Brian drove his car to his parents' home. While on his way, he kept trying to think of the best way to solve the problem.

Arriving in the front yard of his parents' house, Max was waiting. Max goes to Brian first to tell him something before Brian meets his parents.
"Boss, I'm sorry. I didn't know that Uncle knew Valerie's place to live" Max said.

"Now Uncle has calmed down, I hope you guys make up soon."
"If Papa still wants my match with Elena. Then we will not be able to make up. You know how I feel, Max. Valerie and I are officially in a relationship. And I'm not going to marry any woman other than Valerie" Brian explained.
"You and Valerie are dating?" reset Max with quick blinking eyes. Although he knew the signs of love in the first place, Max was still surprised that Brian acted so quickly when the conditions were very hot.
"Hm." Brian nodded.
"Lusa, there's a big celebration and party, boss. It was the anniversary of Elena's family company. After I found out, the party was organized at once for your engagement to Elena," Max explained.
"They've planned it that far" Brian murmured.
"Hows it? What can you do? I'm dizzy thinking about it myself" complained Max.
"I'll come there. I'll follow Papa's plan."
"I have a plan" Brian replied.
Max is speechless. He knew Brian was always firm and difficult to falter. So, Max believes that Brian has the best plan for his own life.
After a long talk with Max, Brian went into the house and met his parents.
Since Brian already knew what they were going to say, Brian responded calmly. He has a plan, and just agrees when Calvin asks him to come to Theo's corporate anniversary party in two days.
Hearing Brian's reply, Theo and Rossa were delighted. He just needs to bring Brian to the party without telling their true intentions and goals. Because they believe, Brian will never embarrass his family in public by rejecting the engagement when business people and media members who come to gather at an event. They were convinced, even if by force, Brian would accept the engagement.

"Boss, are you coming? You serious?" max asked as Brian walked out of Calvin's house.
"Hm." Brian nodded.
"You agreed just to make Uncle and Aunt feel calm, right? You're not really gonna accept that match, are you?"
"I told you, Max. I have a plan" Brian said.
Max believes that Brian has thought through his plan carefully. However, Max is really worried about the condition of this family if in the end Calvin's wishes are not fulfilled. After all, Max cares about Brian and his parents. They were a surrogate family after the departure of their biological parents.
