The Great War of Rhodesia

The Great War of Rhodesia
36. Teleportation Gate

The Teleportation Gate resembled a limas-shaped stone tower conical upwards with Runic engravings filling the entire field on each side.

The height exceeds the height of the Kotaraja fortress wall in general, with the area of the base reaching the area of a luxurious house of the nobles.

Standing on a wider stone platform is a two-story octagonal shape with eight small pillars at each corner.

The tower has a wide gap in the middle. Extending from before the base to the top end.

And there were two loops of gold between the uppermost slits. The position of one circle is within another circle. Where the gap between the two circles is filled with fragments of Arcane Crystals arranged like mosaic glass windows.

Then there was a stone board on one side of the tower, which was only as tall as the waist of an adult man. Filled with Runic engravings that serve as a tool to activate its transfer magic.

As for the marker tool or gate to exit, it has a shape that is almost similar to the Teleportation Gate tower.

It's just made of metal with a simpler shape and a much smaller size. But not small enough to be easy to carry around.

His size comparison with the Teleportation Gate was one to ten. And because it is not a tool that is made to be installed permanently somewhere, so to facilitate moving it, the marker tool can be dismantled to be carried separately parts, so that the marker can be taken, and then reassembled in the desired place.

"How are you, Mr Makari?" Vossler asked as he faced Makari in one of his hideouts that was not exposed to freezing magic.

Vossler deliberately came directly with his troops to the headquarters of the Cilum Rebels on the westernmost coast of the southern plains, in addition to delivering a message from Lucia and Nata, because almost the entire Antenna Tower in the Cilum region and Alexander-controlled territory had been destroyed by previous magic attacks, which caused Radio Communications to be unusable, he said, also because his troops were responsible for the installation of the marking device for the Teleportation Gate in the plan that would be executed after this.

"Not good, but still surviving." Makari whose head was still covered in bandage cloth replied firmly and excitedly.

"I am sent to come now in connection with a plan that we have long prepared. Because after the freezer magic attack, our communications network was almost completely paralyzed." Vossler.

"Yes, I know, General. It's about an attack plan to take over the mine, isn't it?" Makari.

"really. Her Majesty the Queen and lord Nata just want to make sure if you are ready with it. Remember what just hit your troops." Vossler was a little reluctant to speak. He felt like he was forcing the run of someone who had just fallen.

"Don't worry, General. We have to stay ready. Because if you miss the opportunity this time, those who become victims will die in vain." The man with a big fuss replied firmly.

"But the task for this plan requires that you and your troops infiltrate behind the opponent's defensive line." Vossler sounded a little worried.

"Yes, when to others this task sounds like a suicide mission. But not with our troops. We had enough control over the terrain around the mine. We know the trails on the hillside are safe to pass." Makari replied calmly and confidently.

"We weren't assigned to barge in, were we? Just being as close to the mining area as possible to activate the marking device, right?" George one of the great generals Cilum asked as if to confirm.

"Yes, General." Vossler.

"I think if it only got that far, we could still do it" the General replied later.

"I understand. And I'm here beside to take care of the Teleportation Gate marking device, will also help your troops accomplish this task." Vossler spoke again.

"Thank you General. You and your army are a big help to us." Makari. Looks really grateful.

"Then I will contact Her Majesty the Queen and say we are ready to carry out the plan" replied Vossler then who had come armed with Nata's Magic Phone to facilitate them to communicate.

"Yes, do it." Makari.

.

Not long after Vossler's news that Makari's forces were ready, Nata immediately pursued his plans to take over Arcane's mineral mines in the former kingdom of Cilum.

The plan was divided into two parts. The first was an infiltration to install a marker device assigned to the Makari troops, who did know the terrain very well.

And the second was a surprise attack to take over the mine, which was handed over to the main forces of Rhodesia.

And a few days later the Rhodesodians had gathered around the Teleportation Gate. Waiting to launch a surprise attack.

.

Now there is a military tent installed around the stone tower.

While around him also installed some protective Magic equipment just in case. Seeing the size of the Teleportation Gate that was still visible even from the Refugee Region on the eastern border of Rhodesodia, it would be very easy to find by the enemy.

.

"Look, this new one is called modern warefare. There's a section where the tent is a surveillance monitor from the air and also from the soldier's point of view." Aksa spoke before the 8 magic boards that were in one of the military tents around the Teleportation Gate.

There are so many Magic LED Window Magic that nowadays image-capturing magic equipment like the one on Aksa's Vidcom communication tool, has been installed on every new Flying Train. As a tool to monitor the situation on the battlefield so that leaders can immediately act and make decisions.

"Yes, although it's still frisked and not really real time, but it's really helpful." Nata.

"Now only the Airship is left," said Aksa who was then cut by a soldier.

"Mr Aksa, Mr. Nata, General Vossler has given word that the Marking Tool is ready for use. Her Majesty the Queen ordered to immediately begin the opening of the gate." The soldier conveyed a message as well as a command.

"All right."

And the two young men immediately rushed over.

While Aksa headed to the Teleportation Gate, Nata headed to Lucia's place. Because this time Lucia's assault will lead. Because it is only the troops under his leadership who have not received the task.

.

"All right, time to show the results of your hard work," Aksa told Yvvone's entourage, Rafa, and Luque who were seen clustered in front of the Teleportation Gate's activation board.

And without asking much more Rafa and Yvvone immediately get ready to activate with instructions from Aksa.

"All generators are ready, Mr. Aksa." Rafa.

"Activation can begin" Yvvone said.

"Then turn it on. Hisatsu Teleport!" exclaim Aksa ruled.

And the scenery that amazed everyone in that place happened.

Runic carvings on the activation stone board are the first to light up in bright blue. That then triggered another runic engravings flame on the eight pillars around the place.

Only then proceed to the runic carvings that exist on each side of the main stone tower. The more it rose upwards, the color of its rays turned ungun bright.

Shortly thereafter it sounded like a loud crack as the Arcane crystal section began to glow. And then a purple circle appeared in front of the golden circle at the end of the tower.

The circle that everyone had recognized as the door of the Transferring Magic. It's just that the size is huge. Its diameter was about twice the height of a fortress gate.

"really worked. This tool can actually make a moving gate that big. Without the need to destroy the Arcane crystal." Ymone was still unable to believe it completely despite looking directly.

"really. This way the Magic Transfers will be easier to obtain and use." Yvvone.

"And this land civilization will change completely" said Rafa later.

"Hows it? Succeeds right?" aksa asked in a deliberately contemptuous tone.

"Yes, you may really be a messenger of the gods," murmured Yvvone later.
