Chapter 82 - The Happy News and the Conversely

"Assynnya!"

Shafiq turned his head when he heard the soft voice, immediately a wide smile spread on his lips to see his future wife standing before him.

"Waalaikum salam, Hana," replied Shafiq. "Where are you from?" he asked her who had a serious face.

"Finding justice in destiny." The answer of his future wife made Shafiq stunned. "Should I ask why all this is happening to me, Shafiq?"

"SHAPAIS?"

"Darling, Shafiq?"

His mother Shafiq was shocked when suddenly a beep came from the monitor, while tears flowed from both corners of Shafiq's eyes.

The middle-aged woman immediately pressed a button near the bed to call the Doctor and Sister, after a while the Doctor and the nurse came to check on the state of Syafiq. This had already happened for the second time, making him worried but also hoping that this time Shafiq was truly aware.

Inside, Shafiq slowly opened his eyes. She saw the Doctor and the Sister who examined her. However, the one in his mind right now was Hana.

The shadow of the accident turned again in Shafiq's mind, making him groan softly, feeling pain in his head. The accident was too horrible to remember.

"Sir, can you hear me?" the doctor who saw Shafiq opened his eyes. Shafiq just blinked slowly. "Thank God, we'll tell your family that you're conscious, sir."

"Ha .. na?" whispered Shafiq as hard as he could.

"Wait a minute, we'll call your mother." The doctor immediately ordered the Sister to call Shafiq's mother.

"Ommy?" whispered Shafiq who could not even hear his own voice. He was so excited when he saw his mother.

While the mother now immediately cried full day, could not believe to see her son open his eyes again. Gratitude continues to be said on his lips and heart.

"Thank God, son, do'a Ummi finally granted." He rubbed the head of Shafiq gently. "You must be strong, son, you must be healed."

Syafiq could not respond to the mother's words, he could only look at her with a pus and muttered Hana's name again.

"Ha .. na, Ummi."

The mother fell silent, unable to tell her that Hana was still in a coma and her mother was dead. While Shafiq can't stop thinking about Hana, he feels responsible for the accident.

"He's fine" the mother replied with a smile. "Hell is fine."

Hearing his mother's reply, Shafiq looked a little relieved. He also thanked me in his heart.

The news of Shafiq who has awakened from his coma has reached the ears of Ameer and his family, they are happy and grateful. Riana and Abi Thohir.

In fact, the two of them went to see Syafiq in turn. Of course, they were warmly welcomed by Hana's future husband, although they could not talk much, but knowing Syafiq was now fine had made them happy.

"What about Hana?" shafiq asked in a voice that still sounded so weak and slow.

"She's fine," Riana replied with a faint smile.

"I want to see it."

"I'm sorry."

Riana fell silent as Shafiq whispered the apology, knowing that Shafiq must feel guilty and feel responsible for what happened. Riana also knew that it was not Shafiq's fault, but could she blame her future sister-in-law for venting her pain?

"I was wrong." Shafiq whispered again, making Riana aware.

"This is her destiny" said Riana. "May you recover quickly, Shafiq." Shafiq just blinked softly, while Riana now rushed out of the Shafiq ward.

"Ri?" call her mother Shafiq who saw Riana wiping away her tears. "What do you say?" tanyakanya.

"Nothing serious, Auntie," Riana replied as she gave a faint smile. "But .. their matchmaking was annulled."

Both of the Shafiq parents were flabbergasted to hear Riana's extremely unexpected statement. "Why, Ri?" ask his father Syafiq. "Is it because Shafiq was the cause of the accident?"

"Yes," Riana replied in a choked voice.

The two old Syafiqs could only be astonished at Riana's reply, they were speechless. Can only look at Riana who is now walking away from them.

"It's not fair, Bi," said his mother Syafiq. "We came all the way here only to be dumped for an accidental accident?"

"Let me talk to Hana's father" said Abi Ahmad to appease his wife. "No need to take heart what Riana said, she is still too young and her emotions are still unstable. He lost his mother and his sister is still in a coma, it is certain that he will blame Shafiq."

While on the other hand, Abi Thohir looked at his daughter who was still asleep like a sleeping princess, motionless in the slightest, pale and looking so weak. The middle-aged man's tears just trickled down imagining the reality of life that Hana would face later on.

"What a great sin I have committed until You punish me like this, O Allah" murmured Abi Thohir as he wiped his tears. "Punish me for my sins, not my daughter. I'm begging you." He lowered his head, hiding his face in Hana's arms that were getting thinner and thinner.

"What should I do for my daughter? I've failed to be a good father."

As if she could hear the voice of the father, Hana let out her tears even though she was still unconscious. "Give me that misfortune, not my daughter."

Abi Thohir's voice grew increasingly choked, even he felt difficulty breathing every second while waiting for Hana to wake up.

Not long after, Riana came and immediately asked her father to come home. "Abi also needs to rest" Riana said.

Abi Thohir sighed heavily, he rubbed his daughter's head gently. "Let's go home first, honey, Abi'll come back later." He kissed Hana's forehead long enough.

"Abi will have Ilyas come and accompany you" Abi Thohir told Riana.

Riana only smiled faintly and nodded slowly.

After that, Abi Thohir rushed to go home. However, his steps stopped when he was blocked by his iron candidate.

"I want to talk about something important" said Abi Ahmad. Abi Thohir nodded, taking his friend to a chair not far from there.

"About what?" ask Abi Thohir.

"Riana said Hana and Shafiq's match was cancelled because Shafiq was the cause of the accident, is that true?"

Abi Thohir did not immediately reply, he took a deep breath and looked at his friend. "If Hana could just sit in a wheelchair and couldn't give you a grandchild, would you accept her as a daughter-in-law?"
