Chapter 115
Sandy held onto one of Jonathan's hands and reached out the other as she introduced herself to Jacey.
"Oh! H-Hai! I-I. I'm Jacey, Jacey!” Jacey introduced herself by stuttering.
Then he quickly reached out to shake Sandy's hand. Their palms touched, and it was enough to make Jacey's cheeks flushed red.
Sandy is unaware of the awkwardness with Jacey's introduction and releases her hand after shaking it. All his thoughts were on Jonathan.
Jonathan turned to look at Jacey when he heard her stutter.
He realized that something was wrong. Jacey not only blushed, but she also stuttered. He looks like he has a crush.
Jonathan glanced at Sandy. The school uniform of the short skirt and the delicate features make it bloom with youthful energy. It was very different from the Sandy he saw at Fuller Golden Sands two nights ago.
Indeed, his appearance would be especially appealing to boys like Jacey who are in a confusing puberty stage.
Jonathan then decides that he will find time to talk to the boy.
After all, Sandy was not an easy person to assess. Jacey should give up on Sandy as soon as possible, lest she end up battered and torn to shreds.
'Pissed. First love, yes!'
Jonathan's first love that he has maintained for four years has left him in a pool of his own blood.
“I've spoken to the school, Jonathan! So just take your cousin to the administration desk and he'll be registered,” Sandy said.
"Thank you, Sandy," Jonathan thanked me politely. "Stop being polite to me, Jonathan!" Sandy argued, her cheeks bulging displeased.
"Eh, all right, all right." Jonathan raised his other hand to ruffle the top of Sandy's head.
"Yes! Let's go, Jonathan!”
Sandy drags Jonathan along, enjoying the way Jonathan indulges her, while Jacey follows quietly behind them.
Sandy immediately took Jonathan to the River City High logistics office and within ten minutes, Jacey's registration procedure was completed.
Jacey was then taken to her class by the staff at the office.
Meanwhile, Sandy follows Jonathan to the school entrance.
"Go to class, Sandy!"
"When did you come to my house, Jonathan?" ask Sandy, not to go.
“Not so fast. I'm a bit busy lately, I'll go visit after I finish everything, ” Jonathan replied after thinking.
"Well fine then. You should come once you're free, okay? ”
“Then I'm going to class now, Jonathan! Bye bye!"
"Goodbye. Pay attention to the class and learn well.”
"I will!"
Sandy then walks back towards the school building, though she turns to look at Jonathan every few steps.
Jonathan got into his car. However, the more he thought about Sandy's behavior, the more he realized something was wrong.
'No way, he can't possibly have a crush on me, right?
'He probably has, actually!
'Or why did he change his appearance when I told him to?
"He didn't change when his family told him to.
'What am I doing now?
I mean yes, I know I'm handsome and strong, rich, and successful…
'I guess I left a deep impression on her by saving her when she was in extreme danger and felt desperate?
'This feeling will pass after a while, right?' So, Jonathan decided that he would minimize contact with her from then on.
The Capital!
In a quiet courtyard.
An old man and a young man were playing chess.
The old man looked like he was in his 70s or 80s.
Despite his age and his head full of silver hair, he still had a face that looked young and high-spirited. He looked transcendental or refined, with no signs of aging.
The young man was younger, even though he was at least thirty years old. Not too young, but still younger.
"You're getting better at chess, Stan!" The old man said cheerfully.
"It's still not as good as you, Mr. J!" Stan replied humbly.
That young man was Stan Warner, one of the T's of the Capital T Faction.
Stan Warner is known not only among the younger generation, but he is also famous among the older generation.
