The Great War of Rhodesia

The Great War of Rhodesia
26. Night Conversation IV

Three days later the construction of a bathroom on the cliff behind Aksa and Nata's tent began. Almost simultaneously with all the work that Aksa has given to the craftsmen. The territory of Rhapsodia seems to be busier than ever. In almost every field, we are working on something new.

They rarely do anything at the same time. Nata is always busy with Lucia and the leaders. While Aksa often held meetings with craftsmen to ask for his direction. Even Rafa and Luque who had only dealt with Ellian, Katarina, and Selene regarding the medicines were now also busy dealing with the Eastern Village region and the Yllgarians to start producing them.

They meet only at night. At the show that somehow started to become their routine lately. Sit down together and enjoy a glass of warm tea after dinner in the living room of their tent. Which they then functioned as a meeting to discuss the development and constraints of the tasks they each underwent.

.

"Do we really have to make those fruits go bad to get medicine, Nat?" asked Luque who had been squeezing the body on the sofa next to Lily.

"What does it mean to let the mushrooms show up on those oranges?" Nata asked without looking at the girl. He seems busy writing.

"really. Wouldn't something rotten cause disease? Stomach pain for example," Luque replied later.

"Yes do not eat immediately so, dong," said Aksa from across the room.

"really. But our goal here is to catch the fungus first before we'll be breeding." Nata answered later.

"Captured? Breeding? Mushrooms?" It looks like Luque scratched his head.

"Basically, a type of fungus in the Trichocomaceae family in my place called Pinicillium that can produce a kind of substance that is able to kill various types of bacteria that can cause infection." Once again Aksa interrupted.

"What is a tracocome? I don't understand anymore."

"There's no need to think too much about it, Miss Luque. Anyway it's a pretty potent cure for some kind of disease." Nata tries to simplify and degrade Aksa's explanation for Luque.

"Magic Medicine anyway," cried Aksa added.

"really? Sounds suspicious to me," Luque said, narrowing his eyes at Aksa.

"But are there any problems in the workmanship for such drugs?" This time Nata asked as he raised his head looking at Luque and Rafa who were sitting next to him in turn.

"It's not too serious a problem, Mr. Nata. But the way and handling for the manufacture of drugs is indeed quite difficult from the beginning. And our people are not used to it. Most of us need more time to get used to it" Rafa explained.

"Indeed, special care is needed and accuracy is needed to breed certain types of fungi and bacteria," replied Nata who has no other solution for it. "But when we get used to it, we can make even more things with that expertise" he added.

"Tomorrow I will come to Miss Ellian's place to see if the process is correct or if there is still something that needs to be corrected" Aksa said.

"really? It's cool!" exclaims Luque who looks radiant.

"Oh, and also for Mandragor and his Black Ranti, we still need a little longer to get it" said Rafa who just remembered. "Because according to Miss Ellian those two plants are the kind that contain poison, so they are not cultivated in this place. So we have to bring the plant and its seedlings from the southern land."

"Not wrong either, anyway. Because Anesthetic is indeed a fall in toxins when used improperly on our bodies," Nata said in response.

"It used to be that one of the Druids from the Hagia tribe also made painkillers from poisonous flowers" Luque shared his knowledge.

"What is Opium? What's it look like in a bag?" Aksa immediately responded with a question. His eyes were filled with hope.

"No. It's a Black Arbor. It is like a lotus" replied Luque who instantly extinguished the hope in Aksa's eyes.

"Well, if only we knew what the names for Opium and Koka are in this place. We can have a strong and effective penang drug in an easier way," he said as he lowered his head to continue his show drawing designs.

"By the way, have I talked about the rations for the soldiers?" Nata seemed to have just remembered.

"Yet. Whose assignment are you gonna give me?" aksa asked this time without lifting his eyes from the paper roll he was gambling on.

"So, I still haven't specified it. The military food in charge is supposed to take up this task," replied Nata who also did not stare towards Aksa.

"But is that person capable of making food of such a new kind and method of manufacture? Just cooking a common meal for the soldiers."

"What Ration do you mean is food made in such a way as to make it easier for soldiers to eat it in the midst of battle?" asked Rafa to make sure before entering the conversation.

"Hm, yes," Aksa replied almost like a mutter.

"I think they'll be very happy to help. What else makes a new thing of you." Luque added.

"Yes, I think so. But giving responsibility to the person who already has another job to live on a daily basis, it feels like he is cheating on that person. What else will be made later not so useful for everyday life," said Nata with a little heavy heart.

"really. Unless you're ready to make the kind of instant food ready for public use" Aksa confirmed.

Luque looked straight up, interested in hearing a word he had never heard before. "What is instant?"

"I think for now the cost of instant food production is still too high. We can't sell it to the general public yet" Nata replied disregarding Luque's question.

"Or maybe we can give a commensurate reward to the person who is willing to take the task. You can talk about it with Her Majesty the Queen. He will certainly agree," said Rafa gave input.

"Oh, that's right. Nice advice, Ra." Aksa raised her thumb towards Rafa. "Cie, who started the Queen," he continued who began to be ready to re-literate Nata.

While hearing this, Luque is seen smiling and waiting for his turn to also tease Nata.

"Oh yes Aks, I think we need to make an accurate map for this region and the southern region" Nata said quickly changing the subject to avoid ridicule from Aksa before it began.

"You mean, I should draw a map of this region and the southern region? Males, ah," replied Aksa then by shaking his hand as a sign he refused the request from Nata. "It takes a lot of time to make it. What else is truly accurate. My eyes could have cataracts and my fingers would curl later" he continued, shaking strongly.

"If for that map, yesterday I asked Mr. Orland to make this territory. Also to the informants from the south to make their area," replied Nata quickly.

"Then why? Are their images ugly and inaccurate? Are you having trouble reading it?"

"That too, but I need a much more real and precise one." Nata answered back quickly trying to explain his point.

"Then what do you want? Aerial Image's? Aerial Photo?" Aksa raised her face which looked irritated.

"Yes, really. After all, it is also time that we have a device for aerial observation," Nata casually replied as she nodded her head confirming Aksa's guess.

"You really don't have patience, or just to avoid talking about Lucia anyway, Nat?" sahut Aksa who now looks upset. "That's an Air Ship coupler just made this morning." His gaze was cynical towards Nata.

"Not an airship. I need more agile and more stealth to make observations and take aerial shots." Nata again tried to explain what he meant.

"So, don't tell me you want a drone?" This time Aksa looked at Nata with an expression that seemed to say, 'Are you serious?'

"Is it possible for us to make it now?" Beyond a doubt, Nata did not blame Aksa's guess.

"You know yourself a little, cake," said Aksa quickly as he put his pen on the table with quite rough.

"Ah, rich you ain't. I'm sure you want to make it too, right?" Nata Debate.

"What do you want to do again?" Luque looked increasingly curious about the conversation the two young men had.

"Yes, it seems like it's exciting too, if we have a drone." Aksa seemed to start nodding small at the idea of her best friend.

"So how? Allows no?" Nata made sure.

Aksa seemed to be tilting his head slightly as if he was doing some calculations.

"What is Dron?" asked Luque who couldn't stand her curiosity.

"I think allows. But we have to unload some tools from the Lab," replied Aksa who is still focused on questions from Nata.

"If dismantling it does not mean eliminating our opportunity to go home anyway, please." Nata.

"All right then. After all my work is done, I will make one for you" said Aksa who again bent his head to return to drawing.

"Hey, so what is Dron? Instant? Why are you ignoring me!"
