The day Ameer and her family waited for her final arrival, the reception was simple but memorable. They only invite the closest people. But the party can't be simple anymore.
Abi Zaid invited some of his friends, as did his father Hana.
The party was held at the hotel not far from Ameer's residence, the event had begun a few minutes ago but Meizia had not finished preparing.
Since this afternoon, Ameer's beloved wife again felt weak, nauseous and she did not want anything. Until she was in makeup a few hours ago.
Not long after, Jenny came to see Meizia. "You're so beautiful, Mei," said Jenny, full of days that made Meizia blush. "This is not only the most beautiful day of your life, but also in my life."
"Thank you, Jen," Meizia said as she clasped Jenny's hand, her comrade-in-arms. "Hopefully a beautiful day like this will soon happen in your life." Meizia Prayer.
"I think there's only one Ameer in the world, Mei, so there's only one lucky Meizia."
"Don't say that, Jenny," Meizia said. "I'm sure God has already set something very beautiful for you, and you have to wait for it, okay?"
Jenny smiled and nodded. Along with that, Hana comes to pick Meizia up.
"Everyone was present when the bride came in" said Hana.
"He's ready" said Shafa, taking Meizia's veil and putting it on.
After that, Meizia actually reached out to Hana, of course Hana immediately welcomed Meizia's helping hand. "We will go there together" Meizia said.
"When I get married, I hope you can also take me to the underwriting" said Hana.
"Then you have to get married before I give birth or two months after I give birth" Meizia replied and the two women chuckled.
Ameer's sisters Jenny and Hana accompany Meizia to the hotel ballroom where the event is taking place.
When the bride enters, all eyes are on her. They all looked at Meizia in amazement, although no one could see the real face of Ameer's wife, but all had seen Meizia's beauty from her eyes.
Ameer could not take her gaze away from the wife, she was like a bewitched Meizia's gaze.
"God, your daughter-in-law is beautiful" one of Abi Zaid's friends whispered to Meizia's father-in-law.
"God has given Ameer considerable bounty, as well as great responsibility," he said.
'Yeah, you're right. The more beautiful our partner is, the greater our responsibility."
Just like the others, Rizal also seemed to admire the beauty of his best friend's wife. "I think she's prettier than the first time I saw her" Rizal said.
"Submit your eyes, young man!" exclaim Ameer. "He's your brother's wife."
Rizal clucked, but he followed Ameer's orders to submit his views from Meizia.
Ameer smiled as the wife stood before her, she greeted Meizia's hand and kissed her gently. "Everyone praises your beauty, dear," said Ameer.
"Yeah, and I'm a little jealous." Ameer pulls Meizia's waist. "We're just here for a little while, just to say hello to the guest after that we go back to the room."
Meizia frowned when she heard Ameer's statement, never seeing a bride come to greet a guest and then left.
"I think the way is as it should be" suggested Meizia.
Some of Ameer's parents' friends congratulate and give various gifts to the bride, they also pray for the best for the fetus in Meizia's womb.
What a great blessing for a former PSK like himself, the unborn child has now received prayers from good people and sholeh.
Meizia recalled what Jenny said, that her marriage to Ameer was not only a blessing to Meizia but to the people around Meizia as well.
Everyone seemed to be enjoying the party, including Hana who had been talking to Rizal and Marwa. While Jenny actually seemed to have a serious conversation with Ummi Nayla.
Meizia looked at every guest there, no one was not smiling. There were no eyes that showed sadness, all were shining brightly.
"You happy, honey?" Ameer whispered in the wife's ear.
"I'm always happy with every breath I take while I'm with you" Meizia said, making Ameer laugh.
"Shall we go to the room now?" ask Ameer.
"The new way goes in half, honey, how can we go?"
"Say you're tired of standing up."
Meizia squinted her eyes at her husband. "We can sit," he said later because they were provided long shofa to sit. "Why?" ask Meizia later.
"Surely, I just want us to hurry back to the room."
Meizia laughed as she pinched her husband's arm limply. "We still have plenty of time to be together, so we better enjoy the time now with all of them."
Ameer looked at the people around her, she boasted a smile at the people closest to her who were talking to each other. Some also enjoy the dishes.
Don't forget Adiba and Amina. The two boys made the party even more exciting and crowded, some were asking for food, some were asking for cake.
"I wonder how if we had two kids at once, it would be fun and troublesome."
Meizia's gaze was also fixed on Meizia and Adiba. "True, the two children are one year apart but like twins."
"Oh my God, may our children be twins, yes. Men and women. Our second child will also be twins."
Meizia chuckled at Ameer's words, there was nothing she could do but to guarantee it.
