Chapter 22 (Flashback Ha Ru and Young Min)
Arriving at the office they immediately saw the recording and they were shocked when they saw the figure of Min Jae recorded on a black box camera. Using the camera as evidence, Jang Man confronts the inspector and requests an arrest warrant for Min Jae.
"Just because he was caught on camera doesn't mean he was the culprit" the inspector said.
"Can't you see that after Hyo Min fell Min Jae immediately went down in a hurry" Jang Man argued.
The cornered inspector finally approves Min Jae's arrest warrant. As soon as they get Min Jae's arrest warrant, they immediately rush towards Min Jae's house.
"Have you issued Min Jae's ban on going abroad?" ask Jang Man to Man Ho.
"It is" replied Man Ho.
After hearing Man Ho's answer, Kang Man tells Eun So to speed up his car road for fear that Min Jae will run away.
The bias of the conglomerates who were released was to flee abroad so that Jang Man felt anxious.
When they get to Min Jae's house they try to get inside the house but are stopped by the bodyguard in front of Min Jae's house.
"By your side, if you stand in our way, we will arrest you too" Jang Man threatened.
"Sorry, you can't go inside" said one of the bodyguards.
"It's really annoying" Jang Man said as he issued an arrest warrant for Min Jae.
"Look at this, we have an arrest warrant. If you still stand in our way, we will charge you with obstructing the police" Jang Man said.
Although Jang Man had threatened them, the bodyguards did not budge and instead arrested Jang Man and his members who forced their way in until Yong Bin finally came out.
"Let them go" Yong Bin ordered his bodyguards.
"Alright" said one of the bodyguards obeying Yong Bin's orders.
Jang Man and his members are shocked to see Yong Bin who is a board member who turns out to be Min Jae's father.
"What are you doing?" ask Yong Bin.
"We want to meet with your son" Jang Man said, handing over a warrant b for Min Jae's arrest.
"How's this? Min Jae is no longer here. He went to study last night" Yong Bin said.
Hearing Yong Bin's words they immediately moved furiously and left the place.
"Oh shit, check where Min Jae is going" Jang Man orders while they're in the car.
"Good" said Young Min.
"I'm coming with you" Ha Ru said as she followed Young Min into her car.
They returned to the office as Young Min and Ha Ru went to check into the immigration department.
After arriving at the immigration department they ask for data about Min Jae and it turns out that Min Jae has not left Korea. Young Min immediately contacted Jang Man.
"We're going to issue a DPO for Min Jae" Jang Man said.
"But is it no problem? he is the son of Lee Yong Bin" said a slightly worried Man Ho.
"No matter who the child is, he is a murderer and he must get the right punishment" Jang Man explained.
Man Ho who was hesitant immediately carried out Jang Man's duties. He immediately issued a DPO for Min Jae.
After the police issued the DPO, various media began to report about Min Jae and they also studied the background of Min Jae so that Yong Bin's name was dragged along.
The news was immediately heard by Yong Bin. Hearing that instantly made Yong Bin angry.
"What are you doing? Are you unable to manage your subordinates" Yong Bin angrily told the police inspector at the place where Jang Man worked.
After hanging up his phone, Yong Bin told his staff to hold a press conference. After everything was ready, Yong Bin stood before the media and bowed.
"I apologize for the commotion that occurred because of my son. If my son is guilty I will cooperate with the police and help them. Once again I apologize for failing to educate my son so he made a mistake that cost many people" Yong Bin told his news conference.
Wong, who is still working, saw Yong Bin's press conference on television at the hospital where he worked. Wong only smiled with satisfaction at his father who lowered his head before everyone.
Yong Bin must be willing to sacrifice his son for the smooth running of his political career.
"Are you crazy?" said Min Jae's mother who came to her husband's workplace after seeing the press conference.
"Diminish your voice" said Yong Bin.
"Are you going to sacrifice your child like that?" ask wife.
"Do I have to sacrifice my career for a useless child like him. I told him to go abroad but he ran away and made this trouble. If you are ready to give up your luxury I will sacrifice my career and save your son" Yong Bin explained.
