The Great War of Rhodesia

The Great War of Rhodesia
23. Conversation Night III

Shortly thereafter Aksa's entourage resigned. When the sun has completely sunk and the streets have begun to be illuminated by the light of lights.

"Where is your niece, Miss Anna? I didn't see it from earlier," Aksa asked as they were already on the road outside the residential area. Anna and Nikolai were deliberately walking the Aksa troupe to the train station.

"Gale? Now he lives temporarily at Mr. Selene's place. The boy was interested in the Mystical Beast. He only comes back here twice a week" replied Anna.

"Oh yes, I should also take the time to stop by Mr. Selene's mystical zoo later."

"By the way, didn't you stop by to see the Red District, Mr Aksa?" anna asked suddenly with seductive intent.

"Oh, right." Aksa hit his own palm and stopped walking.

"No! No need," Luque said quickly and almost in a panic. His face looked irritatedly at Anna.

"True, you don't have to stop by. We. We'll miss the train later." Rafa hurriedly added, while Lily only smiled a little to watch the incident.

"Right, right," Luque said, embracing Aksa's arm before the young man could turn around. And then immediately pulled him to keep walking towards the train station.

"Isn't there still 2 hours left until the last train?" Aksa tried to argue.

"To be safe we must not wait until the last train, Mr. Aksa," said Rafa, who then embraced Aksa's other arm and forced him to walk to the train station.

"Then we can go back an hour before the last train. I don't think it took long to just look around the area," said Aksa who was not ignored at all by the two girls.

While Anna and Nikolai only laughed a little at the two girls who were flanking and pulled Aksa walked forcefully from behind.

And after walking through the West Hill gate, where the light from the lights installed at the train station began to be seen, and the sound of the train whistle began to faintly sound, only then did Rafa and Luque release their embrace from Aksa's arm.

His night in the tent of Aksa and Nata at the bottom of the gorge of the Star Alcove. As usual Aksa, Nata, Rafa, Luque, and Lily were chatting on the sidelines of their work, while enjoying a warm herbal tea.

"What's the matter, Nat?" aksa asked when she found Nata was tilting her head in a seagrass.

"I feel very strange with the girl," Nata replied still with a glaring gaze towards the floor.

"Weird Girl?" Aksa asked as she lowered her head back to look at the book she was writing.

"The girl changed a lot."

"You mean Lucia?"

"really. He's like a different person. I don't know him anymore."

"Although you've only disappeared for a few hours, but the truth has been 5 years missed. So it's appropriate that you feel weird when you find that other people have changed a lot." This time it was Luque who responded from across the room. He was wrapped in a blanket over a long sofa.

"That's not what I mean. The three of you didn't change too much even though both went through 5 years. In fact, there is almost no change at all except your appearance," said Nata explained his point.

"Yes, I agree." Aksa seemed to nod in agreement despite still not moving her gaze from the book.

"Oh, Really? It's because I'm indeed a consistent woman" Luque replied with her overbearing face.

"Many things have been experienced by Her Majesty the Queen in the span of 5 years. Perhaps it was because of these things that made him change into a completely different person." This time Rafa spoke. It looks like he just finished brewing tea in a ceramic pot.

"Is the Queen's change a bad thing, Nat?" Lily's turn came into the conversation.

"It can't be said that it's bad either. He became more calm and mature. It is no longer acting on emotions, and does not impose its will even though it feels that it is a decision that does not fit his view," Nata replied with a face full of opposition.

"Good dong if so. Finally the girl matures too" Aksa responded.

"But there is something strange about his behavior like that." Nata increasingly looks full of opposition.

"Angoing?"

Aksa spontaneously giggled at Nata's words. "Xixixi. I should have been there when it happened" he said in a laugh. "But isn't that normal, Nat? People always question your absurd plans. Where is the beard?"

Hearing the words of his best friend, Nata immediately raised his index finger towards Aksa steadily. "Absolutely. He who becomes normal like others who do not know us yet, which makes it awkward," he said later.

Aksa raised his gaze towards Nata. "How the hell?" he nodded while frowning. "Don't you be hurt by being considered an unknown stranger, huh? Or maybe your pride is hurt because it's no longer used as a mainstay by the girl?"

"It's not. But the thought and the way he made that decision made me a little worried. I couldn't predict his behavior. He's like a variable X that's gonna make it hard for me to make plans in the future." Nata tries to straighten out the misunderstanding that Aksa thinks.

"You're not worried about not being able to read the war, Nat. You're a heartache for not being considered important. Admit it." Aksa remained adamant on his estimation of Nata's feelings. "Oh, or maybe right now you're starting to feel Lucia? Cie. cie. "the god is then.

"Oh, really? Do you like the Queen, Nat?" Luque suddenly straightened his body and looked excited at Aksa's words earlier.

"Followly, stop joking. I'm serious about this." Nata started to look annoyed.

"You're the one who stopped denials rich, Nat. Disgust knows look at it," Aksa timps while rubbing his own arm.

"That's it. There will be no end to talking to you about this." Nata hastily cut off the theme of the conversation by taking something from inside his bag. "Now, work for you." Then threw a roll of paper on the table in front of Aksa.

"But as I recall your type of girl is the older one, right, Nat? I think the 5-year gap is already in the category, dong?" Aksa was still trying to tease Nata while picking up the scroll from the table.

"really? Tell me about the girl Nata likes, Aks," Luque said, looking increasingly interested. Not unlike Rafa, although only visible from the look of his face.

"You've been quiet, Aks. Read the scroll and immediately make a plan to give to Val and the other craftsmen," Nata pointedly as he bent his face.

"Ih, how sensi," replied Aksa who was still trying to tease Nata while starting to read the contents of the paper roll.

Luque and Rafa look a little disappointed for failing to hear anything interesting about Nata.

"Huh, what the fuck is this?" say Aksa then after reading the contents of the scroll given by Nata. "Hour hand. Compass. Flashlights. Binoculars. Swiss Knife's. Portable Ladder. And a small curved canned drinking bottle? If all this, I will too" cried Aksa later.

"Yes already, just make it his desin. We need about 60 per item," said Nata still with a sharp tone.

"What did you call that, Aks?" Luque looked curious towards the objects Aksa mentioned with that exaggerated tone earlier.

"Modern Equipment" said Aksa briefly.

"Modern? Then I want to too!" reply Luque without a second thought while raising his hands high.

"If it is allowed, I also want to have it, Mr. Aksa," Rafa added later.

The two girls seem to be getting excited again, although they don't know yet what Aksa means by Modern Equipment.

"Take it easy, I'll ask Val to make it for all of us. You're gonna do it too, aren't you, Lily?"

Hearing the offer from Aksa, Lily just smiled a little while sipping tea in her glass. And although he did not give an answer, but Aksa knew for sure that the rabbit girl also wanted it.

"Also don't forget the radio and the airship. We also need that soon," Nata said.

"Yes-yes I understand," Aksa replied with a slight annoyance at Nata's words. "But first of all we have to do, and most importantly, we need to make the bathroom and the Gazebo in this place" he said then while casually re-writing something in his book.

"Yes! Bathroom!" exclaim Luque agreed with Aksa's proposal. Which Nata does not care about.

"Oh yeah, did you know, Nat?" Aksa again raised her gaze towards Nata. "If it turns out that the Red District of this region is in a port city in the west there," he said then who looks just remembered about it.

"Eh, Mr Aksa, what is Ga-Gasibu?" Rafa suddenly asked before Nata could respond to Aksa's words just now.

"Yes-yes, what is a Gasibu?" Luque hurriedly added.
