7. Education System

"Well, you got Limosine now?" aksa asked as they were already in the front yard of Lucia's residence in front of a long covered Iron Train with 3 pairs of wheels attached.

"What is that, a limousine?" asked Lucia who started entering the Iron Train.

They decided to use the Iron Car to make it easier to transport everyone who wanted to go north. The total is 9 people. Aksa, Nata, Lily, Luque, Rafa, Lucia, Jean, Alexander, and Eden

"I mean a long Iron Train like this," said Nata explained Aksa's intentions when the nine of them had entered the Iron Train. Nata sits between Lily and Aksa facing Jean.

The train with the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Rhapsodia mounted on the door leaf had long chairs facing each other on the inside. Like the shape of a Combat Train seat, but decorated like a Car of Nobles. Very luxurious and elegant.

"This Iron Train is only imitating from the design of the Combat Train with the aim of such a carriage from the Steam Train to be able to carry many people and goods at once." Lucia answered from beside Jean who was facing Aksa.

Although filled by 9 people, the room in the train still looks quite relieved. Because indeed the train is designed to be filled at least by 12 people at once.

"Basically the Education System in the region is now separated into four areas, in order to be easily organized. That is; Science, Carpentry and Crafts, Combat Training, and Magic Training" Rafa explained as their conversations began to lead to education in the region.

"Why distinguish Combat Training and Magic Training? Did you split between the Witch and the Warrior in an army?" Aksa asked curiously right at the moment they started crossing the Great Gorge bridge to head to the Northern City.

"It's not like that, Mr. Aksa. Combat Training was not necessarily devoted to becoming a Warrior. It could have been used to be a Hunter or a Fighter." The woman, now 26, tried to explain to Aksa.

"Oh, you mean training for self-defense and weapons skills?"

"really so. Training for the skill" Rafa said quickly. "That goes with Magic Training. Which is divided into two. That's magic skills for fighting, and magic skills for everyday life." The woman who hid part of her hair in the hood again explained when the view outside the window showed a gorge that stretched very wide under the bridge they passed.

"Everyday?" This time Nata asked. Looks curious.

"True, Miss Rafa came up with the idea to teach the use of magic not only in the field of building, but in other fields such as making goods, farming, or fishing." Lucia replied before Rafa could answer.

"There's never been any training for a magic user like this before. At least as far as I've known for the past four hundred years." Luque. He looks very proud of Rafa.

"Wow, that's amazing. So now this region not only has Fighting Jobs, but also Crafting Jobs. I'm even more proud of you, Ra," said Aksa who looks very proud of Rafa.

"I also feel proud and amazed to you, Miss Rafa," Nata added.

"Oh, that's not how much. Y'all know? Rafa along with Miss Ende also made research on magic enhancement using science," said Luque again who looks not satisfied proud of what his new best friend has done.

"really? Means now you can be called as the number two Messenger of God," said Aksa looks very enthusiastic to hear it. "After this tell me all about your research, it's all about me" he added.

Nata also looks just as enthusiastic to hear this.

"There's no need to exaggerate, Miss Luque. It was also because of the teachings and knowledge written by Mr. Aksa and Mr. Nata. I just imitate it and put it in another field. Just like how this Iron Train was made," said Rafa who felt himself praised too highly by Luque and the others.

"But that's how a new invention was born, Miss Rafa," Nata said quickly.

"That means you mean there's nothing really new in this world? Even new discoveries are based on existing ones?" Suddenly Alexander asked from his seat at the end of the bench next to his brother Eden who was now 15 years old. Which indicates that he listened to all the conversations that occurred in the room, even though it looks as if indifferent.

"That's right, Prince," Nata said quickly. "The discovery was divided into two types. Creating and Knowing. And those two types of discoveries are not really new" he explained later.

"You mean?" Alexander asked with his flat face.

"On discovery in terms of finding something that has never been known by many, such as finding an island in the middle of the ocean, or finding that the smallest particles have a Positive charge, he said, it is not really new in this world. Only he knows it." Nata explained again.

"What else in terms of creating something. All new things must have the basis of things that already exist. But for a creation to be called an invention it is usually, when a thing is used in a way or with a method that has never been thought of by many people, but useful and very helpful for life," added Nata again.

It appears that Alexander just nodded with his flat face responding to the explanation from Nata.

"So Rafa's been thinking the same as you?" ask Luque later.

"Just a level below our genius" said Aksa, smiling widely.

"Origin don't act like you" Jean chirped.

"What happened to our behavior?" It seems Aksa did not accept Jean's words just now.

"By the way, what do you think the level of education in this region, Prince Alexander?" asked Nata who was curious about the response and the way Alexander saw things in this kingdom.

"Which education?" reply Alexander with questions.

"Everything you know or that you follow" Nata later said.

The handsome young prince was silent for a moment as he stared at the ceiling of the carriage trying to compile his judgment.

"I am following at least three areas of the education system in this place. Science, Combat Training, and Magic Training," Alexander replied later. "And I think all three of them provide knowledge and expertise that is very useful for me to survive independently.

"Start from understanding about how nature works, how the environment works. Then learn how to live by hunting, matching plants, trading. Until training the physical and skill to defend and defend themselves" continued Alexander.

"Do you feel there is anything less than the current system, Prince?" asked Nata who was intentional to see how Alexander responded.

"Nothing less in my opinion. But it made me feel worried" Alexander replied later.

"Why do you feel that way?"

"During this time order can be enforced because there are parties who have more power to do so. And if everyone has the same power, how can order be enforced?" alexander said something that made him feel worried.

Hearing Alexander's words earlier made Lucia and Rafa aware of things that might happen in the future.

"You are indeed an intelligent and critical person, Prince." Nata smiled with satisfaction. Because what he thought about Alexander since he first met was true.

"Then how, Nat?" lucia asked impatiently after waiting long enough for Nata who did not give an answer.

"Yes it must create a higher power to enforce order" Nata replied casually.

"Means we should limit the amount of science we give to the population?" Lucia ensure.

"You know what we should teach them?" This time Rafa spoke.

"Yes, manipulating and limiting the development of science is indeed one way that certain parties have more power. But those with power usually tend to use it selfishly. Which then leads to tyranny," replied Nata later.

"Then?" This time Alexander asked. His eyes were filled with curiosity, even though his face looked ordinary.

"We just need to transfer that power from certain parties to a rule and a law. And as more educated people grow, it will create a culture that is critical and aware of the importance of order. That way the rules will continue to adapt to the times, but will still hold the highest power. Even higher than a queen." Nata explained at length.

"We reached the North City" Aksa said suddenly as the Iron Train they were riding passed through the arch of the North City gate. Which also surprised Lucia and Rafa who were trying to think about what Nata had just said.

Alexander was still silent, thinking.
