Meizia opened her eyes slowly and a faint smile fell on her lips as she looked at her husband. "Ameer?" call Meizia in a weak voice.
Ameer who heard the voice of the wife looked surprised and happy. "Oh Allah, you finally opened your eyes, Zia," said Ameer who immediately made Meizia smile wider.
"So I was dizzy" whined Meizia. "My body is hot, my stomach hurts, so I'm sleeping" he added, which left Ameer with a smile.
She had clearly fainted, but Meizia felt she was just asleep.
"So you slept?" Ameer stroked the wife's pale cheeks.
"Yes, I feel weak, like I have no energy," Meizia replied innocently. He looked around the room and realized it was not his room. "Ameer, this—"
"You fainted, honey," said Ameer, who let Meizia slip.
"Pi-fainted?" tanyanya.
Ameer just nodded slowly.
"Our children?" Meizia immediately seemed very anxious, she held her stomach and immediately she breathed a sigh of relief still feeling the existence of life there.
"The doctor said everything was fine, but you drank less water, that's what makes you feel dizzy and weak." Ameer told me slowly and carefully, hoping that his wife would not be anxious.
"O Allah, so it's my fault" Meizia murmured while rubbing her distended stomach. "Sorry Ummi, honey, Mama promised after this we'd drink more and make sure we'd be okay."
"Abi also apologized," continued Ameer who also rubbed the wife's stomach. "Key's too busy working until you forget to take care of you."
"It's not your fault" Meizia said, holding Ameer's hand. "Since I'm awake, let's go home," Meizia asked later.
"Darling, the doctor said you can come home tomorrow morning, after the doctor makes sure you and our kids are okay."
"Oh yeah? Are we gonna stay in the hospital tonight?"
Ameer just nodded.
"Alright, just don't go, '" Meizia pinta smiled.
"No way, I'll stay in si—"
Ameer's words came to a halt when suddenly the door opened, Ameer and Meizia immediately stared at the door and both were surprised to see Umm Nayla who came with a puffy face, looking anxious and sad.
"What's up, Ummi?" ask Ameer.
Umm Nayla had opened her mouth to answer, but then she saw Meizia who was looking at her in confusion.
"May, you finally realized too, dear," said Ummi Nayla as she walked wide toward her daughter-in-law.
"Ummi why? Is it worried about me passing out, said Ameer?" ask Meizia. "I'm fine, Ummi, I'm just a little dizzy and I'm asleep" she said, which made Umm Nayla want to cry again.
He wanted to tell Ameer what happened, but he couldn't tell Meizia either. Ummi Nayla fears that Meizia will be shocked and sad, where it could be bad for her content.
"Yes, honey, Ummi is very anxious" said Ummi Nayla as she rubbed Meizia's head. "But now Ummi is relieved to see you're sober and fine."
Ameer immediately stood up and nodded. "Darling, wait a minute, okay?" the door gently.
"Yes," Meizia replied unsuspectingly.
Ummi Nayla took Ameer outside and Ameer immediately asked, "Is that woman really Hana?" ask Ameer.
Ummi Nayla just nodded while wiping away the tears that had once again spilled.
"Astagfirullah, how could it be? What's going on?" cry Ameer.
"Not only Hana, Ameer, but her mother and also Syafiq, the three of them had an accident."
Ameer was wide-eyed, she could not believe the news. However, when he saw the mother's eyes, Ameer knew it had indeed happened.
Ummi Nayla also brought Ameer to meet the Hana family and the Syafiq family who are now waiting for their children's surgery. He also told Ameer how the accident happened according to the police who handled the accident case.
At once Ameer remembered the accident on the road leading to his home, an accident that made him have to arrive home late. Ameer never thought, it turns out that it was his family who suffered the tragedy.
When Ummi Nayla also told her that her mother Hana could not be saved, Ameer could not step anymore, even to breathe was difficult.
"It's very heavy, son," said Umm Nayla. "But we have to be strong, Riana and Hana need us."
Ameer did not respond, his aunt was already he considered his own mother. In fact, they are also very close. Like Ameer and Umm Nayla. How can Ameer now accept the fact that she has to lose a woman she considers her own mother?
"Ameer?" Ummi Nayla touched Ameer's arm and immediately her son's tears spilled.
Ummi Nayla immediately hugged Ameer, calming her down. "How can this happen, Ummi? Why so suddenly?" lirih Ameer's.
"Hana is getting married, everything is perfectly prepared. Why did this tragedy happen?"
"Don't say that, son," asked Umm Nayla. "We must believe that all this happened because of His will."
Ameer took a breath, set her thundering chest violently, she wiped her tears.
"Hana and the others still need us, Ameer, and please don't tell Meizia this" the mother asked. "Ummi doesn't want her to be in shock, it could be harmful to her womb."
Ameer just nodded her head in resignation, she saw Riana still crying in Ilyas' arms. While Abi Thohir sat contemplating with a blank look. There were also two old Syafiqs who were in the same state, they looked devastated.
Ameer hoped all this was just a nightmare, which would disappear while she was awake. The marriage of Hana and Shafiq just counts the days, all the preparations are perfect and before everyone was so happy. But why is everything different now?
While on the other hand, Meizia saw Ameer's phone left behind. She takes her husband's phone, seeks out Hana's contacts and sends a message to a friend she already considers her own sister.
"I was dizzy and asleep, but when I woke up I was in the hospital. Uh, I fainted. But I'm not sick, Han, so don't worry. Oh yes, tomorrow morning if you want to visit me, please bring me a dozen apples and wine, yes."
Meizia smiled as she wrote the message, sending it without hesitation. However, after a few minutes of waiting, the message went into tick one.
"Tumben," thought Meizia.
