The Great War of Rhodesia
10. Success Show

Aksa stood before the Miners of the Augra in front of the gate with Helen, several soldiers of the Elite Army, and the Witch. He did deliberately not show Yllgarian troops to the miners because it was part of the show plan.

While above the sky the sound of repeated cracks was still heard and lightning was still seen striking behind the clouds, even though the sounds of the terrifying beast cries were no longer heard.

"Because I am the reincarnation of the stereotypical Knight of Light who is virtuous, naive, kind, forgiving, and good-looking, so I will release all of you," aksa said with a way of speaking that is made as authoritative as possible.

It looks like his position is still standing as when he was above the gate earlier. Both of his hands held the top of the sword hilt stuck before him.

While the miners began to sound ragged after hearing Aksa's words about to release them earlier.

"You want to let us go?" a middle-aged Morra man, who was the leader of the miner, asked Aksa.

"really. But in exchange, you must do my bidding, "Aksa replied in a voice that was deliberately weighted to make it seem intimidating.

"What order, Lord Knight?" ask Morra's man.

"It's not hard, so don't worry too much." Aksa's camping for a while. "So after you return, tell whoever your leader is, never dare to send troops here again. Or I'll send a delay to scorch your villages and settlements. You gotit?" he said he gave orders as well as threats.

The miners did not answer. They whispered to each other and looked worried.

"That's the bird in the sky," Aksa pointed towards the sky where lightning was still visible. "And your village will be like that" he continued, pointing to the ravaged former camp of the Augra warriors not far from the gate.

And after seeing this the miners immediately nodded quickly because of fear. "Yes, Lord Knight. We understand. We understand." Their words sounded vibrating.

It looks like Aksa is breathing out a long breath. In fact he could not bear to scare the helpless miners. But all this is much better than war.

"Yes already then, go you," Aksa ordered later. What Helen confirmed with a head motion signaled to the miners to leave the place.

And slowly the miners began to walk in doubt and vigilantly left the gate. But even though they looked doubtful, they also felt relieved at the same time.

"Well, how come you don't thank me? You don't know manners, do you?" sela Aksa then stopped the movement of the miners immediately.

"Pardon us, Lord Knight, forgive us," said Morra's man the leader of the miners quickly as he bowed repeatedly. "Thank you for forgiving our lives. Thank you," he added later.

"Thank you, Knight of Light. Thank you." Thank you." The remarks were followed by the other miners while bowing their bodies repeatedly.

"Yes there, go you," said Aksa then gave his permission. "Be careful the road is dark."

And with a little hurry the miners immediately left the fort heading south.

.

Shortly after the miners disappeared from view, some Yllgarian appeared to descend from behind the clouds. One of them looks like she's holding Lily.

"Where?" asked the little rabbit as soon as he had stepped on land.

"Excellent work, Lily. In this way, at least they will not dare to come here until our protection preparations are complete," said Aksa in the middle of his event to release protective armor.

"Good then," replied Lily who looked pleased.

"Good job, everyone," said Aksa, raising his thumbs towards the Yllgarians who had been with Lily on board the Airship, after he finished removing all the armor he was wearing.

"But that's the Lightning Pole you put on the end of the deck, you better get off. Dangerous" said Lily, who began to walk into the fortress.

"Yes I know. Later I will make the tool just decoration outside the tent," replied Aksa following Lily walked in.

"Now all you have to worry about is the troops from Ravus who might attack from the east side, Aks." There was Nata's voice from Radio Communications that had just been installed in a workspace within the fort.

"Aren't you also going to carry out an attack on Ravus territory? So they shouldn't be attacking this place again, right?" aksa replied.

"really. But still be sure to tighten the guard on the east lane. And tell Miss Helen and the Elite Forces to carry out an attack on the Ravus border as well. Because we need to cut the path to the Augra" explained Nata from behind the Radio Speaker.

"OKAY. I-i understand. I'll make sure of everything before I get back tomorrow."

"Oh, and do not forget to also make sure the mining has returned to run well," added Nata reminded.

"You think which of us has Hyperthymesia? Don't worry, the others are waiting for me to start the party. Bye, bye!" omel Aksa who immediately turned off the Radio without waiting for a response from Nata.

And after that Aksa made a small party to celebrate the success of the show earlier in the dining room of the fort.

The next morning, the Yllgarian soldiers seemed to start clearing the area in front of the gate of the fortress. They obtained many weapons and protective clothing left behind by the Augra forces.

Later in the day workers began digging in the dirt on the outskirts of the line leading to the Augra region, to bury the bodies of the soldiers who had been unlucky the night before.

And after that Aksa began to provide schedules and work plans for the construction of the area around the place to the leaders in charge of their respective working groups.

In addition to rebuilding parts of the fort and mining facilities, they will also build guard posts on the edge of the cliff along the line, complete with the Communication Tower to keep each other informed.

The next day Aksa and Lily return with the Airship to the central region of Rhapsodia. Leaving Go with the miners, and several companies of Yllgarian troops Tiger Beetle and Kelalawar to keep watch.

Helen and the Elite began their preparations for the journey eastward, to Ravus.

"What is the reason Nata forced to master the mine first? Aren't we able to master it later after we've gained control of the entire Vistralle region?" lily asked as she and Aksa were already on the deck of the Airship heading into the territory of Rhodsodia.

"Yes, because mining has the materials we need to make equipment to manage the territory we will control later." Aksa answered while leaning on the edge of the deck next to Lily.

"You're not good at hiding things, Aks. There must be something else besides that reason" Lily said without further ado.

"Yes, you're right, Lily," Aksa replied without trying to dodge. "We don't actually mean to cover it up or hide it, anyway. Just waiting for the right moment to tell the others" he explained later.

"Is this about your return?"

"really. The mine has the minerals Bauxite and Ferrosilicon which are important in the manufacture of Voltage Multiplier to run the Particle Breaker Machine. We originally planned to build it within a month after Lucia's kingdom was stabilized.

"But all of a sudden we jumped over time, and now the mine has been overrun by another kingdom. Worried that if the mineral had been mined, we decided to secure it first." Aksa told a long story.

While Lily looks a little nod hearing the story

"Imagine if we told you this yesterday. Surely people will reject our idea because the reason is too selfish. Right, right?" aksa asked with a face that looked serious looking at Lily.

This made Lily laugh. "You are still children" he said, closing his hands to the front of his mouth.

"I know you said that because of my cute looks. But it's a disrespectful thing to say to a 19-year-old, you know that, Lily?" Aksa doesn't seem to accept Lily calling her a kid.

"Yes-yes, I'm sorry," replied Lily who was still seen chuckling.
