her head on the grass while Kiran tried to get up to sit down.

Naya gave a small laugh then sat cross-legged next to Roka, followed by Chandana who was also sitting next to her.

Kiran smiled as she looked at Chandana. Surprisingly, the girl kept her head down and threw away her face, as if avoiding eye contact with Kiran. Of course this raises questions in Kiran's mind. As he remembered, until yesterday he had not done anything wrong. He guessed on what basis did Chandana try to avoid him like this?

"Lagian elo, people are all on gymnastics, you even crunch from outside the cake. Where to sleep again." Naya rolled her eyeballs.

Roka got up from her position to sit down, washed her hair and clothes from the grass that stuck, "Gue will not sleep as much because of ngejagain si-"

"Jagain who?" Naya frowned, feeling confused. So did Chandana who suddenly raised her head after a long time looking down.

"S-S-Ahoa ya," Roka stood up and pulled Kiran's t-shirt to run together into the villa and left the two girls they had made curious.

Naya stared at the departure of the two full of question marks, "Why the hell is that two weird people? Why do you think they are?"

Chandana slicked her shoulders. He was curious too. Out of nowhere, bad feelings rush into his heart when he accidentally meets Kiran. The man was still running off the ridge as he looked back and accidentally brought their eyes together.

---

The clock shows at half-time 9am when all 11th grade students of Tunas Kelapa High School re-assembled in the vast land where they held apples the day before. The difference is, today the land is no longer filled with parked buses, but has been fitted with various equipment and outbound equipment, besides that it is also seen some guarding stands that provide mineral water, snacks, and other equipment, as well as some equipment for outbound.

Kiran and Roka joined the event despite their waivers not to participate. Their decision to continue participating was motivated by the suspicions of some of their colleagues. As a result now Roka lined up in his team with a shabby and sleepy face. Several times Rendi tried to ignite Roka's anger by addressing him, but Roka really did not pay attention at all because he felt lazy and wanted to sleep.

After the briefing ends, every 2 teams are directed to each of the same game posts, for a total of 15 posts. Kiran and her team walked towards the first post they got from the draw. I don't know who they will be fighting in this first challenge. One thing is certain, Kiran is reluctant to face the Roka team because the first challenge they get is an agility fight. Kiran's team has more thinkers than good-for-nothing, while almost all of the male members on Roka's team are basketball, futsal, or volleyball kids.

Kiran heaved a sigh of relief when she found that it was not Roka's team that was their opponent.

The two teams come together for direction as well as the rules of play. They also get an explanation about the spread of points that will be obtained from each game. Kiran listened carefully even though he would not participate in the game this time. Yeah, Kiran won't come.

This happened because Bagas - the chairman of his team - knew about the incident last night. He tells Kiran not to participate in heavy games for fear that Kiran's condition will worsen. Although Kiran has made it clear that his problems last night were not caused by physical conditions that were not primed - but mental problems - Bagas still banned him, The Team Leader did not want bad things to happen.

Not wanting to argue, Kiran agreed to Bagas' request with the record that he would still help his team if it was really needed. The problem is, this activity is not only for fun, but also to collect grades that will later add to their achievements in school. At least Kiran wants to make all members of his team get the best value by winning several activities.

After all the explanations were finished, the match began.

The first representative of each team enters the match area. Their first game this time was who managed to knock down the opponent first, then he would win.

The match is played on a circular mat, in which the player is prohibited from exiting the circle and if he violates, he will be disqualified.

Game's starting. Both teams started cheering to support their respective champions. Kiran listened carefully, completely unaware that from then on Ratih looked at her without a single look.

Since being rejected Kiran a few months ago, Ratih did feel his pride was hurt because it was not only rejected, but also humiliated because he happened to express feelings in front of many people. Even so, Ratih did not hate Kiran in the slightest and instead grew curious about her after the incident.

At school, whenever he wants to go somewhere - for example, the bathroom, the garden, the canteen, etc, dsb-Ratih always passes Kiran's class despite the sign that he has to walk further or even have to rotate just to look at Kiran from the window or front door, even if he was lucky and could really see Kiran.

Trainer understands very well if Kiran does not like him, does not like anyone. Therefore, Ratih wants to change Kiran's heart, he wants to realize the man he likes that loving and being loved is not a wrong thing, not something to be avoided. He is not sure what makes Kiran so indifferent to women, but Ratih hears from a friend that Kiran began to change since the incident that occurred when the man was in elementary school. Although Ratih does not know exactly what kind of incident, at least he is quite sure that Kiran behaved so not because she wanted to, but because of her past trauma.

For months Ratih tried to get close to Kiran but he never had a chance. Kiran is very difficult to approach. According to Ratih Kiran is not a quiet figure who can not joke. Stepping on this 11th grade man was very bright and friendly towards his male friends, especially Roka. But its nature turns stiff and very cold when it comes to women.

Now Ratih gets a chance to get closer to Kiran. He himself was astonished by Kiran's very significant changes. Suddenly, Kiran began to be friendly to him and everyone, not trying to dodge and smiling more. Of course Ratih could not if not pounding, his feelings seemed to grow more fertile because of Kiran's soft attitude. Ratih is determined to make Kiran realize that there is someone here who likes her sincerely and unconditionally.

Satisfied with daydreaming, Ratih walked closer to Kiran, making the man startled and hurriedly kept his distance, "Hi." Ratih.

Kiran smiled doubtfully, "Hi too, Ratih."

"Lo's okay?" realizing that something is wrong with Kiran, Ratih tries to find out.

Kiran shook her head slowly, trying to widen her distance from Ratih. I don't know why he feels uncomfortable around women. Even since this morning Kiran tried her best to avoid women - not openly - and was not as friendly as yesterday. Kiran unintentionally, she felt her body reacting by itself when she realized that a woman was trying to get close. Being cold with a flat face seems to have become a self-defense mechanism for him.

Ratih looked at Kiran full of wonder. Just yesterday the man beside him was being friendly, now his flat face was again plastered when Ratih tried to invite him to speak.

"Lo's sure?" Train tried to make sure.

"Remain," Kiran nodded slowly and then threw away her face.

Excuse me. I'm not intentionally like this anymore. It seems I need time to adapt slowly and not drastic changes like yesterday. I can't see people smiling and welcoming me. It's hard to see people start to have hope for me again. The thought that I do not want to disappoint and hurt anyone continues to disturb me, the shadow of the disappointment of people over the events of 6 years ago in SD continues to spin in this head. I need time, I need time.

Kiran glanced at Ratih with a guilty feeling. He could not control himself if suddenly his anxiety increased like last night. Kiran did not want to scare the people, did not want to worry everyone around her. Therefore he unconsciously returned to self-limiting although not as severe as before.

Kiran gave a glance. He accidentally caught Chandana through his two beads. Kiran looked at the girl carefully. So far, Kiran has only felt safe near Chandana. Even near Naya Kiran is still awkward if only the two. Kiran does not understand what the reasons are that make her safe and does not feel panic if near Chandana. Never mind being cold, he always becomes clumsy and without hesitation shows his true personality when near the girl.

What reason? How are you different from the others, Chandana?
