31. New Armament I

It didn't take long for the craftsmen to take out their new weaponry and display it on the table.

The weapons lined up on the table were quite complete and varied. From knives to spears. From crossbows to shotguns. And for his protection as well. Starting from uniforms with new types of materials, to body armor with a shape that has never been seen before.

And then the most proud of Aksa, a sword that was at once a rifle. What he calls Gun Blade. But still the craftsmen call the weapon with a Sword Rifle. There are two models placed at the very end on the table.

"Maybe there aren't many new weapons here. Because we only change the shape and material, to be more practical and stronger," said Nata opened the explanation.

And just like the sound of an iron chariot engine as it was running, the crossbow launched a few peg bullets almost without interruption.

Everyone began to look surprised and impressed by the new design of the crossbow.

The weapon that Aksa called Gun Blade was indeed like a combination of a sword and a cylinder gun. The handle part is not really straight, because it has to place the trigger on the top.

Then in the meeting between the handle and the knife blade, there is a metal cylinder where the gun usually stores bullets. It was attached to a metal rod similar to a rifle barrel that extended to the tip of the sword.

Caspian received the weapon. Looks comfortable in the grip, although it feels a little heavier because it has a bullet cylinder, several metal rods, and although the size of the blade is relatively common, but the thickness is two and a half times that of an ordinary sword.

As for the appearance, the combination of black on the handle and shiny silver on the other part is what makes the sword look quite elegant. Coupled with a bird carving of the royal emblem at the base of the knife blade, making the weapon much more suitable as a complement to the Queen's official dress to attend state events, than a sword to fight.
