Pursuing the Details of His Love Tasbih
Chapter 69

"She's coming late from the time she should be" Riana said as she glanced at her circular watch on her wrist.

They all gathered in the VIP room of the restaurant to welcome Syafiq, even Riana had also prepared the best dish in the restaurant for the prospective sister-in-law.

"Maybe she won't come" said Hana, playing her fingers.

"No, he will come" Ilyas argued.

"Where have you asked, Mom?" riana asked her husband.

"Here, he's stuck in traffic" she said." Ilyas replied while addressing the message of Shafiq to his wife and sister-in-law.

"Oh yeah, what about Meizia, Han? Was he not allowed to leave by Ameer?" ask Riana. "I think they should have arrived by now too." They were at the restaurant for almost half an hour and no one came.

Hana immediately sent a message to her best friend, and after a few seconds Meizia had replied to him.

"His word is coming soon, Ma'am," replied Hana.

Ameer and Meizia arrive, without further ado Meizia sits down at Hana's side and asks, "Where is your prince, Han?"

Hana was upset to hear the question posed by her best friend, while Meizia seemed to enjoy Hana's annoyance.

"His prince is stuck in traffic, Zia," riana chuckled.

"What the hell, Ma'am." Hana grumbled while stirring up the drink in front of her.

"I thought it was too late to come here because I was still looking for grilled corn" Ameer said.

"So late this is looking for grilled corn?" ask Riana astonished.

"Mother is pregnant," Ameer chuckled as she pointed at Meizia with her chin. The one pointed at was just a whimper, making Ameer only able to shake his head.

"I went to Toliet for a while, yes," exclaimed Hana as she moved from her seat.

"Don't be long, Dek," Riana's pinta who was just answered nodding her head by Hana.

"If we meet so many people, what will the bride say?" ask Meizia curiously.

"I also thought the same thing," Riana said. I hope Shafiq doesn't have a problem with this."

Not long after, one of Riana's employees came and told her that the guest waiting had arrived.

"Let me bring him here" said Ilyas.

"Thank you, Mom," said Riana, who only responded to a sweet smile by her husband.

"Why so I was nervous thinking about what her face was like," Meizia chirped suddenly which instantly made Ameer glare at her.

"This husband is in front of you, dear," Ameer sighed sharply.

"Then?" meizia asked innocently.

"She was jealous," replied Riana who instantly made Meizia giggle, while Ameer let out a rude breath.

"No need to frown, you are the most handsome man in the world to me" Meizi exclaimed with a wink.

"Assalamu'alaikum!"

Everyone turned their heads when they heard the bass sound.

"Waalaikum greetings," Ameer, Riana and Meizia answered simultaneously.

Riana was slightly stunned to see her sister-in-law candidates, handsome, tall and had a very sweet smile.

Meanwhile, the man whose full name is Syafiq Ahmad actually looked at Meizia, thinking the woman was his bride-to-be.

"Assalamu'alaikum," said Shafiq in particular to Meizia who made Meizia feel confused, as well as Ameer and Riana. Moreover, they could see clearly since then Syafiq continued to look at Meizia.

"Greetings, Hana.""

"I'm not Hana" Meizia replied quickly which made Shafiq surprised.

Meizia immediately moved to Ameer's side, and Ameer immediately embraced his wife possessively.

"He's my wife" cried Ameer.

Shafiq was wide-eyed, he could only sculpt when he realized he had been fascinated by the wrong people.

"Syafiq, this is Ameer, Hana's cousin." Ilyas introduced Ameer to his future brother-in-law, and Ameer immediately reached out to Shafiq.

"It's good to know you, Shafiq," said Ameer.

Shafiq tried to smile, trying to control his feelings that were suddenly not good.

"And this is my wife, her name is Meizia."

"It's nice to know all of you" said Syafiq, who threw a stiff smile.

Riana invited Syafiq to sit in her chair and said, "Hana is going to the rest room."

"Oh, okay," said Syafiq.

Meizia felt a little uneasy over what had just happened, she glanced at Ameer with a nano and her feeling was a little calm as Ameer threw a gentle smile. In fact, Ameer clasped Meizia's hand as if to tell her that there would be no problem.

Meizia squeezed her husband's hand tightly

Not long after, Hana came and the woman looked surprised to see there was a foreign man with Riana and the others.

Hana knew the man must be Shafiq, and somehow this made Hana seem hesitant to meet them. He was nervous and anxious.

Until suddenly Riana looked at him and signaled for Hana to immediately approach them.

With gontai steps, Hana approached them and she threw a thin smile behind her veil.

"He's my brother, Shafiq. Hannah." Riana introduced Hana to her future husband.

Shafiq looked at Hana at a glance, and he let out a small laugh, making Hana feel confused.

"Why laugh?" ask Hana.

"You and him are like twins" Shafiq replied as he looked at Meizia and Hana in turn.

"We're best friends" Hana said as she sat on Meizia's side.

"Oh, quick," murmured Syafiq. The man looked around him, but he was told to spend a little time with Hana so that the two of them knew each other, so Riana should be enough to accompany them.

But for some reason there as if Hana's entire extended family was accompanying the woman. "The meeting to do taaruf is actually only enough to accompany one or two people from our family, Hana, but your cousins and friends are also here in the form," said Shafiq.

"I want them to get to know you too" Hana replied calmly. "If they think you're a good man, then maybe it's much better to convince me."

Shafiq raised the tip of his eyebrows hearing Hana's statement, which he said was smart enough to quibble.

"I will prepare food" Riana said as she moved from her seat. "Please talk."

"Thank you, sister-in-law," said Shafiq calmly, and now Hana who raised the tip of her eyebrows.

"So, what do you think of this matchmaking, Hana?" ask Syafiq.

"I don't know, I'm just following what Abi said." Hana answered honestly