His wife was silent and could not say anything.
Meanwhile, Jang Man and his members are searching for Min Jae's whereabouts all over the city. They also spread a flyer containing Min Jae's face. While Young Min and Ha Ru go to Min Jae's house and search the house trying to find Min Jae who may also be from there.
"Did you find something?" young Min asked Ha Ru.
"If this continues it will take a long time" said Young Min.
They also returned to the office.
Elsewhere, Min Jae is seen in a house that belongs to his family. There Min Jae looks tied with his eyes closed.
"Please... Help me" shouted Min Jae who was tied to a chair but no one could hear his screams.
Min Jae who was originally going to America last night was suddenly kidnapped by Won's men and held captive in his father's villa in the forest.
In the evening, Won comes to the villa and opens Min Jae's blindfold.
"Won, Won, I'm sorry. Please let me go" Min Jae asked as soon as he saw Won in front of him.
Won just fell silent looking at the helpless Min Jae strapped to a chair.
"Sister, please let me go. We are not brothers. I promise I'll leave in front of you" said Min Jae once again.
"Alright, then kneel before me. If you do that, I'll set you free" Won said.
Min Jae tries to kneel in front of Won but can't because the chair he's sitting in is chained so he can't move. Seeing Min Jae trying to kneel keeps Won entertained so he laughs with satisfaction.
"Until when are you going to keep me waiting? Don't you want me to let go, do you? " said Won.
"Wait a minute. I'm trying" Min Jae replied.
"That's enough. Since you don't want to kneel down then I won't let you go" Won said with a smile.
"This is the first time I've killed a man. So I feel really excited" Won continued as he approached Min Jae.
"Please don't kill me, we're brothers" asked Min Jae who was afraid he would die.
"I'm not sure about that. I never felt that you were my brother and I don't think you ever considered a brother either" Won explained.
"If you knew he'd be angry" said Min Jae.
"The old man won't know that I killed you because I'm going to make it look like you killed yourself here" Won said.
"He won't believe it" said Min Jae.
"I'll make sure he believes you don't have to worry" Won replied.
"Are you hungry? Before you die I'll give you your last dinner" Won said, then drove from the living room to the kitchen.
"Do you have any favorite foods?" ask Won to Min Jae.
Min Jae was silent.
"I've bought you rib soup so I hope you like it" Won said as he gave the soup and untied Min Jae's hand.
"If you mess around I'll also kill your beloved mother" Won threatened southern Min Jae to untie Min Jae.
Min Jae obeyed Won's orders and without a fight ate the soup greedily. Seeing that, Won also untied Min Jae's legs.
Meanwhile Min Jae's parents also try to find Min Jae by contacting all Min Jae's friends but no one knows about Min Jae's whereabouts. So is the police station that is still looking for Min Jae.
"Have you guys got any info about Min Jae's family's place of residence" asked Jang Man.
"It has. They have 20 villas scattered throughout the city" explained Man Ho while giving a look at the villa.
"20!!!! We'll be working overtime again this time" Eun So lamented.
"There's no time to complain. The sooner we find him the better" Jang Man explained.
"Then what about Hyo Min's mother? have you found it" asked Jang Man to Young Min and Ha Ru.
"Yet. We don't know where Hyo Min's mother is. But Min Jae knows so we can ask Min Jae after we catch him" Young Min explained.
"Alright we'll move now" Jang Man ordered his men.
They get help from another unit while searching for Min Jae's whereabouts.
Min Jae had finished his meal and sat down with Won in the living room.
"Do you know where Hyo Min's mother is?" ask Won.
"I know" Min Jae replied calmly.
I don't know why Min Jae looks calmer and isn't scared at all.
"Write where Hyo Min's mother is" Won ordered.
Min Jae obeys Won's orders and writes down where Hyo Min's mother's body was kept. After doing all Won's orders, Min Jae suddenly falls on the couch. Seeing that, Won immediately left Min Jae alone.
"Repair this place" Won said on the phone and left Min Jae alone inside the villa.
