Mama For Mikaela

Mama For Mikaela
ENAM

The sun was not too hot when Pamela took Micah for a walk around the complex. Actually, he just obeyed Micah's will, anyway. Because after Segara went to the hospital, the boy really did not want to stay at home. Micah continued to whine at him to be taken out, so Pamela decided to just obey him instead of the boy crying.

Pamela has no experience with parenting. As an only child, as well as the only grandchild in the family, he was used to living alone. There is no toy fight. There was no furore coming from two boys who were elbowing each other for trivial matters. There is also no typical euphoria like when someone pets his cute niece. So, from that moment on, Pamela was really just following Michaela's wishes.

"Aunty, I want ice cream." Micah pointed to the ice cream maker who stopped near the park, busy serving some of the crumpled boys choosing which ice cream to buy. The parents are seen waiting on another park bench, while gossiping about the child in front of the house neighbors who often return home at night to men in luxury cars.

"Can you be with Daddy?" ask Pamela. He didn't really know how Segara had educated Micah all this time and whether there were things this boy could and shouldn't do. Before leaving, Segara just said that Micah was allergic to peanuts.

"Can, kok. Daddy said Micah can eat ice cream, but not more than one." Obviously the cute boy who now has his straight black hair in two. It made him toss funny as the boy ran around.

"OKAY. What'd you like to taste?" Pamela took Micah, with her, then they walked up to the ice cream maker who had finished serving the boys who were now busy enjoying ice cream while walking up to their parents who were waiting on the bench-busy garden gossip.

"Brown." Micah answered without hesitation.

Pamela was somewhat surprised by Micah's reply. Though usually children the age of Micah will be difficult if told to choose one among many. But this brat actually replied without hesitation. Pamela secretly admired how Segara had managed to educate Micah for these kinds of things.

Pamela bought a piece of chocolate ice cream that Micah wanted. They were about to return home because the sun had started to rise and the rays emitted were no longer healthy for the body. Micah's hand was still in Pamela's grasp, while another was clutching the ice cream stick he was licking so solemnly.

When she was about to cross the road, Pamela was forced to let go of her armband because her shoelaces came off. He hurriedly tied back his shoelaces and stood up as soon as possible.

But when his body stood up, he saw Micah in the middle of the road, walking leisurely without looking to the right and to the left. Just as the boy was about to get to the side of the road, a motorbike sped towards him.

Panicked Pamela ran to Micah. The tiny body was buried, wrapped in a hug to make sure Micah was unharmed as the two fell on the asphalt.

Pamela grimaced with pain in her left arm. But he was more concerned with Micah's condition so he hurriedly checked his condition.

"Mikha, aren't you pa-pa?" tanyanya panic. He watched every inch of Micah's body, making sure no part of his body was hurt.

Micah shook his head. It seems that no part of his body was injured. It was just that the boy looked surprised. Perhaps also a little upset because the chocolate flavored ice cream that he was enjoying ended horribly on the asphalt.

"Sorry Aunty Mel, yes for not taking care of you." Pamela lowered Micah's body on the living room couch.

"I'm ok, Aunty. But..." Micah stopped his words.

"Why?" Pamela's confused.

"Aunty's arm is bleeding." Show Micah.

Pamela followed Micah's forefinger and immediately grimaced to see blood flowing from her left arm. Though he had thought it was just a small scratch that would heal in a short time. Apparently he was wrong.

"It's ok, no big deal. What matters is that you're okay." Pamela tried to calm down Micah who looked worried. He forced a smile.

"Wait here yeah, Aunty." Micah suddenly came down from the sofa, ran up the stairs so that Pamela was confused.

Shortly after, Micah went down with the medicine box in hand. The boy then placed the medicine box on the table and began removing red drugs, alcohol, wound plaster and gauze.

"Mikha help you, Aunty?" bargained for.

Pamela just nodded. Once again astonished by Micah's attitude that did not look like a four-year-old. Segara really raised Micah well. Maybe on another occasion, Pamela will ask Segara about tips on caring for children to grow well.

Micah's tiny hands began to move to clean up the wound on Pamela's arm. Perih instantly ran over his body as the alcohol poured over the cotton touched his open wound. The cold and stinging sensation that mixed into one made Pamela bite her lower lip.

Finished cleaning the wound, Micah was about to put red medicine to then wrap Pamela's wound using gauze and plaster. But the movement of the tiny hand came to a halt as the sound of footsteps slowly approached.

The two turned to the door and...
