SHIROOTHOL LADZIINA AN’AMTA ‘ALAIHIM GHAIRIL MAGHDHUUBI ‘ALAIHIM WALLADHDHOOLLIIN. AAMYIN.

The Path of Those You Have Given Enjoyment, Not the Path of Those You Worry About And Not the Path of Perverted People.

Meanings,

We ask for protection so that our hearts are kept away from the temptations of Satan while reading the Book of Allah, so that our mouths are holy and can truly reflect.

The Qur’an and understanding its meanings and taking its benefits, we ask for His help because we acknowledge His might and power, we are His weak and incapable servant fighting an invisible, dangerous enemy.

We read the Qur’an by mentioning the name of Allah first. We give thanks and praise to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, for the good and favors given to us, for Allah is Most Compassionate to all men and women of faith alone, but His mercy covers all things.

It is He who retaliates and counts our deeds in the day of vengeance, as a king in his own kingdom, that we should submit obediently to worship only Him, and only to Him do we ask for help in order to obey and get His pleasure.

We ask for our religious and religious decrees, and the statutes of being one who walks under His righteous guidance, namely the path of the guardians, prophets, shiddiqins, martyrs and sholih people, he said, it is not the way of the lost Jews and Christians from the holy shari’at, who deny His verses, prophets and rosules, who get curse and wrath until the day of the end.

O Allah grant us your request, that we may be guided to the straight path.

Al-Fatihah is a miniature of Al-Qur’an and do’a complete which includes aqidah, syari’ah and morality. The letter teaches how to praise God, urging Him as the only God Who Haq, the Lord, The Creator and Preserver of the universe, Most Gracious and Most Merciful, King and Ruler of the day of vengeance (apocalypse).

Vowing to worship only Allah and only to Him for help. Please be guided to the path of happiness, the path of the Prophets, the shiddiqins, the martyrs’ and the shalihins. Please be kept away from the path of heresy and wrath, the path of the perverse.

Next is RUKU’

(Ruku’ symbolizes respect and glorifies the Almighty and reminds us of our weaknesses and self-empowerment ).

RUKU’ READINGS

SUBHAANA ROBBIYAL ‘ADZIIMI WA BIHAMDIH - 3 x

Means :

Most Holy, My Lord, Most Great, And Praising Him.

Meanings,

We purify God (as our Lord of the Dish and His nature is greater than all things) of all deficiencies in qualities that show perfection (such as the All-Knowing and All-Living), from the properties that indicate imperfectness (as incapable and dzalim ) and from the addition of makhluq. And praising Him, intensifying Him with perfect qualities accompanied by feelings of love danta’dzim (glorification).

The Essence of Bertasbih and Beristighfar in Ruku’and Suggested.

Sanctify Allah, the Most Great, the Most High, the Most Certain.Rescious of the humiliation and helplessness of the servant. Please forgive all wrongs and sins.

Wisdom Movement Ruku the perfect Ruku’ marked a straight spine so that when placed a glass of water on the back will not spill.

Position of head straight with spine. This movement is useful to maintain the perfection of position and function of the spine (corpus vertebrate ) as a buffer of the body and nerve center. The position of the heart is parallel to the brain, then the maximum blood flow in the middle body.

Hands resting on the knee function to relax the shoulder muscles down. In addition, rukuk is a means of exercise for the urinary so that prostate disorders can be prevented.

Next I’TIDAL.

SAMI’ALLAAHU LIMAN HAMIDAH.

Means :

May Allah Hear (Receive) The Praise of the One Who Praises Him (And Reply).

READ I'TIDAL :

ROBBANAA LAKAL HAMDU MIL’US SAMAAWATI WA MIL ‘ULARDHI WA MIL ‘UMAASYI’A MIN SYAI’DU.

Means :

O Our Lord ! For Thee Is Praise, All Heaven And Earth And All You Will After.

Meanings,

Allah grants to Allah the One who praises Him, Whoever praises Allah, then verily he has done’a to Allah through his body language, for the one who praises Allah surely he expects a reward from Him, so that flattery in tahmid, dhikr and takbir includes a petition.

Our Lord, accept our do’a, and praise only Yours for the guidance (direction ) You gave us. Praise of beings full of heaven and earth.

The Pledge that Allah is All-Hearing for the praise of His Servant, and does’a and its merits. Call on Allah and praise Him as much as possible.

Hikmah I’tidal Movement.

Waking up from ruku’, the body returns upright after raising both hands as high as the ears. I’tidal is a variation of posture after ruku’and before prostration. This movement is useful as a good exercise for the digestive organs.

When I’tidal is done, the digestive organs in the stomach undergo massage and loosening alternately. Of course gives the effect of digestion.

Next PROSTRATE.

(The prostration is a symbol of total submission and submission to Allah SWT, therefore it is forbidden to prostrate except to Him ).

PROSTRATION READING :

ROBBIYAL A’LAA WA BIHAMDIH - 3 x

Means :

Most Holy, My Lord, Most High, And Praising Him.

Wisdom of Prostration Movement, Riding by placing the foreboding, knees, toe, and forehead on the floor. The prostration position is useful for pumping lymph into the neck and armpits. The position of the heart above the brain causes oxygen-rich areas to flow optimally to the brain.

This flow affects the thinking power of a person. Therefore, it is better to prostrate with tuma’ninah, not in a hurry to get blood to meet its capacity in the brain. Positions like this prevent a person from hemorrhoid disorders.

Especially for women, both ruku’ and prostration have extraordinary benefits for fertility and health of female organs.

The prostration movement is unique. The prostration has a philosophy that man subdues himself as low as he is, even lower than his own ass.

