Chapter 61 (Flashback Ha Ru and Young Min)

Ha Ru's answer was still the same, she still replied that their son was dead.

"Are you going to keep acting like this?" ask Won to Ha Ru.

Ha Ru just kept quiet not answering Won's question.

Elsewhere, Ro Ha managed to bring and take care of Ha Ru's child according to Ha Ru's request. Although Ro Ha's family opposed Ro Ha's decision but Ro Ha did not care and still took care of Ha Ru's child.

*Flashback*

Ha Ru got on the bus with her son and she sat next to a mother who was also carrying her child. The mother was very kind to Ha Ru, she offered food and also drinks that she brought but Ha Ru refused her politely. And when the bus stopped, Ha Ru who saw his bus in the black car immediately asked the mother for help.

"Can you help me?" ask Ha Ru.

"What can I help you with?" ask the mother.

"Can you bring this child to the station, there will be someone who will meet you carrying a signboard Ha Ru. You just have to hand over my son to that person" Ha Ru explained as she gave her son to the mother.

"I beg you please make sure my son is with you to the destination" Ha Ru added while giving away all the money.

The mother looked confused but she did not have time to ask Ha Ru because Ha Ru had been dragged away by Won's man.

Arriving at the station the mother gave the baby Ha Ru to the person who was waiting for Ha Ru. The woman was the head of the orphanage that used to take care of Ha Ru and they were very close until now.

*Flashback End*

"Are you really going to take care of this kid?" ask Ro Ha's mother.

"of course. I will take care of her and raise her" Ro Ha replied confidently.

After a few years passed, Ha Ru's son has grown up and started school while Ha Ru is still locked up by Won. Ha Ru tried to escape several times but always managed to fail by Won. On the other hand, Ilsan police station has a new member.

Kyung Min, a junior high school student who used to attend school where they were on duty, has now grown up and become a police officer. Although they may forget Kyung Min but Kyung Min never forgets them especially Ha Ru who tried to help her first.

"Good morning sir. From today I will be serving here" Kyung Min said, paying tribute to his seniors.

"Well now Eun Ho is no longer the youngest member here" Man Ho said, mocking Eun Ho.

"Have stopped mocking Eun Ho" Jang Man told Man Ho.

"Welcome to our team, although we are not the best team but we are a loyal team" continued Jang Man greeted Kyung Min with a joke.

They look happy to welcome their new members without realizing that Kyung Min is someone they know except Young Min who recognizes Kyung Min but chooses to keep quiet.

"Are we going to have a welcome tonight for Kyung Min? " ask Eun Ho who looks enthusiastic.

"Alright, we'll do it" said Jang Man.

"Finally after so long" replied Eun Ho who looked happy.

"Do you have to be that happy?" ask Jang Man.

"Let her be happy, she just broke up with her boyfriend so she needs an outlet" Young Min explained.

"You said you wouldn't reveal it" said an angry Eun Ho and chased away Young Min.

Meanwhile, Ro Ha is in school waiting for a boy who is now in elementary school.

"Mama" shouted the boy who had just run from the field.

Ro Ha came running towards the boy.

"Don't run when you fall" Ro Ha said as they met.

"Alright" replied the little boy named Jun.

"Let's go home" Ro Ha asked.

Meanwhile, Ha Ru, who is used to being locked up by Won, feels that maybe this is the best thing she can do to protect everyone. Ha Ru sits in the living room while reading the book given by Won. When Won left the whole corner of the house filled with a lot of bodyguards.

"Do you want to go with me?" asked Won who was sitting next to Ha Ru.

"Go out?" asked Ha Ru enthusiastically.

"Yes" replied Won.

"Why are you suddenly taking me out?" ask Ha Ru.

"Because you've been in this house too long. So I guess you want to go out for a while to take a look at the outside world" explained Won who was suddenly being nice to Ha Ru.

"Alright" Ha Ru replied.

"Then you can get ready and I'll wait here" Won said.

Ha Ru entered her room enthusiastically as this was her first time leaving the house after years of being held inside the house without seeing the outside world.

After finishing getting ready Ha Ru went to meet Won and they went together without being accompanied by bodyguards.

"Why don't you bring a bodyguard today?" ask Ha Ru to Won.

"I want us to go alone" Won explained.

"What if I run away? What are you going to do alone?" ask Ha Ru.

"No problem. I don't plan on keeping you locked up for much longer. You can even get back to work" Won explained.

"But why did you change your mind?" asked Ha Ru who was confused by Won's changed attitude.

"I just want you to be as free as you used to be and I'm sure we can go back to how we used to be" Won explained.

Elsewhere, team member Jang Man is having a party to welcome Kyung Min as a new member of their team.

"Let's have a toast to Kyung Min" Man Ho said, raising his glass.

They drink and have fun until they get drunk.

"Why did you choose our team? Our team is the worst team" Man Ho asked Kyung Min.

"Because there is someone I want to save and I know that only this team member can save him" Kyung Min explained.

"alright. We will definitely petrify you" Man Ho explained as he raised his glass again.

While they were having fun, Kyung Min came out of the restaurant and sat down on the chair that was near the restaurant. He took out a cigarette and lit a fire and then smoked it.

"How are you?" young Min asks who is also coming out because he wants to talk to Kyung Min.

"Senior, why are you out?" asked Kyung Min who was surprised and immediately turned off his cigarette.

"I asked how are you?" ask Young Min again.

"Do you remember me?" kyung Min asked Young Min.

"Of course I remember you" Young Min replied.

"I'm doing fine. What about you?" ask Kyung Min.

"Not too good" Young Min replied.

"I don't see senior Ha Ru. Has he been moved?" ask Kyung Min.

"No, he is on leave and he will definitely come back again" replied Young Min who still hoped Ha Ru would return.

"Have you not forgotten him?" young Min asks Kyung Min, who makes Kyung Min only able to keep quiet.
