Alvin woke up when the sun started to rise. Yes, when he heard the shocking news last night, Alvin was again unconscious.
"Sir," he said, when he saw the old woman sitting next to her safe.
Esih saw the pale face of the grandson, his eyes were full of happy twinkle, although there were still tears welling up there.
"Alhamdulillah, you are aware, son," Esih said later, rubbing Alvin's face slowly.
Alvin nodded faintly with a faint smile on his lips.
"Why, Grandma, didn't you tell Alvin the same thing, about you and Alin?" alvin asked with teary eyes.
The memory of last night's incident and the answer given by one of the nurses, is still about in his head.
"Sorry, Son. Grandma, afraid that you have not been able to receive all the news," Esih replied, while slightly bowing her head.
Alvin shook his head weakly, he held Esih's hand so gently.
"Mama, how? Why don't you ever see me, Grandma?" Alvin looked at Esih questioningly.
"Ganis, it's okay, he just needs time to calm down, after losing your father and brother" Esih replied.
"When can I get home from the hospital, Grandma? I want to see my mom" said Alvin, staring expectantly at his grandmother.
"If you recover, you can definitely go home. Hence, you must rest so that the spit is healed, yes." Esih with all her might held back her tears so as not to fall in front of the granddaughter.
"Miss, tomorrow's the seventh day father and Alin died right? Can I go home tomorrow? I'm cured" asked Alvin.
"Let's grandma talk to the doctor first yes, now you rest, can not move much so that tomorrow can go home."
Alvin nodded, finally choosing to close his eyes. The teenager knew, if the grandmother was not able to hold the water that pooled in her eyes.
Esih walked out of Alvin's ward. When he closed the door, there were tears that he had been holding back from the moment he finally came out.
"What are you doing outside?" Darman, who had just arrived, sat down next to his wife.
"Alvin's asking to come home tomorrow, sir. How'this?" ask Esih.
The fifty-seven-year-old woman looked very confused and could not help her grief.
Darman stroked Esih's back, although actually in his heart he also felt confused when Alvin returned home.
"How else to? Maybe it's time for Alvin to know the truth" said Darman.
Esih looked at Darman's calm face, she still hesitated to tell Alvin the state of her daughter-in-law.
"But what if Alvin's health deteriorates again? I don't want that to happen, sir," Esih said.
"I'm sure he's a strong boy, he can definitely accept all these trials." Darman said sure.
Finally Esih could not argue anymore, although in his heart still doubted the decision of the husband.

The day has changed, this afternoon Alvin has been allowed to go home, although he still has to undergo outpatient treatment.
"Hi, Alvin!" the sudden exclamation from his friends who had just come shocked Alvin and Esih who were getting ready.
All of that of course can make a smile on Alvin's face look visible.
"Sorry yes, we can look at you now, you know we are all busy taking care of the needs of the school farewell event," said one of his friends.
Alvin nodded, "It's okay, what matters now that I'm cured."
They finally chat together until Alvin's time to go home, all intending to drive Alvin to his house.
The three friends looked at each other, then they agreed to Alvin's request.
"Yes, if that's how we go home together, we'll split up on the road" suggested another friend.
Alvin finally nodded in agreement to the request of his friends. They finally walked together to the parking lot, where there was already Darman waiting by taxi.
A little while later, Alvin with Darman and Esih have arrived at the home of Alvin's parents.
Alvin went outside with a pushy look, to the house they had been living in for a year.
There was pain once the shadow of his father and also his sister flashed across his head. Assisted by Darman, Alvin got off the taxi, standing for a while before stepping into the courtyard of his house.
A frown on Alvin's forehead was visible, as he began to enter the house. There the house looked lonely, like there was no one in the house.
"Where to go, Grandma? How a lonely house," asked Alvin.
Esih did not reply, she just smiled as she continued walking.
Alvin was more confused to see his grandmother's attitude. He turned to look at the grandfather who was walking beside him.
"Dad?" tanyanya, staring questioningly.
"Your mother is there, she is in her room" replied Darman.
"If that's what I want to go to my mom's room first" said Alvin.
Darman and Esih looked at each other, as if they were arguing through their eyes.
"Grandma put your clothes in the room first." Esih chose to avoid, he did not want to see his grandson getting crushed when he knew the condition of his mother.
"Let's let grandfather help you to your mother's room" said Darman, after seeing Esih enter Alvin's room.
Alvin nodded, and they continued their steps toward the innermost room.
Slowly Darman opened the room owned by the child and his daughter-in-law.
Alvin could see his mother sitting on the edge of the bed, with her back.
"Come in, grandfather will wait outside" said Darman who was immediately embraced by Alvin.
With mixed feelings, Alvin began to step his feet into the room.
"Assalamualaikum, Mah?" Alvin greeted me with a soft-sounding word.
Rengganis or often called Ganis was seen turning around, he stared at the arrival of Alvin with a very happy face.
Alvin smiled when he saw his mother's body that looked thinner than before. His face also looked pale with dark circles around his eyes.
"Moment." Speech from Alvin interrupted as Rengganis seemed to run and hugged his body tightly.
"You've come, Mommy? Why did you leave so long? I miss you" said Ganis, hugging Alvin tightly.
Alvin was aghast, he widened his eyes with a seklera that began to turn red. He realized that his mother thought he was the father.
"Well, this is Alvin" said Alvin, replying to his mother's embrace.
"Where's the hall, Mas? Why did you take her away, I'm lonely here."
As if she had not heard Alvin's words, she continued to think that Alvin was her husband.
"Well, this is not Alvin's father" Alvin said again in a raucous voice.
One tear drop was seen falling down the cheek, aware of the condition of the mother at this time.