From the point of view of psychoneuroimmunology (the science of immunity from a psychological point of view) studied prof. Soleh, this movement takes humans to the highest degree.

Why ? By performing regular prostration movements, the blood vessels in the brain are trained to receive a lot of oxygen supply. At the time of prostration, the position of the heart is above the head which allows blood to flow optimally to the brain.

That is, the brain gets a supply of oxygen-rich blood that spurs the work of its cells. In other words, prostration that tuma’ninah and continuously can trigger an increase in one's intelligence. Every inch of the human brain requires enough blood to function normally. Blood will not enter the nerves in the brain but when a person prostrates in prayer. These nerves need blood for a certain amount of time.

This means that blood will enter the vein following the prayer time, as required in Islam. The above research has received recognition from Harvard University, United States.

Even an unidentified American doctor converted to Islam after secretly conducting special development research on the prostration movement. In addition, the movements in prayer at a glance similar to yoga or stretching (stretching) movements.

In essence, it is useful to flex the body and improve blood circulation. The advantages of prayer compared to other prayer is in prayer we move more limbs, including toes and hands. Prostration is the exercise of certain muscle strength, including the chest muscles. When prostrating, the burden of the upper body is placed on the arm to the palm of the hand. This is when contractions occur in the chest muscles, the part of the body that becomes a woman's pride.

Breasts not only become more beautiful in shape but also improve the function of the mammary glands in it. Still in the prostration position, another benefit that can be enjoyed by women is that the abdominal muscles (rectus abdominis and obliqus abdominis externus) contract fully when the hips and waist are raised beyond the head and chest. This condition trains the organs around the abdomen to push deeper and longer which helps in the delivery process.

Because in labor it takes good breathing and adequate straining ability. When the abdominal muscles have developed to become larger and stronger, then naturally, this muscle actually becomes elastic.

SITTING BETWEEN TWO PROSTRATES.

(On the repetition of two prostrations, the first prostration recalls the origin of man created from the ground, and the second prostration reminds the end of the journey of human life (quickly or slowly) inevitably back into the ground. Repeated prostration symbolizes 100% appearance in contrast to the devil who refuses to prostrate even though only 1 time )

THE READING SITS BETWEEN TWO PROSTRATION :

ROBBIGHFIRLII WARHAMNII WAJBURNII WARFA’NII WARZUQNII WAHDINII WA’FU WA’FU ‘ANNII.

Means :

Oh my God ! Forgive Me, Have Pity on Me, Suffice (Lack ) Me, Lift Me (Degrees ), Give Me Rezki, Give Me Hints, Give Me Health

Please forgive and His mercy. Please be sufficient and beg His mercy. Please be of the highest degree. Please be given a rizki.Begging His guidance. Please ask for health and forgiveness

The Wisdom of the Sitting Movement, Sitting after prostration consists of two kinds, namely iftirosy (sitting between prostration and sitting the initial superstition) and tawarruk (final tradition).

The difference lies in the position of the soles of the feet. At the time of iftyrosy, the body rests on the groin connected with the nervesnervus Ischiadius . This position can avoid pain in the groin that often causes sufferers to be unable to walk.

ALLAAHUMMA SHOLLI ‘ALAA MUHAMMAD (early tasyahud ) WA ‘ALAA AALI MUHAMMAD.

O Allah ! Grant Mercy to Our Prophet Muhammad, Our Head, and to Our Family of Prophets Muhammad.

KAMAA SHOLLAITAA ‘ALAA IBROOHIIM WA ‘ALAA AALI IBROOHIIM.

FIL ‘AALAMIINA INNAKA. YES MUQALLIBAL QUULUUB. TSABBIT QALBII ‘ALAA INSERTED.

Verily In This Universe, Thou art Most Praised, Most Glorious. O Substance that Moves the Heart. Set My Heart on Your Religion.

Wisdom of the Final Sat Tahiyat Movement

Sitting tawarru’ is very good for men because the heel suppresses the flow of the bladder (urethra ), male genital glands (state ) and vasdeferens duct. If done correctly, such a position can prevent impotence.

Variations in the position of the soles of the feet atiftirosy and tawarru’ cause the entire leg muscles to stretch and then relax again. It is this harmonious motion and pressure that maintains the flexibility and strength of our organs of motion.

The most important thing is to contract the muscles of the perineal region . For women, in this area there are three burrows, namely the concomitant burrow, rectum to remove dirt, and urinary tract. Attawarru’, the heel of the left foot should press the perineum area.

The back of the foot should be placed over the sole of the left foot and the heel of the right foot should press on the right groin. In this position the heel of the left foot will massage and press the perineal area. It is this gentle pressure that repairs the reproductive organs in the perineal area.

SALUTATIONS

(To the right and to the left with greetings symbolizes the pledge before God after an audience with Him, that wherever we go must always spread peace greetings), grace (compassion ), and peace, and barakah (added goodness) for anyone and even for anything, in accordance with the mission of the Prophet SAW).

ALAIKUM WA ROHMATULLAH

Means :

Salvation and the secret of ALLAH may remain with you all.

The content of the meaning of Salam is addressed to those who pray with us, but if we pray alone, it is addressed to the angels who are on our left right. That is, may Allah preserve, guard and protect you all.

The Essence of Salam Reading, Reminds again of the mission of the warbler and barakah wherever and whenever.

Hikmah Greetings Movement, The movement turns the head to the right and to the left to the maximum. Greetings are useful to relax the muscles around the neck and head to improve blood flow in the head so as to prevent headaches and maintain the firmness of the facial skin. Basically, the whole movement of prayer aims to rejuvenate the body.

If the body is pliable, little cell and skin damage occurs. Especially if done regularly, then damaged cells can be replaced immediately. Regeneration is going well. As a result, the body is always fit.
