HUMILIATING DARREN

There is nothing worse than this moment. Never once has Darren been humiliated so badly that it feels like he wants to disappear from the face of the earth right now.

The people watching instead of not wanting to help Darren, who would choose to keep quiet when they saw the son of the CEO of the company they worked for being humiliated like that right in the middle of the lobby.

However, a notice board standing right in front of Darren left all of them doing nothing but watching the free show before them.

HELPING IS LIKE LOOKING TO DIE.

CALLING THE POLICE IS LIKE LOOKING DEAD!

Such is the thick printed writing using red paint on a medium-sized board installed right in front of Darren. Such warnings are very serious and frightening for all employees who are used to living a quiet life away from the distractions of criminals, which is why no one at all dares to take the risk to help Darren.

In the distance, Rama and Adam smiled with satisfaction. Rama, who has been talking to Darren through a bluetooth headset attached to his ear, has now begun to circulate the view, looking for the figure of Sapta Adiguna who will definitely save Darren as soon as he sees Darren who is bound helplessly in the middle of the lobby.

"His father has not yet arrived" muttered Rama, who looked agitated.

Adam looked to the side, towards Rama. "Perhaps soon, it's not even eight yet" said Adam.

Rama nodded, then re-circulated his gaze around the lobby, watching his comrades scattered at some point. He could see Andi sitting on a waiting chair without a backrest, so Andi had to lean her body against the wall. Then not far from Andi, Rama can also see Anton and Willi mopping the floor. Anton and Willi are forced to disguise themselves as office boys, because it would be very suspicious if too many strangers were wandering in the lobby at this early time. Rei and Mario hide in a corner near the elevator.

"They must be tired, shouldn't we just send them back to headquarters? There's nothing we have to do now but keep an eye on Darren until his father arrives." Rama advises, he does feel sorry for his friends who must be involved in this mission, but at first only he who wants to give Darren a lesson.

Adam shook his head, quickly rejecting Rama's proposal. "Remember, we still have to negotiate, and while negotiating with Sapta no one can guess what will happen. It could be that Sapta Adiguna is secretly bringing in special forces, so I think being on guard would be better." Adam explains his reason which makes sense.

Rama laughs. "Make sure what's special, overdo it."

Adam clucked while looking at Rama sharply. According to Adam, Rama has changed a lot, although Rama's fighting ability is still the same as before, but the man is no longer wise in drawing a conclusion and is too hasty in making decisions. Though Rama who he used to know was very considerate, and wise at every opportunity.

"Why look at me like that?" rama asked, as he realized that Adam kept staring at him unblinkingly.

Adam shook his head, then took his eyes off Rama's face. "There's nothing, it's just that I feel you're a little weird right now."

Rama took a breath. "Weird how? Do I look like a black steel knight now or do I look like a spiderman ?" ask Rama.

Adam chuckles. "Of course not. You haven't changed physically, but your attitude is a bit different. It seems like the mind has been confused by love, love is screwed!" Adam fizzed, as he blinked repeatedly.

Rama laughed when he heard what Adam said. "Why do you sound so melancholy? It doesn't suit you very much, Adam. Be as ordinary as ever, don't be pretentious to be a poet."

"But that's right, isn't it?" Adam urges.

Rama was silent for a moment before he finally nodded. "A little Tiffani did mess with my brain. I've even had insomnia since I was in a relationship with him, and the insomnia I suffered from got worse when I broke up with him."

"I'd guess. Engaging in love with an employer or coworker will indeed make us less professional. But, I was the exception, none of my activities were chaotic even though I was in contact with Mona," Adam said confidently.

Rama smiled knot. "Yes, you are the most professional in the entire universe,” said Rama, as he thrust his fist into Adam's chest.

The two then laughed, but the laughter of Adam and Rama came to a halt instantly as they looked at the entourage that had just entered the lobby. The group consisted of at least eight people, all dressed in all black, except for the man who walked ahead, who seemed to be the leader of the group. The man is Sapta Adiguna, he looks so striking and different because the color of the suit he is not seen looks very bright and tacky.

" Sst, I think it's Sapta." Adam elbowed Rama who was standing next to him.

Rama narrowed his eyes, trying to focus his gaze on the figure who was stepping quickly towards where Darren was bound.

"Enable your headset" Adam ordered, to Rama.

Rama nodded, and immediately touched the bluetooth headset attached to his ear so that he could hear the conversation between Darren and Sapta.

"Okay then you keep an eye on him, while I will contact Mr. Damar," Adam said again, patting Rama on the shoulder.

Rama nods again, allowing Adam to stay away from him to contact Damar, while he begins to focus on his task, which is to direct Darren to follow his orders.

Sapta Adiguna further accelerated his pace as he looked at Darren who was helplessly bound to a chair in the middle of the lobby. Sapta grimaced as soon as he had arrived before Darren. Darren's performance was so severe and humiliating that Sapta became furious at anyone who had humiliated her son this badly

"Nonsense, who would dare to do this to you, Darren?!" exclaiming Sapta, his loud voice instantly echoed on each side of the lobby.

"Where do I know, old man!" answer Darren.

The words that came out of Darren's lips certainly made Sapta surprised, because previously Darren had never called him with such a very disrespectful nickname.

"Darren, what did you just say, huh?"

"Are you deaf to the point that you do not hear what I say! Basic hoodlums."

Darren swallowed the saliva before saying the sentence that had just been caught by his eardrum.

"Come, say. If not, then my partner will shoot you right now. They're all around you now, I'm not kidding."

"Are you deaf to the point that you do not hear what I say! Basic hoodlums." Darren shouted at Sapta in front of the many employees who were now gathered in the lobby, because he did not want to die just shot.

"Darren!" Sapta exclaimed as she continued her steps to get closer to Darren.

"Keep away, Dad, I'm creating content, don't ruin the storyline I've created!"

Darren shook his head as soon as he heard Rama's words that had given him unreasonable orders. His career and his position as successor to his father's business empire must be ruined now if he says what Rama ordered. Where there is a successor to a large company create content that is so very embarrassing.

"I have to shoot you like that" said Rama, when Sapta disobeyed.

It did not take long, immediately after the threat from Rama, Darren immediately said what Rama had.

"Keep away, Dad, I'm creating content, don't ruin the storyline I've created!" exclamation Darren.

Sapta flinched, he looked very surprised, as well as everyone who was there.

The whispers of employees watching Darren's actions then buzzed filled the air around the lobby.

"Content? He embarrassed himself like this just for the sake of content" one employee exclaimed.

"He is the successor of Pak Sapta. Why isn't he grown up at all and so childish."

"Crazy! So, all this is just content

"What kind of content does he make, my God."

The discordant whispers continued to be heard up to Sapta's ears, and made Sapta inflamed.

Now the old man was just silent like a statue while glaring at his son who looked like a madman.

"Now that one of my friends is going to untie you, once your bond is broken, I want you to go straight to your father's room. Oh, yeah, to be more dramatic, I want you to walk around touching your pen-issue. This is a punishment because you have dared to demean Tiffani."

Darren was shocked not to play, once he knew the reason he was humiliated as he is now.

"So all this I've been through because of Tiffani. That Tiffani's so crazy." Darren.

Seriate.
