Chapter 16 (Flashback Ha Ru and Young Min)

Bin, who initially wanted to tell about the camera he installed in Gyuri's house, disengaged his intention because he remembered what the police had done to his father so that he would not trust the police anymore. After Bin gets a lawyer, he can get out of the police station because of the lack of evidence and also because his prison term is up.

"Thank you sir for helping me" Bin told his lawyer who was still at the police station.

After hearing the words of Bin Pengacanya immediately went to leave him.

"Do you not want to find the perpetrator of the Gyuri murders? " said Ha Ru who from earlier noticed Bin.

"I don't care, and all your words are lies. I know you don't have solid evidence so you want the evidence I have" Bin told Ha Ru.

"You're right, we don't have enough evidence to catch the perpetrator, which means the perpetrator is still free to roam out there and the woman you love won't be able to rest in peace. Aren't you also angry that you won't be able to touch Gyuri anymore" Ha Ru explained provoking Bin.

"Be quiet, I won't come back here. And don't ever try to fool me again" said Bin who looked angry at Ha Ru and left the police station.

Meanwhile there was someone watching Bin and following him. The man followed Bin from the police station. Bin who still remembered Ha Ru's words went straight to Gyuri's apartment. There he looked to the right and to the left making sure no one saw him. Then he used a chair that was outside and opened the vents outside. From inside the vent he took a small camera and put it in his jacket.

After arriving home, Bin who was curious about Gyuri's killer opened the memory card stored in the camera and began looking for a video where Gyuri died. From there she learns that there is another man who went to Gyuri's house besides her. Bin is convinced that it was the man who killed Gyuri. As Bin was looking around for another video, suddenly there was a person standing behind Bin and covering Bin's mouth and nose with a handkerchief.

The man stuck I Bin with drugs and injected something into Bin's body until Bin died. After he confirmed that Bin had died, he went to clean up his tracks and left Bin alone in his house. The man also did not forget to take the memory card that Bin watched earlier.

"It's done" said the man on the phone and left Bin's home area.

At Ilsan police station the atmosphere became very gloomy because they had just released the terror of murder. At the time they were feeling down, suddenly there were reports of people dying in his house. They immediately went to the address listed in the report and were surprised to learn that the deceased was Bin.

"Isn't he Bin? How could he have died after leaving the police station a few hours ago" said Eun So who was astonished.

"Isn't this looking suspicious" Ha Ru told Young Min.

"Captain saw this" said Man Ho who was looking at TKP.

At Bin's house they find a suicide note that says Bin feels guilty for killing Gyuri. In the letter Bin admitted all his wrongs to Gyuri and he took this decision because he felt guilty to Gyuri. Seeing the suicide letter from Bin made the team members feel fooled.

"If he does feel guilty why he did not confess when we were interrogated" said Eun Ho who was upset.

"I'm not sure if he killed himself" Ha Ru said.

"Why?" ask Young Min.

"Because it doesn't make sense. He's not the culprit why he should feel guilty and suicidal" Ha Ru explained.

"Maybe he is indeed her killer and you should stop with your excessive obsession for him" Young Min replies and leaves Ha Ru alone.

Ha Ru does not believe that her intuition is wrong, her intuition is never wrong and she is sure that Bin is not the culprit.

After the forensics team arrived, they brought Bin's services for autopsy. And now they can only wait for the results of forensics and autopsies.

"You two go follow the autopsy team" Jang Mana told Ha Ru and Young Min.

They both went to the autopsy team, and entered a special room where they could see and interact with the doctor who autopsied Bin.

"Why do you think he died?" young Min asked the doctor who was autopsying Bin.

"We don't know yet, most likely due to an overdose of drugs. And we did not find any external injuries" explained the doctor who was doing his job.

Young Min turned off the mic after he finished asking the doctor.

"Do you still think Bin wasn't the culprit?" young Min asked Ha Ru who seemed to be thinking hard.

"Isn't it weird? Why did he write his letter with a computer instead of his hands? " ask Ha Ru who was still curious.

"Writing it like that will only get more suspicious" Ha Ru added.

While they were waiting for the autopsy results, Eun So suddenly told them to return to the office as soon as possible. The two of them returned to the office and when they arrived at the office looked very gloomy and they did not know what was happening.

"What's wrong?" asked Young Min who whispered to Eun So.

"Damn it. how can they close the case" said an angry Jang Mana.

"They closed the case?" ask Young Min.

"Yes, they concluded that Bin committed suicide, even whatever the results of his autopsy they will not open the case again" explained Man Ho.

"But why? Even this was only a few hours after he died" asked Young Min who still did not understand.

"You guys just go home, there's no use for it still here" said Jang Man who immediately left his men at the police station.

After returning home Ha Ru laid her body on the bed from exhaustion.

"Ah, I'm really tired. My mattress I miss you" Ha Ru said as she rolled around on her bed.

As she enjoys the comfort of her mattress, her phone suddenly goes off.

Won

Hello, are you home?

Ha Ru

Yeah, I'm home. What was?

Won

Can I go to your house now?

Ha Ru

Of course

Shortly after Ha Ru hung up her phone someone rang her house yet and when she opened the door, Ha Ru was surprised to see Won who was already in front of her rumour. Unintentionally Young Min who just returned from the mini market saw Won standing in front of Ha Ru's house from there Young Min realized that his love would not work.

"How did you get here so fast?" asked Ha Ru who was surprised to see Won.

"Of course, I miss you so much. Can I come in?" ask Won.

"Oh yes, please come in" said Ha Ru.

"I haven't had time to clean up this place so it's a little messy" explained Ha Ru who was late to realize that her house was a mess.

"No problem" Won replied as he looked around.

"Oh yes, you can sit there" Ha Ru said as she pointed at the sofa in front of her television.

Won sits on the sofa while still looking at Ha Ru's house, while Ha Ru goes to get Won a drink.

"Aren't you a patient today?" ha Ru asked as she placed the drink in front of Won.

"Nothing" Won replies and pulls Ha Ru into his lap after Ha Ru puts a glass of drinking water on the table.

"What are you doing?" asked Ha Ru who was surprised by Won's behavior.

"I miss you" Won said as he looked at Ha Ru's face.

"really? I miss you too" Ha Ru replied as she returned Won's gaze.

Slowly Won started to bring her face closer to Ha Ru's face and they started kissing gently. When Won began to grope parts of Ha Ru's body immediately Ha Ru stopped kissing Won.

"I'm not ready yet. I've never done it" Ha Ru said shyly.

"alright. Doesn't matter. Tell me if you're ready" Won replied while kissing Ha Ru's lips briefly.

Meanwhile, a heartbroken Young Min can only drink soju alone in her house. Somehow Young Min felt very sad when she had just met Ha Ru and her feelings had just grown. Young Min finished 4 bottles of soju until she was unconscious.

The next day Ha Ru and Young Min accidentally meet in front of an elevator. Young Min who used to be friendly to Ha Ru suddenly just acted coldly to Ha Ru. Ha Ru was confused by Young Min's attitude.

"Are you angry at me?" ha Ru asked Young Min in the elevator.

"No, why am I angry with you" Ha Ru said.

Although Young Min said no, Ha Ru was still unsure of Young Min's answer.

On their way to the office they accidentally saw some people gathering under their apartment. The two of them who were curious about what happened walked up to the crowd and saw that someone had died and was placed in a trash can around their compound.

Young Min and Ha Ru instantly secured the CTF and contacted their other members. Soon the other members came to the scene and immediately helped Young Min and Ha Ru who had already secured the place.
