While Riana and Abi Thohir are anxiously waiting for Hana to be examined by the Doctor, they must again receive bad news about Meizia's death. Something they didn't expect, that hit them so hard. Moreover, yesterday they were still talking to the healthy Meizia wal afiat. Then how could death just take him away?
"Innalilahi wa innailaihi rojiun."
Only that sentence came out of their mouths limply.
While everyone was grieving for his own situation, Shafiq was so excited and happy after the Doctor said he could go home. Her happiness is even greater when she gets word from the Doctor that Hana is also awake.
"Think once more, Shafiq," the mother asked. "For your own future."
"When Abi gave me a picture of Hana and said I wanted to match her up with Hana, I decided that Hana was my future, Ummi." Shafiq answered firmly and with conviction.
"It is, let Syafiq decide for himself the purpose of his life," said Abi Ahmad. "Especially he was an adult, already able to distinguish between right and wrong."
"But, Bi__"
Abi Ahmad looked at his wife sharply, as if asking her to be silent and no longer bring up the problem.
As a father, of course he also wants the best partner for his son. However, he also felt bad, ashamed and felt guilty for his friends' families. Feel unbearable if you have to decide the matchmaking when Hana lost her perfection as a woman. Wondering which other man would marry her later if not Shafiq.
"I want to see Hana now" said Syafiq.
His mother could not do anything because the husband supported Syafiq, now he could only resign.
The three of them rushed to Hana's ward, but they felt confused to see Riana and Abi Thohir sitting limp in front of Hana's room.
"Is Hana okay?" ask Syafiq without further ado.
Riana and her father looked up, but said nothing. "Please tell me, Ri, Hana's fine, right?" syafiq.
"He was in a deep shock after knowing his mother had died" Abi Thohir replied softly.
Instantly the guilt again hit Syafiq's heart, making him only able to bow down to shame.
"The patient is conscious, he wants to see you, sir."
Abi Thohir went straight into Hana's ward, who was immediately greeted with Hana's smile but also her tears.
"Sorry Abi, dear" said Abi Thohir.
"We'll go through it together" Hana replied as she clasped her father's hand. "Did ummi say something before leaving?"
Abi Thohir shook his head slowly, as his wife had indeed died at the scene.
""That's okay," said Hana despite her choking voice and water flowing back from the corner of her eye. However, Hana immediately wiped it off. "Again ummi often says something first, about many things. I won't forget it."
Abi Thohir nodded slowly with a faint smile, but he felt happy and relieved because Hana was stronger than he had imagined. Although he also knew how broken Hana's heart was now.
Abi Thohir hugged Hana tightly, saying that they would be fine.
While on the other hand, Ameer did what he had to do to the body of the wife. But it is like a body without a soul.
After Meizia's body was bathed, she began to be forgiven and Ameer continued to stare at her unblinkingly. But now there were no more tears, as though Ameer's tears had dried up, or he was tired of crying.
"Wait for me there" whispered Ameer before she finally gave her last kiss to her.
After being pardoned and in sholati, it was time to take Meizia to her final resting place.
Ameer carried the coffin with her father, and her two sisters-in-law.
Ameer recalled the first time she saw Meizia, and for the first time she felt attracted to a woman. Not because of the beauty of her face, or the beauty of her body. However, the first thing that made Ameer interested was Meizia's eyes that looked so cute, flat and without a smile.
He also recalled how Meizia kept avoiding him, as well as how they ended up getting married, going through grief together as husband and wife from different backgrounds.
"You are the most special, the one I love the most, without reason and conditions. In this world, I love you and make you my queen. In His Heaven, I hope you will remain my love and my servant."
