Chapter 52 (Flashback Ha Ru and Young Min)
Due to reports of residents finding bodies, the police had gathered where the victims were found and the location was heavily guarded by police.
Man Ho and Eun So who had arrived first approached Jang Man who had just arrived.
"The victims are estimated to be in their 20s and ", Man Ho said.
"And why?" ask the curious Jang Man.
"And he was found in a suitcase" replied Man Ho.
"In Suitcase? With blankets and clean?" ask Jang Man.
"Yes right" replied Man Ho.
"I think he's back in action" Man Ho said.
"Dam. Does any journalist know about this discovery?" ask Jang Man.
"As you can see, there have been many journalists who have come even TV stations" explained Man Ho.
"Their wives are all" Man Ho told Eun So.
Jang Man went to see the condition of the corpse and the condition was exactly the same as the other victims. While Eun So tries to get the reporters to leave but it seems pointless, Won immediately uploads a video where he kills Se Na. The reporters looked directly at their phones and were shocked to see the video. Eun So who saw the reporter who stopped rebelling and instead saw her phone became confused.
"What's going on?" eun So asked one of the police officers who also saw his phone.
When Eun So saw the video, Eun So was surprised and immediately brought the phone to tell Jang Man.
"I borrow it for a while" Eun So said as she ran towards Jang Man.
"Captain." cried Eun So from a distance.
"What's wrong?" man Ho asked when Eun So was right next to him.
"Look at this" Eun So said while giving the cellphone containing the video.
Jang Man and Man Ho were also surprised to see the video.
"I think the culprit deliberately spread this video" explained Eun So.
Jang Man looks angry because he feels he has been underestimated by the perpetrator.
Instantly the whole country became in an uproar with the video. Ha Ru and Young Min quickly learned of the video.
"There have not been many murders lately" said Ha Na who was watching TV.
Ha Ru who also saw the news about the video was immediately suspicious of Won. He felt that Won could be the perpetrator of the murder.
"You don't need to watch this news" said Sung Jae, who took the romote from Ha Na's hand and turned off his TV.
"Why?" ask Ha Na.
"That color is not good for Ha Ru's baby" Sung Jae explained.
Meanwhile, Young Min, who knew the news, went straight to the office and stopped the investigation that Ha Ru had requested.
"Drrttt.. drttt. "the sound of Young Min's phone.
"Hello" Young Min said on the phone.
"Senior, it looks like you should return to the office immediately because the atmosphere here is very chaotic. Many people call the office and ask if the video circulating is genuine or not. We all struggle with this" explained Eun So.
"I'm on my way" replied Young Min, who was still on his way.
Soon, Young Min arrived at the police station and was filled with reporters waiting.
"Where?" ask Young Min who just arrived.
"The captain told us to turn off all phone lines" Eun So explained.
"And also the captain looked very angry" continued Eun So who was frightened.
Young Min walked over to Jang Man.
"What about the cyber team? Can they find who uploaded the video?" ask Young Min.
"No, they say the ip is fake so it will be difficult to find the perpetrator" explained Jang Man while holding back his emotions.
"none. Again the perpetrator left no trace of anything" replied Jang Man while hitting his desk which made the other members surprised.
All of her back to a dead end, there was no clue that could be used to reveal the case. Young Min can only watch the video over and over again hoping to find a clue from the video.
"Do you still see that video?" ask Man Ho who just finished going to the bathroom.
"Yes, but I couldn't find anything" Young Min said.
"Oh shit, we can't go home and even though we're here there's nothing we can do. Why is that jerk playing with us? " complained Man Ho who felt being played by the killer.
"What did you say?" ask Young Min.
"Where's yanga? we can't go home?" said Man Ho.
"Not after that" Young Min replied.
"The son of a bitch is playing with us?" ask Man Ho.
"Yes, isn't that weird? Why is he spreading this video and playing around with us as if he knows what we're doing. Why did he leave this video evidence?" ask the curious Young Min.
"Is there something in this video?" young Min said again.
"Senior, can we send you this video for analysis?" ask Young Min.
"of course. Let me send you this video" said Man Ho who rushed off to analyze the video.
After Man Ho leaves, Eun So arrives with information from the victim.
"Surban Named Park Se Na was a 28-year-old employee of the Bank. Last seen she entered a nightclub called Sun" Eun So explained after tracking down Se Na's last whereabouts.
"We're going to Sun's nightclub right now" Jang Man ordered.
The three of them headed straight for the nightclub, when they got there the guards at Sun's club blocked them from entering because they were cops.
"If you want to enter, you have to bring a search warrant" said one of the guards there.
"We just want to go in for a while" Young Min explained.
"Sorry, you can't go in" the guard said.
And there was a commotion between the guards and the police in front of Sun's club. The commotion got the club owner out because they were interfering with his business.
"What is this storm?" ask the owner of the club named Pa Won.
"Good night boss. They forced their way in without a warrant" the guard explained.
"What is it that these busy cops come here for?" ask Pa Won.
"We want to investigate the ongoing murder case and the victim was last seen here" Young Min said.
"Oh, that horrendous murder?" ask Pa Won who is also curious.
"I would be very happy if I could help you find the culprit so please come in" continued Pa Won who allowed them to enter.
"Can you show me the CCTV two or three days ago?" pinta Young Min to Pa Won.
"Of course with pleasure" Pa Won replied.
"Show our guest what he asks" Pa Won ordered to his men.
"Well" replied Pa Won's men.
"Please follow me" said Pa Won's men
They follow Pa Won's men who take them to the surveillance room. Arriving there he ordered one of the people working there to show CCTV the day Se Na went to this club.
"Please stop there" said Young Min.
"Can you distribute the pictures" Young Min added.
"Captain, doesn't he look familiar?" young Min asked Jang Man.
"It's not her boyfriend Ha Ru" Eun So said when she saw the man in the video.
